I had a great experience from Pilot getting my World Market sofa delivered. I was given a time slot when the sofa was shipped- for some reason I received an adjusted appointment for a few days later than the original appointment. I called them to resolve the issue and was put in touch with the Boston office. The representative was very friendly and efficient and helped me secure an earlier time slot for the same day I was originally supposed to receive it. The delivery drivers called half an hour before they expected to be here and again when they arrived. They were very sweet to bring the sofa up to my second floor apartment even though World Market only gave me basic delivery. They were in and out in less than 4-5 minutes! Despite the small scheduling hiccup, I would definitely recommend them!

My package hasnt arrived yet! No idea when it will come. No one called me to reschedule the new delivery date... No communication. Website still shows out for delivery since the 1/15/2020. Just poor service all around.

This company fooled me for 200,000 baht. I have a stipend for transferring money according to the slip. When I transfer money The company doesnt send parcels to me at all. Now, 11 months have passed. Deceive the poor.

Walmart order, items shipped but one package lost or never loaded back. Shipper blaming everyone else but themselves they had ownership of item and somehow was lost. Shipper was unprofessional and did not want to take responsibility. Never doing business with this company again.

Truckers.Check all turns before heading there. GPS will lose signal at the tunnel and you can get lost and enter to airport or somewhere else.
