Hidden charges be aware.$325 for 10x10 feet carpets water removal (not a flooded carpet, just wet) The receptionist on the call estimates $215 ( $125 for cleaning and $90 for dehumidifier rentals) but the guy coming at the end asks 325 bucks, attributing that cleaning is not same as water removal. And yeah, receipt add 10% extra. Not at all professional.

The tenants still vacuumed dirties, even some small steel balls and pushpins after they cleaned the carpet. I emailed them seven days ago and didnt get any response. I will not order their service any more.
