I usually don’t write reviews but i felt like i had to for this dentist. This was my first ever going here and it was a great experience! The doctor explained everything to me before doing anything and helped me stay very calm as i am a very nervous person. Pain free extraction quick and easy and also this was the most least painful novocine injection I’ve ever had.

After trying so many other locations These god sends like Crystal; walked me through step-by-step with extreme patience twice! Through the process involving my insurance! Dr Al is honestly The Best. Better then any private office I’ve visited in my 30 years. And one of the few doctors in my entire life experience who respected my needle phobia, went above and beyond to his assistant too, and honestly I’ve never had a more pain-free Novacaine shot with such patience. He has skills! Vivian in the front was all hands on deck and I cannot recommend her or this place enough. I would give it six stars if I could

They were awesome! Alan the doctor was so nice, informative and helped me to stay calm. Maria was a sweetheart and so gentle. This was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist and I’m afraid. I haven’t been in 2 years because of my fear! So I am so glad I found them. Vonica is a pleasure, helpful! She fit me in for this appointment! Will be back! Thank you so much!

Mass Dental Associate is awesome. The staff is awesome they are so pleasant and caring ❤. The service I received was wonderful . They take the time and focus on one client at a time. Giving you and your teeth the best service they can possibly give you. Explaining to you step by step what needs to be worked on while ensuring you get the treatment you need for your teeth for a healthy smile and good health overall. I simply love Mass Dental Associate and highly recommend them.

In the beginning when I first started going to this location mass dental association they fix my teeth, then I had a crown installed, after wile it came out, then I kept going there for 6 month cleaning they started putting pressure on me to do other work that was not necessary, and one of the dentist kept pressuring me let’s use your benefit before the year ends, the staff that works at front desk they are not friendly at all, my wife use to attend this location since our experience became unpleasant we stop going in there, I would not return in there, and don’t recommend anyone to do so.

Dr Al and his team are absolutely A+!!! Not only professional but personal and your teeth will want to show off!

I get anxious at the dentist. I blame it on my childhood experiences🤪. This place is well organized, professional and empathetic to those who have weird dental anxiety. Highly recommend!

They dont care about there patients and pain they pull you threw. When a patients is srceaming and yelling telling you to stop because the pain you stop! Unprofessional the worst experience never will go back.

This was my first time going to the dentist since Covid and here at mass dental. The customer service is Amazing. From the nurses at the front desk, to the doctors themselves ALL very communicative and patient. Great team work between each other and friendly conversations. Everyone is very smart and fills you in on anything they are doing. Excellent service! 1st wisdom tooth down 3 more too go!!Shout out to Nadia and Doctor Omar please keep up the great work!Will be coming back!!! Thank you and stay safe guys!

My family has been coming here for many years. Dr.Hosam is one of the kindest people and dentist I have ever worked with. He will work with you with payment and making sure you are happy with your results. He has never judged me for not flossing as much as I should have! Always such friendly staff. They are one of the only offices that try to take emergency walk-in appointments esp in the Boston area, that’s why sometimes the wait is longer than normal but that’s never with a scheduled appointment. I’ve always been in and out of that place unless it was a walk in. 10/10 would recommend, very family friendly place.

I have four children and have taken them to dentist offices all over the city. Finally we landed on Mass Dental and I will never leave! The dentists are genuine and honest, great with kids, and a pleasure to be with. I even left my current dentist to come here after seeing the way they were with my children.

In my entire life I have never had an experience such as this at a dental office. The doctor was so thorough and kind and knowledgeable and patient. I felt so comfortable! Will definitely be referring others to your practice!!

No matter how long it has been between visits, the entire staff here make me feel welcomed again! I just visited them today in fact, for a tooth issue. Not only was the visit painless and quick, but I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome! Had me come in for a 3 oclock appointment just to have me wait a whole hour for the dentist assist to tell me the dentist is leaving. Waste of time, totally unprofessional. Dont waste your time by making or coming here

Been a patient at Mass Dental for one reason, Dr Al Khateeb. Hes thorough, knowledgeable and explains things clearly. His staff is great and I always leave knowing my teeth are being cared for. Im moving to the north shore but will continue coming into town just for his treatment.

Was in need of a dentist and this place was just what I was looking for.Very nice and knowledgeable staff; made me feel like I was in very good hands. Since this was the first dentist I had ever used that wasnt the group Ive been seeing since I was young, I was nervous. However, everyone who I encountered while at the office was super friendly and made me feel like I had been a patient for years.Def suggested if you live in the area and are in need of a local dentist group.

They chipped my tooth while cleaning it and they didn’t care... I was considering suing them but it’s not worth it

I had a wisdom tooth pulled today at Mass Dental Dr.Al and his team were awesome. I have a fear of the dentist and cannot remember the last time I was fully awake. Due to the caring nature of the team I will be back to continue my oral care with Mass Dental.

Was told that i had 5 cavities because i was paying cash. Took care of 2 of them...didnt go to dentist for 2 years after that until i went to another dentist who went over my xrays with me(which mass dental assoc. Never did) and informed me that i had 0! Thats right 0 cavities. Unless cavities magically go away through routine brushing, they attempted to rob me here. Family member uses insurance here and has never had an issue. Do not pay cash.

I have a really hard time with the dentist due to bad experiences mass dental assosiates made me feel super comfortable right at home I had a tooth pulled no pain at all they went at my own pace they are the best dentist I have ever been to thank you soooo much would recommend to anyone

He pulled a tooth unnecessarily. He struck me in a nerve with his needle. A filling fell out a few days later.

To think that I was liking this place well my mind changed on February 26 2018 when I went their for a 6th month cleaning when everything was done my teeth the next day where sensitive called there because I wanted them to X ray my teeth just to see if there is anything else going on you know. Yall know what the lady at the front desk gone tell me to take a ibuprofen and relax that nothing is wrong with me I was just there and I always do this... Yes! Thats what she said to me. First off !!! you not in my mouth 2nd of all you dont know how I feel...!!!! Now my filling that I received back in September 5 2017 is very painful mind you this pain began yesterday whenever I bite down or eat and drink it hurts very bad this is on my left side bottom back tooth.. I Called them today too to get some help got no answer Im good with this place I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! I dont DESERVE that type of treatment at all. And to think I was in good hands. I was sadly mistaken...
