Daniel from your Mt. Vernon store came to our aid when our 40’ diesel pusher broke down up in the North Cascade Highway . He is an incredible employee that red presents your company in so many positive ways. He is well trained and very knowledgeable. He is polite and pays extra attention to your coach insuring there are no safety issues or damage done to coach. He is courteous and and dedicated in getting the job done well. An excellent employee for your company.We were very pleased to have met him and receive his help.

Dick’s Towing was a lot more compassionate about my locking my keys in the car late at night and had my 3 year old grandson, who was sick, with me. I had left my AAA card with a friend so I could get my grandson to bed because it was late and he was sick. I called AAA and they made me wake him up at midnight to go wait for my assistance to arrive. I begged them to please make an exception but they wouldn’t budge, and I have been a customer of AAA’s for over a decade! I asked them to let Dick’s Towing know that I had my sick grandson with me. I asked this because there had been two other times Dick’s Towing arrived really fast because of having one of my grandchildren with me. I always think of, or recommend, Dick’s Towing because they are very professional and seem to really care about their customers even though I wasn’t directly their customer. Dick’s Towing is the best!!

They called to let me know they were here to get into my truck, and before I made it downstairs and into the driveway he was waving and stopped on his way out to let me know that he’d left the door cracked and I was good to go! Amazingly quick service!

Sam was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional as he was able to help me out in a pinch as he was able to jack up my car and remove the skid plate while retaining the remaining screws. This allowed me to safely drive to the dealership. I would say his service was above and beyond!

I dont remember the 2 drivers names but they were really quick and efficient. Im new to area and never had to use a tow service. They were very nice and on time as prromised

Fast! I locked my keys in my car and called AAA. They used Dick’s towing and we’re there in 25 mins. Very nice and professional. Got my keys out no problem.

Although it took 2 hours for them to arrive I understand that tow trucks are sometimes very busy. The person they said was very knowledgeable and careful to not cause any more damage to my vehicle than there already was. He was polite and caring and I would highly recommend him

We were locked out with the car running. I was told it would be an hour before they arrived. Instead it was only about 20 minutes! I appreciate the driver being so fast. It only took a minute to unlock the door and we were on our way again. I highly recommend this company.

This is the second time in just a few months Ive called them to tow my expedition to the tire shop. The driver was the same both times. He was amazing again. On time, went out of his way to help me. I absolutely will call them whenever I need a tow service! Also I called around last time when I was trying to decide on a place and theyre prices are good too.

This guy was there super quick, could not get the tire off due to a wheel lock. So he towed it to my house where he then used my tools to change the tire for me. Guy was top notch best ive ever used. Really appreciated him and the extra time he spent helping us.

The guy was nice and came in a timely fashion. The only problem was with off loading my car-- he ended up dinging up the edge of my dads driveway in a couple of spots.

Robert was on time, knowledgeable and did a great job towing my motorhome.

Serviceman was very quick to arrive, professional, knowledgeable and never tried to make the problem more than it was. This is a tow service we’ve used for many years, always the first call.

I really appreciated the attitude and professionalism of the driver . I had attempted to lower my spare but didn’t use the correct end of a tool and he didn’t blink an eye and immediately did it correctly for me. We dropped the spare,inflated it to proper weight and then switched out the flat......on the downside,the dispatcher could use some people skills. AAA quoted us under 60 minutes which was more than fine given the situation but after waiting an additional 20min after that a call was made to check on the service. The dispatcher was borderline rude,blamed all the issues discussed on AAA’s side and gave an additional longer time. (5min later the actual driver called to check in) Coincidence? Probably not. His phone skills would make hesitate on using Dick’s Towing again. The driver as stated above was exemplary

Was stranded in a parking lot when my battery wouldnt start, the guy who came was very friendly and kind, made me feel very relieved and like I was in good hands! Car started up great after a quick jump and I was on my way home immediately after!

My sister was in an accident i drove to get her stuff out of the car. I got lost so i called for directions. Both ladies on the phone were rude . They should not be in customer service if they can not be nice or understanding. They dont know that my 8yo nephew was in icu from the accident. Rude rude rude.. i would never ever call this place for anything

They picked up my recovered stolen jeep all the way down in Auburn and towed back up to Everett quickly with little fuss for a very reasonable rate. Have had to use their services before and they are always friendly and professional.
