I was wowed since I was missing out on great x-rays, cleaning methods and equipment- all for the same price as the previous dentist (who probably last invested in their business 20+ years ago).This place is great; from the tech, to the people, to the location. My previous visits to former dentists were terrifying experiences, so I first came to CITIDental South Boston apprehensive. After the first experience however, I was both relieved and excited about my teeth. Dr. Hoang is a fantastic dentist who focuses on the here and now. The practice as well felt like family and were experienced in handling nervous patients such as myself. I felt very comfortable to be a patient of theirs and look forward to being a patient for life!

These guys are awesome. The front desk staff warmly greets you as you enter and explains your payment/insurance options very well. The dentists are all incredibly friendly as well as talented professionals, patiently explaining procedures and recommendations for treatment plans. And finally, the dental hygienists are absolutely outstanding, making you feel completely at ease. My friends think I must be crazy because I actually enjoy going to the dentist!

Upon my first visit, I was very impressed by how organized, clean, and professional this dental practice was. The staff immediately identified areas of concern and were able to tackle them right away and schedule follow up appointments. Stephanie has been cleaning my teeth since 2013!!! She is hands down the best. My teeth are always gleaming when I leave (Im a smoker too, yuck I know) she is efficient with her time but I never feel rushed. Dr. Hoang is also great! Most recently Ive seen Dr. Alsafar who is also a great addition to this amazing team! Cant say enough good things about the practice. Highly recommend.

Ive had a great experience at CITIDental! The whole staff is super nice and comforting, and always takes the time to explain whats going on and work with my insurance. I never have to wait long either! Im almost always sitting in the chair within 5 minutes of my appointment time. I have a lot of anxiety with the dentist, so they were very patient with me and willing to work with me in terms of what needed to be done.

I just wanted to give this review because I felt it was well deserved. I have been going to my dentist since I can remember and I love him. But I decided to try a place closer to home for my whitening. I was nervous at first but as soon as I got there they made me feel so much better. I was first greeted by the girl at the front desk, I believe she was a manger, her name was Pam. She was extremely professional and let me know exactly what to expect. When I got in the room I was Introduced to Paola, Stephanie, and Dr. Hoang. They had a lot of knowledge and told me about the procedure and made me feel so much more at ease. There was even the cutest dog that stood w me through the whole thing. Steph was the best hygienist and Paulo made my whitening experience EXTREMELY comfortable. I didn’t feel any pain or sensitivity.You can tell these girl know exactly what they are doing and are well experienced. They are also extremely honest w their opinions and don’t make u feel pressured to do anything. I was extremely happy w my results and can’t wait to go back. ( and I normally would never say this about the dentist) 5 stars for them!

Ive changed dentists several times in Boston because Ive found them either to be unprofessional or too rushed with their work. I have only been to one dentist in my life so it was a little bit of an adjustment to switch. The office is very nice and their whole team is SO friendly. They were very pleasant and made the chore of going to the dentist a little bit better.

I went to CitiDental for a cleaning after a year and a half of avoiding the dentist because I lacked insurance. It turns out I needed a deep cleaning and new fillings. The staff was so friendly and nice, and was very helpful in telling me what future appointments I needed to make. The office is right by a T station and is clean and well-stocked with water and coffee. Ive already recommended this place to a friend and am definitely making this my regular dental place.

Very poor administrative service / customer support. They scheduled an appointment after confirming they accept my insurance, and thereafter confirmed and scheduled x-rays which would also be covered by my insurance. This all occurred weeks in advance, but one day before the appointment they called to say nothing would be covered. I was forced to cancel my appointment in order to avoid paying for everything out of pocket. Horrible service and would not recommend. Would give less than one star if possible.

They have an office dog (a mini goldendoodle) so that won me over right away! But aside from the dog, I had a great experience here. Nice clean and updated office. The hygienist and dentist were very nice and friendly. I explained to the hygienist that I had a bad experience elsewhere in the past and she was extra gentle with my cleaning.

Best dental office Ive ever visited. My wife and I were on vacation when I had a dental emergency. After going to a few dental offices in the area that rudely turned us away, because we didnt have an appointment, we arrived at CITIDental and spoke with the staff who were pleasant and very accommodating. The service was incredible. The dentist was very professional, informative, friendly and took care of me quickly. Although, we dont live in Boston I would recommend this dental office to anyone there and to anyone visiting who needs to see a dentist.

I am newer to the city, and needed to find a dentist close to me. Even with my incredibly hectic schedule, they got me in to be seen the same day I called. Staff was all incredibly nice, and the treatment I recieved was top notch. So glad I found them!

I moved to Boston last year and procrastinated on finding a dentist! This place far exceeded my expectations. Its brand new and clean! The staff is fantastic. I waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment process to begin. I received a thorough examination of my teeth and cleaning. I felt very comfortable there and will be returning!

While its never a good sign if youre seeing a lot of the staff at the Dentists office, Im more than happy. The facilities are all brand-spanking new and the folks working there have been super nice. The location is really convenient, even if you dont live in Southie, its literally across the street from the Broadway T stop. Theyve been very flexible with appointments, able to get me in early in the morning and as late as 6pm in the evening.

The staff recommended I get a dental procedure with a price tag of over $3000. After this, I got a second opinion from a previous dentist of mine who said that suggesting this sort of operation was very premature and even opportunistic on the part of Citidental. In the other visit I had with them, my hygienist made some embarrassing medical comments in an open air setting where it felt like the whole practice could overhear.Overall it felt like the service I received was unprofessional and I dont plan on going back.

It could not have been easier to make an appointment around my schedule, and finally get in to see a dentist after I moved. Excellent customer service from everyone, and I learned a lot through the process. They accepted my insurance and walked me through the pricing. I received a free whiting kit too! Not to mention is only a few blocks from where I work.

I had to switch dentists due to my insurance change. I am always at Broadway Station and walk by Citidental. I did a little research online, and it seemed like the perfect fit! I recently walked in to get some assistance with a few chipped teeth courtesy of my 4 year olds ninja kick to my grill. I travel a lot so I really dont have a go to dentist, so I moseyed into this cool, modern dental office in my hood. The front desk was attentive to my situation and provided me several options. I dont have dental insurance so I was expecting to be shunned but they provided some very cost effective alternatives and even extended me a very generous discount for the work I chose.The dentist, Amy Bastawros, was awesome. She bonded my chipped teeth and even smoothed out the surrounding teeth and I left 100% satisfied with not only the work but the price.Check out this place. Top notch

I have not been to the dentist in 6 years! Ive always been terrified. Couple weeks ago I broke a tooth and my boyfriend recommended I go to CitiDental. Luckily they have an office within walking distance of my work. What I thought was going to be a quick fix turned into what Id think is my biggest nightmare. Long story short I have been to the dentist 6 times in 3 weeks! From deep cleanings to root canals but the staff at both locations south and downtown are amazing and make the experience that much better and have made it so Im comfortable going to the dentist. All the ladies at Citi South youre amazing! I cant thank you enough! And I cant wait to come back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Citi Dental in South Boston. The office was very clean and welcoming and my dental hygienist was fantastic! I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in over a year and my hygentist Stephanie exceeded my expectations. I had a gross tarter calcification buildup in areas of my teeth my toothbrush couldn’t reach and Stephanie removed all of it. She even took pictures with a small camera so I could see the areas behind my teeth where there was buildup. She was very thorough and did a full examination of my mouth and was more knowledgeable than other hygenists I’ve seen in the past. I left with squeaky clean teeth and an appreciation for her and this office!

I decided to try Citi Dental since it is right down the street from my apartment which ended up being one of the best decisions I could have made. For starter they offer complementary drinks which is nice, then come the atmosphere is very clean and modern. Receptionist is cute and friendly does not have that attitude kind of problem. After recently moving to Boston, I was worried about the prospect of finding a new dentist. CITIDental cast all of those fears aside though. The office was clean and modern with the most up to date technology. The staff was extremely friendly; I felt like they really wanted to get to know me, not just quickly move me in and out of their office. The first visit consisted of a very thorough evaluation of my dental history and the construction of a dental plan moving forward and they spent a great deal of time explaining everything they saw and everything they thought would be good for me moving forward. My fillings were done perfectly and quickly and felt no pain at all. Also, Pam at the front desk was just sooo sweet! She showed me the pricing before i got any work done and was so accommodating! She set me up with such an affordable payment plan that I couldn’t be happier with! I will definitely be returning to CITIDental for all my dental needs.
