Bad communication.They said they had a cancellation on Friday, and I emailed and confirmed for Friday. Instead, they replied saying that they can do Thursday (what?) - which I couldnt do nor did I confirm (and I didnt see the email until late night Tuesday). Then they make it as if its my fault for not making Thursday.I get that services need to schedule efficiently - but they just make assumptions about what time works for you and then make it out to be your fault. Not cool.

Allisa and her team clean the restaurant I manage, and always do a fantastic job! Their prices are very reasonable, and theyre always reliable!

Im a real estate agent and hired Maid Your Day to clean a house for my buyers prior to their move in. It was really short notice and Alissa was flexible and made it happen on Thanksgiving weekend! The new homeowners said she did a great job and I will be using her service again in the future!

They paid attention to detail, including all the grease areas in the kitchen from cooking with a toothbrush! As well as all of the woodwork that I have in my home. I loved how great the house smelled when I walked inside, but better yet I loved how clean my home was! I was really impressed that I got a free estimate, the company walked through the house with me. They then wrote down all of my options so I knew how Maid Your Day Seattle did things & which option were best to choose for my family. The thing that impressed me the most was when she left a signed contract with everything we talked about and a business card on the counter and just simply said you dont have to sign this now feel free to look it over and if youre interested in give me a call. I only had a short amount of time to move my home. I had no idea how I was going to get anything done! Maid your day showed up to my house at their scheduled time and did more than I expected. My oven bathtub and fridge looked brand new when they were done despite the Stains and havock of having small children.
