Nice trip. Just a little hot today. Maybe better in spring or fall. Lot of history about Boston and nice splash in the Charles river. I bought the tickets on internet, but not necessary.

We had a most excellent time. This was the first day they could fill the ducks since Coof restrictions began, and the passengers were into it..Our tour guide Papriqqa was hilarious as she explained the many sights along our route. She kept a lively but not oppressive banter up there entire time, adding to our enjoyment..The tour is 80% driving and 20% floating, which was fine. The floating part was certainly fun, but so was the driving..What wasnt fun was the constant rain and cold wind. The shades helped, but also blocked the views..This was a great way to see the sights without getting drenched in a rainy day. Fun edutainment. :)

Cool tour, worth the money for an hr and a half tour of Boston with a splash in the Harbour. Just be sure to buy your tickets at the location the day prior to ensure you have tickets and you aren’t forced to pay the online convenience fees. Boat seemed safe to me, don’t be afraid from the stories you’ve heard. I’d rate a 4.5 if I could, just have to deduct something for the convenience fees and lack of information prior to. 🤷‍♂️

Went on a tour yesterday with my boyfriend and it was pretty cool. Our guide Paprika was AMAZING. She was able to break us all out of our shell and quickly had us interacting with her along the tour. Would definitely suggest others to do it. Only thing I didn’t care for was the size of the seats on it. My boyfriend is 6”2 and his knees were digging into the seat in front of us.

Had a wonderful time on the tour of Boston and wish it was the first thing we did since it showed us so much more than we expected. The guide was really funny and made the whole experience less scripted and more enjoyable overall. Once on the water they even get you to drive the boat for fun photos. Overall I think it was pretty great for a first time in Boston and certainly worth the time and price.

Went on the tour on 09-02-21 -- me and one 12-year old. The guide was friendly, funny, and engaging. 12-year old’s favorite part was going into the water. I was hopeful for some more history and getting close to historical locations, but the vehicle is not allowed on those streets. Hint: check out the Boston Go pass for discounts or it will be costly!

We went to Boston in June and didnt purchase tix in advance for this. Its possible to get slots for the next trip by just walking in but dont count on it too much if youre a very big group. Probably during the worst of summer weekends, some times might be sold out though. The tour was very informative and we had a knowledgeable and energetic guide. And yes, theres a part where youll sail like a duck on the Charles River. This is a good way for first timers to learn about more about Boston. Senior discounts available. They just have a booth within the area, within sight of the aquarium, where you can inquire and buy tix. Hard to miss.

Quack quack! The tour was very interesting. We spent about 15 mins on the water and most of the tour was on dry land. The guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. Its okay but not worth the money. Views from the seats are limited so the photo opportunities are limited. You get some historical facts but most of it is just lame jokes. I suppose small children would enjoy it but paying per child would get pricey. I think a better alternative would be to buy your kid good walking shoes and a treat after you make them slog miles walking through the city.

Im sorry for those with negative experiences, but mine was a fun and fantastic primer to Boston. Our guide (the karate guy) was very cordial and funny. The sites are interesting. A Boston classic. A little pricey in my opinion, bit do keep in mind that a)they cant operate on winters, b)they need to mantain the DUKs in constant and pristine operating conditions, c)The guides are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, d)they donate a large share of their incomes to local charities, and e)youll probably only do it once in your life and it will be amongst the five highlights of your Boston trip. If thats not enough for you skip it, otherwise enjoy and quack away!

Ive been on a lot of bus tours in lot of cities across the country, and I thought that Lionel (i believe was his name), the aspiring gas lamp lighter, and his tour was the best ive ever been on! And my girlfriend agreed! He was funny, intelligent, and had a lot of historical information that I did not know about Boston. Also, his affinity for dogs off-leash, kids playing, and the skewed story that history often writes into memory made it apparent that he is a good guy at heart. The tour was awesome and fun and I legit did not know that our bus would be going INTO the water. Thanks yall!
