I made an appointment for the usual cleaning but I ended up needing to do root canals after the X-rays. I was very afraid of this work, but Dr. Malek was completely calm and thorough. He explained the process and made sure I was comfortable!After the amazing root canal work, I’ve decided to do some cosmetic work on my four front, top teeth because I had spacing between them and a shift of my mid-line. After a few weeks and a few appointments later, I love my teeth! I have a brand new smile and a confidence boost!!I definitely recommend this dental practice -- easy going procedures and great doctor.

Dr. Esrawi is an absolutely incredible doctor. From my first visit in his office, I felt immediately comfortable. He is a true professional, very knowledgeable and a master at his craft. Not only is he an outstanding dentist, but he is also incredibly kind and caring with his patients. I always look forward to my visits to his office, which is rare when speaking of going to the dentist. His office is outfitted with all of the latest technology available in dentistry, and is kept pristine at all times. I have received both standard dental procedures, including fillings and cleanings, and cosmetic dental work from Dr. Esrawi. I could not be more thrilled with the results! He is very open and perceptive to patient needs, and will work to make sure you receive exactly what you want. If you are in the Boston or Hyannis area and are looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend that you visit this office. You will find a doctor who really cares about his patients, does INCREDIBLE work, and will have an experience at the dentist that rivals a day at the spa. I have been working with Dr. Malek Esrawi for over a year now. Have always been satisfied with the experience. Has always seen great professionalism. One of the most exciting elements of the experience is the technology that is used at the office. Dr. Esrawi has equipped his office with the latest dental technology made in Germany, which make the visit so much more enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and always ensures that I am comfortable and my needs are met. And the doctors himself is very knowledgeable and shows great expertise. Highly recommended.

I chose to go with Dr Esrawi after shopping around at a good handful of standout dental cosmetic/implant practices in Boston. He was the only one who was willing to share with me an unfiltered, candid version of his experience about the pros and cons of various treatments. He was also the only one who could work with the new all-zirconium implants, and who had even heard of them. On top of that, I have more faith in his diagnostic of a rare issue I’ve had with my teeth than any of the other specialists I’ve seen, including at big-name hospitals. So, I came for what came across as top expertise — he has been teaching at Tufts for a while — and I’m staying because of all the other things: meticulous, clean, super-friendly. The staff are great too (this is not a big-volume practice, so you don’t get the fake-friend call-center experience at the front desk). I am not done with my long treatment yet, but so far my experience has been great all-around. This review is for the new Boston office of Dr Esrawi, not his office in Hyannis.
