This is the cab company that I can really rely upon! Because of my work, most of the times I need to travel to different cities and countries and every time I use On Time because they always pick me up in time! I have used them many time never given me a chance to complain! I had a great experience using flat rate Boston Airport taxis. The service was absolutely great! Even though my flight was delayed for 2 hours, my driver Tim was waiting for me with a sign when I arrived. He was very friendly and professional. He got me home quickly and safely! Highly recommend!

We just got a ride with Mostafa and it was great. Indoor lighting with candies and pillows. It was an experience. Not your typical cab. Super friendly and fast service.

I tried to call this service for a ride, they accepted it and charged me for it. Only when the driver arrive did it become clear that they had misunderstood and were only expecting to take me 5 miles for quite a high price. When I told them where I wanted to go, they quoted a ridiculously high price that I was unwilling to pay. I know it was a misunderstanding and said that I did not want the ride at all and apologised. Would have been fine if they accepted that, but they wasted a lot of time and made me miss the bus because they refused to give my money back for a journey that I did not want to take. Eventually they did agree to reimburse, but I shouldnt have had to argue! If you tell someone you will provide a service and take their money but then fail to provide the service, you need to give the money back right away.

Spot on service! Ive used them for transit to and from Logan, pickup from Logan, I’m impressed with the professionalism, prompt arrivals and competitive pricing. I will certainly continue to use their services and would recommend others to give them a try as well.
