My puppy flew on American Airlines from North Carolina to Boston and everything went smoothly. I was a nervous wreck the entire time but their cargo team was top notch! Picking her up from the cargo facility was effortless and stress free. Thank you! Very well done!

I could find no parking for visitors anywhere near the building. The office staff were courteous though.

First time ever shipping a puppy so I was very stressed, but it was made easy for us. The tracking information was very helpful online. Staff at the facility was friendly and courteous, and thank you so much to the gentlemen who refilled our puppys water dish after he landed. Above and beyond service. Our puppy is happy and healthy.Information on the cargo website very informative and helped us prepare. If only Logan airports website was just as helpful.

Its good depending on what service you are here for. Unfamiliar people come here to pick up live animals so be prepared come with all necessary information and directions carefully.

When picking up my daughters dog at Logan, all of the staff were extremely unfriendly. When going to the back to get the dog in her kennel they brought her on a lift and just walked off. Not knowing if I’m allowed to enter this area since it was around equipment being operated I waited. When I didn’t go over the woman looked at me and said, “go get your dog”. Ok thanks lady. Then my daughter and I carried this large kennel out and asked for scissors to cut up ties and that we won’t let the dog out there. They gave me the scissors unwillingly. The dog was in their care for almost 12 hours and water was never added to her crate. I was extremely disappointed with the care of the animal and their customer service.

Sometimes you have to wait for an agent otherwise you are out in somewhat of a timely manner

Not sure what I should have expected from a cargo collection facility. Everyone was friendly and they helped me bring the large crates to the car. There was no waiting area really, though I had almost an hour wait, two hours there in total, and I had no idea what to expect going in. It would have been great if the carrier had given more information on what would happen on arrival, what needed to be done, etc. It was a very long and tiresome process, particularly with the distance from the facility to the customs office and having to pay parking.I was collecting 2 cats that had flown in from Ireland, which had spent 16 hours in the crates, without being fed or given water. A little more care should be given to live animals.

Friendly staff at all times of the day. Theyre always willing to help us load / unload our live animals (puppies) into our vehicles for transport. They seem to care about the wellbeing of our pups too as opposed to treating them like any other cargo.

Waiting for my puppy to arrive through AA cargo was the worst experience I’ve endured !Theydid not put my puppy on its connecting flight in Chicago and the pup had to be put up overnight by them, they only called me 2 hours after the flight had taken off and it took them 5 hours to arrange another flight and tell me where the puppy was, . Finally getting another flight the next morning and arriving for pick up they were unable “TO FIND MY PUPPY “ after the flight landed in Boston, it took them an hour and half to locate her and getting her safe to meThey only get two stars cuz my puppy was locatedNEVER AGAIN AA CARGO NEVER !!
