Always top notch service and this is such an efficient and effective way to get carpets clean. From order, to scheduling to reminders to the actual service it’s really seamless, very good. Maybe more expensive than traditional but you absolutely get what you pay for. Have used them a separate time for upholstery and they are exceptional. (Dog smells and dirt).

It was our first time using Five Star Chem dry. I appreciate the interaction I had with Mike, he was informative and answered all my questions with a great attitude considering it was a late Saturday afternoon.Mikey, the technician that arrived did an awesome job, he was detailed in his cleaning and made so we were pleased with the service. After the work was done it only took a couple of hours for the carpets to be completely dried and we were able to walk on them.Would definitely call them again for future cleanings.

Five Star Chem-Dry, seriously provided 5-star service like the name states. My apartment carpets look new again. We have lived in the apartment for about 4 years and the carpets definitely indicated it. My roommates cat damaged two rooms with pet stains and food. The room with the pet stains now look like nothing ever happened (and it was pretty gross and stinky before). The smell after the carpets dried was not a chemical smell and the room with the pet stain removal smelled a little different but did not stink, which it smelled badly of urine before. Im very impressed and will continue using them and recommending them to friends!

I had expressed concerns over an area of carpet that had water damage and the team custom-treated it but still kept to my original bid due to the uncertainty of whether it would resolve it.
