I applied for a job and was meant to have a phone screening interview for 2pm they rescheduled 7 mins before the call. The call was meant to take place the following day and they no showed for the call and to make matters worse they didnt respond to my email to see if they were going to call.I followed up the next day to see if they wanted to reschedule and they still didnt respond. To be transparent this is unscrupulous, ill-mannered and unprofessional during times where unemployment is so high.I would of been more appreciative if they told me in the first place I wasnt qualified or if they emailed me and said they werent going to go ahead with the phone screen for whatever reason. You would expect more from a company who are trying to bring on and retain new clients. If this is what theyre going to do for someone who is willing to provide value to their business I cant imagine what theyre like with their employees and clients.

LS is legit. If youre a recent grad or looking to get into entry level tech sales, LS is an asset to helping you make the connections you need to break in.

I wouldnt waste my time applying to roles at LS. John is rude and doesnt respond to emails. He prefers to read them and ignore candidates. Why post job advertisements if you dont want to engage with candidates?
