Is on a Saturday night looking for a reasonable tow is often a difficult task...Luckily I called Triton, the the receptionist on the phone was incredibly kind to me and totally understanding of my circumstance. They scheduled with me to come out the next wedmorning and get my oversized F250 towed To the mechanic in Bellevue. Rarely have I worked with such a professional and courteous company that put my needs 1st period period it was truly a delight to work with Triton towing. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs a courteous and quality job done with quality care.

I have a very large F350 that is not running. Triton towed it three times for me over the course of a couple weeks. They were always kind, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

Do not let these guys tow your motorcycle, they dont know what theyre doing.Over tightened the strap on the front end (to the point of cringing), put a nasty, dirty strap mark on the seat (see picture), forced the throttle tube into the hook of a strap(!) and were about to secure the bike this way before I said something, and tried to secure the back end with a strap over the rear break fluid reservoir (that I again, had to say something about). If I wouldnt have watched them load the bike of they would have done as much damage as the guy that rear-ended me. Seriously cringe-worthy technique.Do not turn your back on them if they are securing your bike. Better yet, dont let them touch it in the first place. Theyll never touch mine again, thats for sure.Two stars because they were nice people and thats worth something.

Tire change on a boat trailer with a blowout ended up being a major ordeal that took several hours. Joe persevered and got me and the boat on our way

Nice man on the phone, very calm.

Called a tow but we got the car moved before it got there. Cancelled the tow. Got charged $407. When I called back to explain they would only refund half of the money (thats their policy).

Doesn’t answer phone calls nor show up at all for appointments. If I could give negative stars I would.

Great experience... Matthew went above and beyond. There was a mix up with the contact number between the insurance company scheduling a tow, and the towing company. Matthew went into a nearby animal clinic to see if we were customers if they had another contact number. Wow he got an alternate number and was able to get a hold of us. Resourceful!

The driver was NOT experienced in transporting motorcycles. He asked me how to strap down bike, and then the bike fell on the way to the motorbike shop on the flat-bed tow-truck. When I tried to talk to him about it he said he didnt need anything from me and drove away.

Doesn’t answer phone calls

After an accident, Triton Towing was assigned to tow my totaled car. Matt, the driver, and Shannon, the dispatch operator, were both beyond kind and helpful. I had never been in this kind of situation and they both answered any questions I had and told me what my options were in terms of where to even take the car. The next morning when I reached out about collecting my belongings, Shannon even asked me how I was feeling. I have never had such good service from a tow company. I hope I dont need tow services again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I would call.

Fast friendly and helpful

WOULD RECOMMEND! Things after a car wreck are often confusing and hectic. Shannon and the partners at Triton Towing were helpful, kind and accommodating to a 10 star level. Even when I derped up on calling them for a tow, then not needing a tow, but got them as a tow a few days later while I was in another city. They were awesome when I was in a tough spot and really helped me out. Very kind people, very efficient, fair pricing.

Excellent and very professional in loading my Ducati Motorcycle, strapping it down correctly and making sure the straps were secure to the proper areas on the truck and bike so there would be no damage to the motorcycle. I was able to track the towing by live map, and receive text notification when the truck was on its way as well as after it had arrived at its destination. Very good towing service I would highly recommend

I would give Shannon 10 stars, if possible!! My car was stolen and problem after problem occurred along the way (none of which were her fault). She tackled each situation, made the correction needed, and kept me apprised of the status until it was transferred to the dealer for repair (which she monitored personally). A very stressful situation was made less so because of her care and concern. Triton is fortunate to have her in their employ. Thank you Shannon!!

I had to have my truck towed from Lake Cavanaugh which is a long haul from Bothell. Aaron was prompted and texted me with his arrival time. Loaded my crew cab long bed on his tilt deck. The truck almost didn’t fit. Thanks Aaron and thanks Triton Towing!!

As my night kept going down hill, there was only one thing that made it better. My car was totaled and I was stuck in the middle of no where. I called Triton Towing and they were there in no time. Nolan the driver was very supportive and positive. I recommend these guys, they were a class act.

Got a blown tire on I-90 and my spare wasnt in good shape. Triton came through readjusted the wheels, and got me to my local Firestone. Didnt have to wait long either. Reasonable price and nice dood.

I had my insurance tow my vehicle which happened to be Triton Towing and they would do anything for some extra cash! I was fully aware there was a night drop at the destination myself & spoke with the people from Abra Auto Body. But this company made the excuse that their werent one. Thats a lie! I would not recommend this company! All they do is steal money!

I represent a dealership down in Bellingham Washington and I sent one of our lot attendants to deliver a car around the Bothell area. Our lot attendant blew a tire and as it turns out 2011 BMWs do not come with a spare. So, with my employee about an hour and a half away, I decided to call up Triton Towing. Fortunately, no person involved was physically hurt; but, the damage to the cars required that both be towed to a repair shop.The 2 tow trucks arrived within the 30-minute ETA given. Both Triton Towing men were friendly and professional as they swiftly loaded the respective vehicles for transport.Amin drove me and my crumpled vehicle to Service King. I was especially grateful for his good-natured humor and compassionately calming conversation during the ride to the repair shop.Getting into a car accident is never pleasant and always somewhat destabilizing. Fast and affordable

Towed my car on short notice and dropped it off without having to be there. This is now the only towing company I will use.

Overcharged by a lot - for a less than 4mile tow they charged $190 - I was referred to Triton by the garage and was told it’s $80 hookup and $3-4 per mile; No response from Triton to refund or adjust over charges!
