DO NOT DO A PREPAID MEMBERSHIP. THE SERVICE SUCKS. I started my membership in Feb 2020 and the gym was closed due to covid during May-Sep 2020. In September 2020 after the gym was open again, I called to freeze my membership because I was pregnant and unable to exercise. They said its done over the phone. However, when I called to activate my membership this month, they told me my membership was already expired and theres no record of freezing my membership. Later, I emailed them about this situation, they told me I cannot freeze my account because I have a prepaid membership. If this is the policy, why didnt they tell me when I called to freeze my account last year? I only used the gym for 3 months and but paid $449. After I complained about this, they only offer me a $100 discount for joining for another year. THIS IS ABSURD!
Please extend the hours. Thank you for reopening the saunaLA Fitness is open longer and they are not even having 24 Hours name.Fix the hours please. Why are you closing at 9? You should keep it open and let people come during 24 hours not 5 to 9. Virus do not follow you schedule.FIX THE HOURS Back to 24/7 please. Some feedback:Please keep the locker and showers cleanPlease keep the sauna/pool floor cleanThey are always dirty and messy
This gym is actually fine. 24 hour has some shady business tactics though. They have a no contract option but what they dont tell you is there is an additional fee of 50 dollars a year after month two. Why dont they charge it when you start you ask? Well because they want to be shady. In order to talk to a representative you have to lie and say you want to buy a membership.Otherwise the call center is closed.
I would give it a 3.5 star rating. Its a decent gym with all the basics and some extras like pool, basketball courts... Could use some upgraded weight machines in the free weight area. Its fairly clean. I like the platform style barbell area for squats, deadlifts, cleans...etc. Does get crowded during peak times especially since other gyms in the area have closed.
I have been going to this gym for almost three months and have had nothing but a great experience each time Im there. The front desk staff are always welcoming when I come or go. Ive never had any problems with the equipment I use; it does get a bit crowded, especially now with all restrictions being lifted, but I dont blame the gym for that. At least so far, everyone else that goes to this gym has been polite and they seem to clean up after themselves for the most part. The membership is a bit expensive, especially for the location not actually being open for 24 hours, but Im still happy with my decision to go here.
I really love this gym compared to other gyms in the area. The staff is friendly and I can always get on the equipment I need to use. The only thing I don’t love is the way they push weight loss as the primary focus of health. As someone with an eating disorder, it’s difficult to be bombarded with diet messaging at the front door. I just want to be able to practice joyful movement without being surrounded by the idea that weight loss is inherently healthy. Maybe rethink the table with before and after photos and the fat v. muscle models?
I wanted to put this review in for a guy named Marvin who helped me out. I have been to at least 3 other locations and havent been able to use my mobile app. Marvin took the time out of his day to make sure that not only was it connected and uploaded, but also he did a couple test runs as well. I appreciate the extra mile on the service, thank you.
One of the better 24 hour fitnesses. Tallest ceilings I’ve seen. Clean-ish.
No one was wearing masks, there was no sign up or requirement to show vaccine cards. No one asked. Did not feel safe at all. Was very thrown by the whole interaction and seeing 50+ people maskless, working out in doors. Will not return due to unsafe covid safety measures.
Nice open space; well ventilated. Never a shortage of available machines nor options for my workouts.
First time there. Great experience at this location. Plenty of equipment, I did shoulders and abs that day and there were lots of free weights and machines for that. Then I took a dip in the hot tub then the pool. The water is real nice. I like that there are two floors, upstairs is all the cardio stuff and a big spacious room.
A lot of equipment and professional staff. Very clean!! I love this place!
Just trying to get refund. Paid 1 year membership right when covid started. Was told too bad. Nothing they can do. Would love a refund of transfer of membership I moved from the area. Was told memberships not transferable.
The 24 Hour Fitness in Bothell is definitely the best managed club in the Seattle Area. The Group Fitness Manager is especially awesome. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, he managed to keep Group Exercise going strong, by rearranging the larger basketball gymnasium into a group fitness room that was big enough to provide the required safe-spacing between exercisers.
Hate this gym. Super expensive, always packed, only one squat rack..... Taking my money elsewhere.
If youre afraid of a virus with a 98.9% survival rate, then stay home watching the news. Only a respirator will fully protect you. The gym is really nice. My only complaint is the hours!! The only reason i joined 24 hour fitness was because of the hours! 24/7 open! Theyre now closing at 9:00 pm. I work long hours and i work out at around 9:00 pm. I havent been able to use the gym much since covid started. Ill probably end up canceling my membership and join Planet Fitness.....Theyre actually open 24/7 and theyre cheaper.
This location is a supersport. Weight section has wide variety of strength training machines, free weights and racks. There is a separate section for cardio with treadmills, ellipticals, steppers and cycling equipments.Covid precautions: Everyone was following social distancing and wearing masks all the time. You have to clean the equipments before and after using the equipment. They have contactless check-in and you can reserve slots via their app.
Great service, not crowded, fully open and good equipment.
How you gonna be called 24 hour and not be open 24 hours? Virus dont have a curfew. Its not like yall use the extra time to clean. Its nasty half the time in there.
Went to the gym for the last 2 hours of the day had to deal one of the male staff. Terrible gesture from him. If you dont want to work there please take a break for a day or find a new job.
Today I signed up for, used, and cancelled my membership. The place was spotless, staff were kind, and equipment was in good order. My issue was NOT with the facility. My issue was with other patrons. There were ~30 other people there, and 5-6 of them were not wearing their masks properly or taking them off when staff werent around. I asked one patron to put his mask on and he did, but then took it off as soon as I moved. It is not worth the effort to me to complain to staff constantly, as that is at best a temporary solution. Maybe Ill be back when theres a vaccine.
Come here once and a while for Monday body pump. Really nice location and staff. Kids club staff members were fantastic with my little guy.
I am beyond disappointed with this company. I called to cancel my membership in March and was told it was done. I then get charged for membership in September of 2020 and of course, will not be given a refund. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will never give this company another dime of my money. They thrive on this exact model of taking your money whether you come or not and it is immoral.
Not 24 hour at all. This is fraud
Been a member almost since they opened and Ive enjoyed it. In early Nov I had ankle reconstruction and I am in cast and on crutches. Ive been able to go back to upper body workouts and as Ive hobbled into the club members (and staff for that matter) have been incredibly friendly rushing to open and hold the door for me. Its a level of common courtesy and friendliness that you dont see enough of today and it makes me feel very good doing business there. You should expect it of staff, but most days another member is there first Bravo!
I’ve been a member at this gym for almost a year, and have loved it. They always keep the place clean, are always welcoming, and always very professional. I’ve noticed the last few times that towels were no where to be found, but I’m sure they’ll return once New Years resolutions fizzle out. Definitely the best gym I’ve been a part of, highly recommend!
Clean and usually not very packed. The staff do a decent job of enforcing COVID rules, though you see the occasional gym goer taking off their mask.
Its great to have 24 Hour open again and getting back into a good routine.
I wanted to stay active (yeah its end of the year resolution 😊), was looking for places. I do have couple of places near to me and visited them. One of the place I visited was this center. My first experience itself was awesome, I met Marvin at the front desk, he was so cheerful, explained us the various facilities they got and took us to those areas as well. I read a lot of -ve experience about, people going with the Costco deal are not welcomed by front desk. But my experience was different, when I asked about the Costco deal with Marvin, his response was very positive, “yeah, that’s good deal, you should consider that”. The first visit experience and of course the way Marvin treated us helped me join this center. Its been couple of weeks, wonderful experience so far! So if you are looking to get a membership, check the Costco deal and ask for Marvin at this center 😊
Ive been very pleased with the equipment, pool and staff. The facility is clean and the staff is always friendly. Its location is close enough to the Burke Gillman trail to allow safe biking to and from workouts as well as long runs. Keep up the great work 24 Hour guys! By the way, could we bring back the FOX cable channels? I enjoy switching between CNN and FOX to get get a balanced view of our national news.
Needs to live up to the 24 hour name
Nobody goes here anymore. Its too crowded. (Its so big that you can always find your machine or equipment or space. Love it.)
I really like the location of this gym. Its also in fantastic shape, especially the pool. My problem with it, is that the pool does not have flags (making backstroke rather difficult) and the interval clock stopped working. The Everett locations pool does have these things, so I am not sure what the discrepancy is. If these items were added, I would be MUCH happier with this location!
Me and my GF downloaded 3 day free pass, decided to check it out before signing in was not allowed to go because it was 8:30 PM and there is no sales people, unless we sign up or pay 25 dollars one day pass. The people on front desk were talking until I great them. Zero empathy, and customer service skills. They just gave me a card and told me to call to the office .
Missing Marvin!
Joined this gym a few years ago and it has steadily gone downhill. Showers are disgusting! Towels and swimsuits everywhere, hair and other nastiness all over and during times that aren’t busy. They take no pride in their cleanliness. The most frustrating part is they have stopped towel service. They say they’re going green, the only thing green is the money they want to save by not providing the towels anymore. Charge me extra or give me an option but come on don’t fabricate a story about wanting to save the planet. People park in the road which makes for a ridiculously tight situation and I’ve seen pedestrians almost hit multiple times. They need new management and someone who takes pride in providing a clean facility and value to their members. Someone PLEASE open a new gym nearby, if you do it right you’ll steal ALL their customers. I’m ready to leave as it is and find a new gym.
I have been a member since this location opened and now my rate has gone up at the same time that they get rid of towel service. Its going to get a lot worse as people come in to work out, sweet all over the equipment and take a shower without a towel. The mens locker room was already getting bad that now it will be even worse. Time to find a better gym that wants to retain members not chase them away.
The place is always clean, lots of new machines to use. The only thing i not like about this gym is that it has a lot of people when i go there after work. I wish 24 hour fitness built places that were twice or three time larger so it would be more comfortable to workout.
Come here once and a while for Monday body pump. Really nice location and staff. Kids club staff members were fantastic with my little guy.
They charged me an annual renewal (non-refundable) a few days before I canceled. I wasnt able to get it back - I called 2 days after they charged it. Okay, thats fine. I called, couldnt get it back but canceled my membership. I paid for first and last month, but, guess what, another monthly charge goes through a week after I canceled. Wow.Final Note: Customer service for corporate were very - I dont give a ...., we cant do this, not our problem.... etc. kind of vibe.
24 hour fitness is great! The staff is super friendly and if you come in a lot they learn your name and greet you on your way in and out. It is always super clean and never too busy to be able to use the machines I want.
Great gym with lots of natural light coming in into the main workout space, the group exercise room as well as the swimming pool area. Not very crowded in the morning and / or noon. Not sure about later afternoon / evenings. Recommended.
Really nice gym- Very new. When I go its not too crowded and the equipment is all in great shape. They have the Arc Trainer here as well, which is a great machine. The locker room is very nice and the cardio area is upstairs in its own area, which I find a bit of a plus. Great location for an outdoor run as well being close to some paved trails.
I’m a personal trainer at this location.I’ve worked for 24 Hour Fitness for over 13 years. This is by far my favorite location I’ve worked out so far
There a few items that need to be addressed. I have been a member for over two years and the pool heater has not worked in over 4 months. That is unacceptable. You continue to pay dues and a yearly fee. What that for, not for fixing the heater for the pool! My other issue is that upstairs when on the mats, you can see all the dust on the mirrors, because the person cleaning them cant reach that high. While the staff are friendly and we appreciate that. You need to get the POOL FIXED. Or we can go to Golds Gym across the way.
They have sales office to get the new sales in. But when they mess up on billing- they hand you the 800 # and ask you to call them. There is at-least a minimum of 20 to 45 minutes of hold time on the phone. When they need the sale - they dont mind to take your cc and charge it. Absolutely no help from the front desk people. The lady at the front desk just printed out the statement for me to view the discrepancies and asked me to call the 1-800 Number. So, in this day and age when they have a physical office on premises we still need to call 1-800 # and be on hold everyday during lunch time?
Clean, good equipment, child care play room, jacuzzi could be a bit hotter, steam room and sauna good. Pool is small. Not too crowded but may vary. Free plastic bags to pack wet clothes to carry home.
Ive been a member for over 2 years. Although busy, in the past the club was always clean and the machines were in consistently good working order. Unfortunately the overall quality of the gym has significantly degraded over the past year. As many have mentioned, the discontinuation of towel service was glaringly cheap and their reasoning disingenuous. Ive also found the cardio machines to be in much worse condition over the past few months. Many are clearly in disrepair and Ive yet to see full banks in working order. My impression is theres a distinct lack of pride in ownership here. I would not recommend starting a membership here until things noticeably improve.
Stopped towel service even though it’s part of our dues and price hasn’t changed to reflect it. Apparently every single towel was stolen so they can’t help us out in a pinch, and won’t charge towels to our account. Considering switching to another gym, despite being a member here for years. Things are changing.
This gym always has fresh towels and all of the equipment is clean and new. The ultra high ceilings help make the gym feel empty, even when there are a bunch of people there. I cant speak about the staff, as I havent interacted with anyone, but the facility itself is awesome!
To be frank, 24hr fitness at Bothell is really nice and clean. The only problem that I have with this 24 hr fitness facility is that the repair time to fix the swimming pool heater is way too long time. Last year, it took 6 weeks to get it fixed. This year, the water heater broke again. It already passed 3 weeks, and is still not fixed yet. If the manager really cares about customer service satisfaction, he should not drag on repair time. I wonder if the manager have learned from the past repair experience. Please, be smart & put in place a regular inspection schedule regarding swimming pool heater, do not wait until it breaks and shut it down the swimming pool. Facility should have a new (or refurbished) replacement pool heater in stock and get it ready for next round of service. Customer satisfaction is more important than any saving in repair cost. Honestly, if I cannot joy the swimming facility for more than a month or more, I will have no choice and just have to move on to other fitness club. Please do not come up any excuse or drag on repair time, do it right away as if it is your own water heater at home. I am really upset about the unreasonable long repair time, it is not acceptable to club member.
Decent place, but always busy and not worth the higher-than-average price.
I would give zero stars if I had the option! Worst customer service I have had in this area. I travel for work and downloaded a 3day pass to find the best gym in the area prior to purchasing a pass. I call the day before and plan to go early morning. I arrive around 0530 and the girl at the front desk tells me I need to come back at 9!!! I asked if I could workout and plan to meet after, since I had already driven there, and she said No! Honestly, if your employees are not all on the same page I should not be the one inconvenienced. I will not go back to this gym. First impressions are enough for me! Just terrible customer service!
Our company employees and contractors have fitness passes here. Management is nice and friendly. Love the towel service and the sauna late at night. It does seem like they drag their feet when little equipment fixes are needed.
I would like to first mention that I normally attend the Everett location and they have had wonderful customer service. Also, the younger man that was at the front desk at the Bothell location this morning was doing his best and was nice from the moment I walked in and even shook hands with my kiddos. I have a membership to the kids club for my son but paid separate for the the little girl I watch (Yes I have permission from the parents to take her where ever I go). I go to the kids club to drop them off and the child care worker gets irritated and tells me to go back out and create a profile for the other child. I go back out and the front desk employee apologizes. I start to create a profile for her and the manager Kristina walks up and demands to know if I am the parent and I said no and then she demands to know if I am the guardian. Apparently I didnt answer her question fast enough (I was thrown off by her demeanor) and she then asks if I have custody of the child or have her parents DIED! Who the heck asks if a childs parents are dead in front of said child?!!! With that being said. It is one thing to inform your clients of policy ( I used to go to Golds and could put my boyfriends son in the child care and was neither the parent nor guardian so I didnt know any different) its another to be rude, snappy and inappropriate.
I find myself here quite often. The staff remembers me and always greets me at the door. The equipment is clean and in good repair. The restrooms are clear and free of debris. I always find clean towels at the front desk. When Ive had questions the staff always do their best to assist me and answer my questions. The other patrons are generally polite and follow gym etiquette. My only complaint is they do not have WiFi and my phone does not have the best connectivity so streaming tunes can be frustrating.
Please let the WiFi work on runningmachines . It seems like not working at allexcept the front line.specifically on live broadcast filed. Also some of the shower pipes re leakingand need to be repaired ASAP.Everything else is okay!
7 years with 24 Hour Fitness and unfortunately cancelled today. David the GM attempted to use high-pressure sales tactics to make me upgrade, after an associate cleared me to workout. Being fetched in a busy club after starting a workout was very embarrassing. Traveling for work I kept a 24 Hour and LA Fitness membership for convenience. Typically I would pay a one-time additional fee to use a Super Sport occasionally instead of upgrading. I would advise anyone considering membership to avoid it.
Please fix the WiFi connection folks ..... we pay for it not getting it for free ...... it’s very annoying that never works the way it should . It cuts off every 5 minutes. And deadly slow .
They have amazing trainers, encouraging you to get close to your goals.Simply amazing!!
The location is a little awkward to get to, but theres ample parking. It is nice that theres towel service, but the showers are often ice cold. Many of the child care staff are wonderful with my daughter, and others are obviously just there to collect a paycheck. As a result, this location is kind of a mixed bag.
I am really getting frustrated due to lack/delay of maintenance of in this gym. I have been to many 24 hours fitness but in this one one pool never gets repaired. 70% of the time its always broken or in maintenance. Also its getting very crowded. Do something for fast maintenance.
One of the nicest, cleanest 24s Ive ever been to (aside from the brand new ones, that unfortunately always seem to get dumpy after theyve been open a while anyway). And Ive been to many over the years. Decent selection of weights, and I like the design of separating out the cardio machines on the upper floor and the weights on the lower. Also the tall-ish guy with the glasses working the front desk was super friendly as well...he totally made my day.
Awesome place. Nice people and members. Amazing showers and pool area. Huge central workout area. Lots if free parking.
Not another chain gym, if you get to know the PEOPLE. Dig in, connect, itll make the workouts stick much better over the years. Trust me.I dont care where I workout as long as people listen and theres some mutual respect. I get that here.
Clean, bright gym. Good selection of weights and machines. Nice locker room and decent lap pool. Crappy towels.
Looks a lot bigger from the outside, once you get in. Super small & always crowded. Machines have been out of service for like 3 months now. On a positive note, its always clean & gives a friendly vibe. Switched from Golds, Ill probably go back to Golds.
I spend my time in the pool doing laps and h2o aerobics. A lot of natural daylight due to many windows. Nice locker room and showers.
Plenty of equipment, all in good shape, friendly staff and pool/hot tub/sauna-steam room. Cleanliness in the hot tub/steam room could be enforced a little more.. but all in all great gym.
Good gym. Used it for overt 20 years. Never had a problem. The weights are heavy though. And I get tired on treadmill.
Probably cleanest, best child care but I’m so not motivated to workout because the wifi is horrible. Please fix it!
Awesome facility. Clean, new and very open. Staff is friendly, and had a great experience working with Isaiah. Only complaint is that they dont offer WiFi, which wouldnt be an issue if the building wasnt a dead cell zone.
Good luck finding an open piece of equipment on the gym floor during peak hours. There are literally lines for common equipment like benches. They filled this place quickly with some good promotions, but now its over capacity.
High quality Eleiko bar and bumpers.
I joined this gym approximately 1m ago and I love it! The staff are friendly and helpful, the classes are great, and I love the equipment! The facility is clean and in great condition. Im glad Im there!
Phenomenal gym. They have everything I could ask for and the staff is great. The steam room is definitely a plus.
I’m confused as to why they got rid of their towel services. I asked if I could borrow one just for today because I didn’t know about this new rule (they didn’t even bother to send out an alert or notification to their members), and I came here today just for the pool. The front desk didn’t budge, and said that if I want to have a towel then I would need to pay! However, the previous member got one for free because he talked to the manager. So I pointed this out, but the front desk person said that it was a “special case,” but really the problem was that the manager left! I awkwardly stood there to see if he would at least attempt to resolve an upset member, but he just dismissed me and went back to staring at the computer. 24 Hour Fitness was my “go-to” gym, but I’m not so sure now.
Everything from disgusting showers, to a guy that won’t stop whistling, and a plethora of people signed up at this location (all the locations, infact). Save your money, purchase the equipment, and set a gym up in the comfort, sterility, and grunt/whistle free space of your own home. You’ll thank your wallet, your gas tank, your sanity in the long-run. It’s crowded practically 24/7, even at times where you’d expect the gym to be empty (1AM-4AM). There seems to be a dozen (at least) or so people that frequent the gym at that hour, particularly this one imbecile who decides it is his duty to whistle like he’s singing the tune to the Andy Griffith show, or something. It’s very unnerving when he grunts as if he’s a silverback gorilla. We get it, we hear you. Now back to the nitty gritty. The showers are absolutely disgusting. Quarantine-worthy, actually. It’s as if people rip their hairs out and toss them all over the floor, how they manage to get them in the deepest recesses of the showers, I do not know. What I do know, is your feet will come out looking like Bigfoot if you don’t use enhanced due-diligence. Bring a few bottles of sanitizer as well, because they’re littered with bandaids (why hasn’t this place been shut down?). I will be paying the $2000+$159 a month for the beautiful and elegant Bellevue Club, rather than this monstrosity of what they attempt to call a gym.The constant flow of recent negative reviews further concludes and adds to the validity of my review. They also got rid of the towel service, under the guise of “going green”. But doing the math... how does 10,000 individual washes (from the amount of patrons that are seemingly signed up for this location) use less water, electricity, and materials, than a single bulk wash? Hint: it doesn’t.. it’s all about saving money because they were losing so much of it by re-ordering towels due to the amount that were being stolen. Corporate must think of their patrons as monkeys who would never think outside the box and question whether their claims are true. The owner of this gym doesn’t care about their members. He just cares about their wallets.
Very clean facility. Avoid prime time though if youre looking for a quick workout. It can get VERY full.
Great gym, but definitely classist. Posh area, charges more, and nicer than other 24Hour Fitness gyms. You cannot come unless you pay significantly more than your other all gym membership.
Sad. They are being shut down
Great selection of up-to-date equipment. Clean and welcoming. Really good classes and a wide variety of class options.
Nice Newer Club, Bad Parking and Horrible Business practices. Watch/Read Carefully what you sign up for and good luck trying to Cancel especially if you have a spouse or if you are not the Master Account holder to your membership.. And check your bank account often for being charged fees that you didnt realize your signed for. The customer review below is probably right, I think 24 hour Fitness is a Government Agency...
Hands down the best gym Ive ever been to. I worked out here for a month long weight loss regiment. I would spend 4-7 hours here every day. They have a lot of equipment and areas to keep things fresh. While I spent most my time in the cardio area upstairs, they had great options. Their pool stood out to me as the best Ive sever seen at a 24 hour fitness. Its super clean and as I was there in the late night early am I can whitness that they pressure wash and maintain it every night. Cant say the same for some of the other locations that have scum on the cement.
Me and my wife went to this 24 Hour Fitness center in 18006 120th Ave NE, Bothell, WA 98011. They told us that if we both enrolled we could use the Kids club to leave our kid when we use the gym. But they didnt mention that using the Kids club would require additional fees for signing up for another membership. And when we were enrolling our kid was with us. So it would be natural for the person assisting us to mention that the kid needs a membership as well. But he didnt. We got to know that later on when we tried to use the Kids club. At that time my wife wanted to cancel her membership. She did and the manager told us that they would refund the money for her membership. When we didnt see the refund in almost 2 months, we called again. The manager changed what he said before and said that they cannot refund the money. Had the manager told us at the beginning that he wouldnt be able to refund the money maybe my wife would try to use the gym for a few days. Because of their failure to give us the full information (about Kids club) and giving us wrong information (about refunding) we lost two months of payment - for which my wife didnt use the gym for a single day. I hope this review helps some people to avoid getting into the same situation in future. And also the manager had a we dont care ... we are keeping the money whether its reasonable or not attitude. So know everything before you signup.
Second time this year pool is not working, but this time its been a month and now they told me two more weeks. What a joke!! I want my money back for a month that I didnt get to use pool !!! This is ridiculous! Second time this year pool is not working !!!! How hard is too fix it !!!!!! This is just absolutely unacceptable!! I need to find another gym !!! And housekeeping is terrible! I saw a brown tissue sitting in a cup holder in one of the equipment, came back next day it was still there, I came back next day and again it is still there . Someone need to hire better housekeeper!!!! I wish I never got membership with this gym!!!
Great gym, but get crowded easily. Try to avoid the 5PM-10PM rush. Otherwise its a good gym.
Do NOT go here.Dishonest and shady practices.I called to cancel mine and my boyfriends accounts in AUGUST as we were moving away.Only to find out they reactivated my boyfriends account against my knowledge and have billed my account 200+ since then.I called their online services to complain and I got hung up on by a lady that barely spoke English claiming there was “no manager”.I will be sharing this with everyone I know and posting my story on every social media 24 has until they resolve this. This is absolutely unacceptable.
This is truly an amazing gym. It is clean, has a pool, sauna, steam room, lots of floor space, and cardio space. There is also a place to do all of your strength training and HIIT workouts. Christina always makes sure that you are welcome and has clearly trained her staff to do the same. Definitely would recommend.
Confused how getting rid of towel service saves water? We still have to wash them so sounds like it’s more about saving them money.
Its a great gym. The staff has always been friendly but at the same time, even if they werent (like some reviews have said), who cares? I come here to work out and be left alone. Sometimes its pretty busy when I go and some pieces of equipment require some patience because some people like to sit there and do multiple sets without even looking around to see if someone is waiting. This isnt the gyms fault. Some people are just rude or stupid. If someone is being stupid, its not that hard to walk over and say you mind if I jump in real quick?. Anyways, the gym has a wide variety of equipment. I go here 4 times a week and I enjoy it. The showers are awesome, better pressure than I get at home. The basketball court and pool look nice. Oh and the kids area is awesome. I take my daughter there about once a week and she loves it. And its only $6 per visit (or $25/month for unlimited visits) which seems reasonable. The only thing I thought kind of sucked was that you cant take your kid to the pool. The pool is 18 and older because they dont have a lifeguard. Oh well.If youre worried about the type of people that go to your gym, dont go to a gym at all. Do you want them to ban all of the good looking people so that you feel better about yourself? And there will be a**holes wherever you go, so just deal with it. People need to stop writing bad reviews because of the people they encounter at a place. That has nothing to do with the quality of the business. And if you have a problem, look at yourself first. You might be the a**hole.Cheers!
Nice new place needs to be cleaned better but all the equipment works most of the time.
Nice facility with lots of amenities. Generally clean, lots of different machines and equipment to use. Parking can be pretty awful during peak hours.
Nice facility, but when is the place never NOT packed? They have Wi-Fi, which is good because T-Mobile is next to non-existent inside.
W@ter aeribics with Susie Murphy. She works us hard, but in a fun way. The Best instructor 24 hr fitness has..
Great place. Just wish the cleaning staff, cleaned a bit more... and or people would pick up after themselves.
Nice machines but USB connection of personnel device doesnt work on any of them. At least one water heater is turned off in the winter for cost savings so getting warm shower is iffy. No WiFi and cell coverage is limited.
It might been the best fitness club, if the General Manager could spoken with a potential customers politely and respectfully. The current GM is rude and allows himself to be rude to visitors, releasing scabrous jokes about their appearance. I came here to get hope and the opportunity to change my physical form. Instead, I received offensive jokes from GM. Im not ready to pay for it every month.
Fairly new equipment. Nice staffs. However it is really hard to find parking spot after work time during a week days.
