I’ve been going here for about three years and it’s been an amazing experience. I did a root canal and teeth cleaning with Dr. Anya and it was very professional. She made sure I was comfortable by answering all of my question politely, but in a friendly manner. She has the best service I’ve ever had in my experience and I never had a problem. I’ve also had an amazing experience with Emily. I’ve done hair removal with her for over a year and it’s been absolutely amazing. She provides great costumer service and is very friendly. Overall, this place is very welcoming and I absolutely recommend it.

The team at AP are extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They took the time to explain what I needed done during my exam without pressuring me and explained it in layman’s terms. And it’s the first time I’ve been to the dentist without experiencing pain during the treatment. If you want an easy going stress free experience I recommend anyone to go here.

I have had a great experience here. They are so welcoming, friendly, and professional. Emily did a free initial consultation during which she clearly explained all of the details of the micro needling treatments and patiently answered all of my questions. You can see that she clearly goes above and beyond to accommodate and take care of her clients. She does everything she can to make you feel as comfortable as possible, always offering bottled water during the visits, providing detailed aftercare instructions and ointment to take home. I hated the stretch marks on my inner thighs but after four micro needling treatments they are virtually gone! There is free parking available nearby and the office is very bright, welcoming, and comfortable. I also find their prices to be very reasonable! Thank you so much, highly recommend!!

I cant speak to the actual services because I couldnt get them to honor an appointment with me. I made a Saturday assignment a month in advance. When I showed up 5 minutes early, I found the office locked with nobody in sight. Apparently they decided to close early and not contact me to let me know. If you miss an appointment, theyll charge you $50, but I guess they get to waste your time for free. I rescheduled another appointment for a few weeks later and they cancelled that, saying theyre not doing weekends anymore. I have never used a medical services that was this unprofessional regarding appointments. Good luck trying to actually get an appointment to stick here!

It was great! The staff was very nice and professional. One thing I would note is it would have been nice to receive a package at the end with toothpaste, floss, and other dental care- to take to go for post visit care. That was my one area I thought could be improved. Other than that the staff was very welcoming and made me feel at ease while examining my teeth.

I went in for a dental cleaning yesterday and got a really thorough one. I have not had one like this in a very long time. There used to be a wonderful Russian dental hygienist in Cambridge who gave me great cleanings. But she left a number of years ago. Since then, all the cleanings I got left something to be desired—until I got the one from AP Dental and Laser Center! Part of it was done by Denise, the dental hygienist, the other part by the dentist.

I have been going to AP Dental & Laser Center for laser hair removal treatments for almost a year now. I have had a beyond pleasant customer experience every time I have visited, and their flexibility with appointments is fantastic and much appreciated. Emily, who performs the laser treatments, is also phenomenal and well versed on all the treatments she provides, and she makes the whole process a bit less uncomfortable with her cool and calm demeanor. I would recommend this laser center to anyone interested!

Wonderful experience at AP Laser Center, today! The office was so clean and everyone was so professional as well as nice. I had the pleasure of working with Emily today and she made me feel very comfortable and was so easy to talk to. I came in for a facial and laser hair; with the facial she used skinceuticals products which I was excited about. Also the laser hair really wasn’t painful like I was expecting. I definitely will be coming back!!

I have gone to AP laser 3 times for laser genesis to treat my rosacea. The results are noticeable- I will continue treatments. Even my dermatologist thinks my skin looks great. I was treated by Emily; She answered my questions and concerns and was gentle on my skin. I have been to multiple med spas and offices for lasers and facials. It’s worth noting the prices here are cheaper than others in Boston area.

I got my wisdom teeth out today and Dr. Chen was SO amazing. He made me feel so comfortable and the whole procedure was done in 15 minutes! Highly recommend this office for dental work.

Chose the wrong CONSULTATION appointment on online booking, system wouldn’t let me change the date, and so called the the office & it was closed, so immediately emailed (with 24+h notice), still charged a $50 cancellation fee for not doing it 48 hours in advance. Guess I won’t ever be coming back.Fine print as stated in the purchased groupon: “24-hour cancellation notice required.”

AP Laser is amazing! Emily gave me the best facial I have ever had in my life. I have also had laser hair removal by Emily. She knew this was my first time having hair removal done and knew how nervous I was, but she made me feel very comfortable. My first visit and it was a good visit . Obviously no one likes the dentist because it’s not a pleasant experience but the dental assistant Vanessa was nice from the get go and made the experience great.Doctor was really nice too and warned me about what I might feel and also constantly told me what she was doing and why which was good to know. I also like how the office is modern and not boring like most offices are. There was no wait time either which was a plus

Anya and her team here are phenomenal!!! Top notch customer service, they make you feel like royalty and are extremely warm and down to earth. The office feels and smells like a spa NOT a dentist (I hate that distinct dentist smell). I’ve gotten everything from Botox, to facials, to chemical peels and teeth cleaning. Everything has been above and beyond amazing. On top of everything else, I purchased some face products that were sold out so the owner, Anya, offered to hand deliver the products to my house when they arrived. Hands down the best dentist I have gone to! Dr. Keck is knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I did my Invisalign treatment here along with regular check ups and whitening. I will also say it’s refreshing an office has so many high tech appliances and keeps up to date if not more than a standard dentist office. Can’t say enough of how much I enjoy coming here!

I recently changed dentists and found AP dental . I am so happy I did !! Dr P discoved my old doctor never told me that I had any cavities in fact told me every time I was fine.Dr. P use the camera to show me exactly what was happening and I also informed me that I grind my teeth.
