She was the same energetic person, now sharpened by 8 additional years of maturity and experience.The answer to the only question of any interest is: Yes, I would hire her again.In 2008, I had a horribly difficult experience. I have thought long on this as negative consequences still endure today. I was devastated by an employer who unfairly tried to hide their incompetence by putting trouble on me. Of course over time they failed to shield themselves from the consequences of their actions, but in this instance they succeeded. Ms. Swartz did not succeed. To be fair, she was young and I was beginning participation in a clinical trial. We made bad tactical decisions, i believe were based on false and misleading information. We got beat. it just happens that way and there is little you can do about it except accept it all and move on.
