*DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR A TOW*This company is a scam. The company is pretty much run by one person (named Adam). They will call up unnecessary workers to work a job that can be done by one person and take longer than needed. You will be charged $75 per person per hour working that job. The flat rate for the tow truck(s) they use is $275 per hour. Then there is the fee of $350 for just going out to you per truck. They will charge you for the time you call, until the time they unload your car from their tow truck to wherever. (most likely to his office or base because theyll take your car if you cant pay their outrageous bill) Adam told me that he took 3 hours from the time I called, to arrive, tow, move the car about 5-7 miles to his property, and then unload it. Talk about efficiency. When they tow it, they will call each other and act like they have another vehicle to tow to rush you into making a decision. You have to schedule a time to pick up your OWN car. I had to wait more than an hour past my scheduled time to talk to him. Local towing companies in Bothell will give you an estimate quote of around $100 - $180, his bill for me was over $2,300. Attached is my bill from him.
