Lovely private community right on the shore. Each unit is very well insulated against sound transfer. The sea breeze makes the place feel fresh and inviting. The staff are well trained, courteous, and professional. The security team is vigilant, considerate, and helpful. The gym is clean and ready to access. Maintenance is very experienced and knowledgeable. The rents are reasonable for all the benefits of convenience, features, and comfort. My only gripe is the strict following of the September 15 - June 15 heating/cooling system change and the guessing game of temperature control.

I have lived for these 3 years, the following is my experience living in this communityadvantage:1. Beautiful environment2. There is a star market and Starbucks nearby 15 minutes walk, and there is also a subway station within 15 minutes walk.3. The facilities are complete, and there are gyms, swimming pools and canteens in the community.4. The management personnel will maintain the community, clean the fallen leaves and dust, and the staff will sweep the snow in winter.5. Free parking6. Cheap rent, some rents are really cheap.disadvantage:1. Noisy, very unsuitable for night workers. There will be people talking loudly downstairs at 6 in the morning. The staff of the apartment sometimes use the machine to clean the fallen leaves at 8 in the morning, and sometimes use an electric drill in the morning. At 2 in the morning, there were people talking loudly downstairs, playing car music, and even setting off fireworks.2. Some staff members are rude and cannot provide effective help at all.3. Lack of staff. It seems that there is only one manager who manages the apartment. Since Covid, the management office has not been opened. I can only go to the lease office. There are two staff members at the door, but they are not able to provide help and told me that there is only one staff member can help you, but he is very busy.4. Rat infestation. You need to make an appointment one week in advance for the staff to clean up the rodent infestation. They will not help you make up for the bad parts of the rodents. They can only put a few sticky rods. All the mice are caught by me.5. Theft. Parcels placed downstairs and fresh food delivered to supermarkets are very vulnerable to theft.6. Be careful of your car. I have seen a man driving a car hit a car parked in a parking space in the middle of the night, and he ran away without looking back.7. The washing machine is really dirty. No one cleans and disinfects washing machines regularly.8. The neighbor who smokes marijuana. Although the apartment code states that smoking is prohibited, I could smell the smell of marijuana in the corridor for three whole years.9. Moisture and mold. You need a good dehumidifier to keep the room dry. I dont know why the air conditioner does not dehumidify in summer.10. The deposit issue. I was told that the deposit was deducted due to peeling paint in the room and damage to the floor. But the paint in the room swelled off due to humidity, and the floor was due to the problem of rats. These will be deducted from your deposit.

I live in Harbor point and have been here for over an year and I just love this place. It has little pricy rent, however, Boston is costly. Mainly rent is costly. However, if you’re sharing and okay with that then it’s good. Moreover, the Ocean view, the harbor walk and the amenities are like icing on the cake. Furthermore, being a student of UMB, it’s best because it’s damn closer to the University.

We have lived at Harbor Point for 2 years now and just signed a lease for another year. We lived in a 2 bed/2 bath and now moving to a 2 bed/1 bath with a outdoor back space. We personally have worked with Deb and Justin and they were absolutely incredible! They are so responsive and we’re more than willing to help us with anything we needed. We worked with Deb on what unit we were looking for, and she got the job done so quickly! We love Harbor Point because it is a great location with parking (which is a game changer in the city). The gym, pool and tennis courts is a added bonus as well! We also love to sit by the water at the picnic tables and watch the sunset / hang out.I feel safe here and would highly recommend!

It is unusual for me to write reviews and specifically bad reviews. There are pros and cons of living at harbor pointPros: There is no doubt that Location is beautiful and convenient. I lived here because it was close to work.Cons: There are many1. Apartments are poorly maintained2. For last two years, you can smell weed everywhere. Not a good place if you have kids.3. Management office never picks up phone and You can never talk to a person. On the other hand someone will always pick up phone in leasing office. They have their priorities set4. Management is cheap and is always looking for opportunities to squeeze money out of your pocket.- I moved to 3 different apartments in their property and they never deducted anything from my deposit. As soon as You move out of the property, they penalizes you by deducting money for irrelevant things. This is common and I have heard from many people.5. The process is unfair as a detailed inspection report is not provided, no explanation or human to human interaction about the reasons for deduction and the only time you learn about it is when you receive your check back.Summary: Beautiful exterior, poorly maintained apartments, weed everywhere, hard to talk to anyone in management office and cheap management.

It is an absolute Joy Living in Harbor Point on the bay, the managers are friendly and helpful, the view is beautiful, theres a gym, a tennis court, the pool is wonderful its actually two sides so its two pools, there are ping pong tables outside where you can play ping pong outside, there are other games as well that you can play and then theres the HarborWalk I absolutely love riding my bike on the HarborWalk the view is amazing, in fact you can walk to the Kennedy Library or ride your bike, riding your bike on the HarborWalk is wonderful because you see all the boots and the ocean is a joy, theres central air in every unit, the apartments have washer and dryer hookup, and if you live in the building there are plenty of washer, and dryers nice size washers and dryers, the train and bus Station is only minutes away its walking distance actually, they have ground Keepers who keep up the property, there are plenty of parking and there are places to store your bike if you dont want to store it in your apartment, there is Underground Parking if you dont want to park outside in the winter, what more can I say it has been a joy living here and I really love it try it youll love it too I guarantee.

Good but expensive place to live. Free water 24/7, AC will be provided during summers and Heaters during winters. High increase of rent every year even though you keep continuing the lease. Old apartments are managed well from outside. Laundry units are disaster. Recently new units were introduced and with in weeks new units were out of order. Need to complain each time to the machine vendors to claim the money back. Good to see roads getting cleaned during snow days. Also good parking spots available. It’s pain to get things fixed here soon. Considering all these I gave 4 star as this is an average place to live and obviously you won’t get what you expect.

I’ve been living here for more than a year and I’ve been in two apartments. I can say that it is by far the worst possible choice of resistance. I was charged the damage of an apartment that I have not even done. I was not able to get to my other apartment which is in Harbour point because of that. The staff is unhelpful and very rude. NotTo mention that there are rats on a lot of buildings including my apartment. (I have attached a video and pictures of the rats bites all over my stuff) they’ll just want your money. I’ve moved to peninsula apartments and I can vouch for their quality. The staff is super helpful and overall you are paying for a wonderful complex not a out dated one like Harbour point

Everything is great, except laundry room.Washers and dryers are in great need of disinfection, cleaning and upgrading. When I walked into the laundry room, the first thing was to carefully disinfect and clean the washing machine, because no one had ever cleaned the laundry room. There are many hairs, stains and strange things in the washing machine. In addition, I think the washing machine needs to be upgraded, because the washing machine can only put down a bed sheet, a bath towel and two pillowcases. If you put more clothes in for washing, you will find that the washing machine cannot clean your clothes, and because the washing machine Insufficient power, you often find that your laundry ball cannot be dissolved properly.

My wife and I lived at Harbor Point for 2 years and we enjoyed every bit of it. They offer the best rent deal in the city with the perks of being close to the Red Line, having a gym, tennis courts, and pool on site, and being right on the Harbor Walk where you can run and bike with gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset. Since we moved in, management has only gotten better: theyve upgraded the washer and dryers with new appliances, they banned smoking in the buildings, and they allowed pets. Best of all they have a more responsive management team that helps you with maintenance issues and helped make our move-out transition very easy.I really did not like that they took our security deposit for damage we never created. How is there not a Residents Entrance sign at the front gate to differentiate between the two lanes? The amount of times Im stuck at the front gate because some unknowing person doesnt realize that the right lane is for residents only and then tries to back out amidst a cluster of other cars is mind numbing. Literally a simple sign that shows the right side is for residents and left side is for everyone else would do the trick. Its a $10 fix. Please buy a sign - Right Side: Residents Only, Left Side: All other Vehicles.Justin - Thank you for the response. You put it on an upright pole right at the front not back by the booth. So before people even turn off the main road they see the signs. You get 2 signs - one on the right side and one on the left. Please see attached picture instead of speed limits you put Resident Entrance and All Other Vehicles. If its at the front sticking up on each side no one would miss it.

Horrible experience with Harbor Point. Probably would rate negative stars if possible. Unnecessary took about $1000 from the security deposit upon vacating. Adding unnecessary charges for the damages that already existed in the apartment. Now I dont know who is available to argue and dispute about that. Its like they would decide and deduct the charges themselves. Horrible management, they will simply suck all your money. They already have skyrocket rents. Dont ever think of getting your security deposit back in full.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! PLEASE!!This is a pretty place run by a group of pirates. This place is a scam. They charge you hidden fees over their over priced rent and has no professionalism in handling complaints. Incident in brief; my wife got locked out. In our lease agreement it says there may be a fee, but fee was not specified. She goes to public safety office and asked for help. A fee was not mentioned. She was given a receipt which NO fee was mentioned. The security officer who opened the door did NOT mentioned a fee. After all this, few days later we get a later asking for$50! $50 for just opening a door? When we ask about this they were not courteous enough to accept that it was there fault that the fee was not mentioned. Terrible manager who needs training. STAY AWAY!!!!! Worst management ever I have had come across in my life. Not for UMass Boston, this place wouldnt even survive. I am not a Boston native and have not lived in Massachusetts prior to attending UMass Boston. Therefore, it was rather uneasy for my parents and I when we came to find housing. We walked into the leasing office on a gross hot summer day and expected people to be as crabby as we were. The desk woman was not okay she seemed rushed. She escorted us to “Tom Walshs” office. We were thinking maybe everyone would be in bad moods because of the heat but not we’re we wrong. My parents LOVED TOM WALSH. They met him and talked for over an hour about harbor point and housing and what it is about. Going in they were very skeptical to leave their 17 year old daughter in a different state in an apartment but leaving they knew I’d be safe and that it would prove to be a good choice. Thank you Tom for making my transition so simple and for assuring my parents of my safety! You made a worried mother and father feel a heck of a lot better, and that’s what it is all supposed to be about! Kudos to Tom and harbor point for having such great people and places!

Zero star for management and four stars for the apartment itself. No recycling, a lot of package theft, and the management team just doesn’t do their job to improve resident lives. Whenever something is brought up as a suggestion, the property manager would find some excuse like “we’ve done it before but it doesn’t work.” Don’t get me wrong but also don’t be fooled by the positive reviews — yes the leasing and marketing teams are great but the management team really need to do their job better in hearing residents voices. The most recent concern we have is we’ve found our lobby door to be open multiple times a day and packages constantly stolen, which makes us feel unsafe to live here. Asked the management office to install cameras but only “we will look into that” as a response and nothing afterwards.Again, not leasing or marketing problems. It’s the management team who are rude and incapable and need to upgrade their quality of work.

I tried many other places many years ago with very nice locations, but when it is related to maintenance issues, most of the landlords tried to delay the repairs or do it in low quality. In harbor Point Apartments company, Management office with maintenance department are responding quickly and professionally to resolve such a work order; however the priority intention is going to the emergency cases. I had a problem in the water pressure in the kitchen sink tab last week, so management and maintenance send their representative to evaluate the situation and fix the problem accordingly.I had several maintenance issues in my apartment this year, but all of them have been addressed and resolved as required in a very satisfaction matter. My appreciation to the entire CMJ management team and maintenance team as well, specially Ms. Anabel (Work order management) and Mr. Ivan Lawrence (Maintenance Supervisor and Superintendent).

Instead of using their resources to protect the residents as fully as possible, they spend time antagonizing residents, picking arbitrary fights and making people uncomfortable. My biggest issue with Harbor Point Security, and what prompted this review, was that after I rescued a lost guinea pig from outside, I posted signs in the building lobby with a phone number to contact in case someone lost their pet, and I watch a security guard tear the sign down, rip it to pieces and throw it away. Apparently, HP security is against reuniting lost animals with their owners. That instance aside, Harbor Point Security makes me feel more threatened than safe, they’re more of a nuisance with the reckless way they wield their power than they are helpful. If you value your freedom, sanity and pets, I’d reconsider Harbor Point.

The place is run by predatory vultures. I would suggest going to Penninsula apartments instead if you need to move to the area. I have lived here for under 3 months, and so far, aside from around 10 eviction e-mails, notices, physical mail, and FINALLY a summons to evict me. I could not be happier to leave.Once you move in, they constantly send you letters of eviction and lease violations, oftentimes if not most times, on false claims. There are no such luxuries as available laundry or recycling at all. The place is full of rodents. I still dont have access to the gym. Word on the street is it takes them a month to send you an EMAIL with your access ID, but for some reason, most likely racism, I still dont even have that and its been almost 2 months. So add that to the list of luxuries not available : Gym not available. So far, the fees are as follows$500 deducted from your security deposit, even if your apartment is in fine condition, in their own words. And from there up.$120 increased rent without notice$65 pet fee, in a pet friendly house with an ESA pet$10 per guest to the gym$5 per guest to the pool$50 if you get locked out, just to open the door. Does not include new set of keys.$6 a month for receiving mail$50 if one of your roommates leaves with the parking sticker$15 for the parking sticker$15 for the parking card$15 if you lose the already paid for parking card$15 if you lose your gym card$30 for a new set of keysManagement literally sent a feedback review, along with a gift card in exchange for your name - yes you heard right - $50-$100 for your name, or submit anonymous and no money for you 😂lmfao, but sounds about right these people can’t sink any lower and god knows what for they have never fixed anythingThink it can’t get worse ?Harbor point :”hold my beer”They tell you BEFORE you fill out the survey “you’ll have the opportunity to win one of 2 $100 gift cards or one of 3 $50 gift cards. Please note that you will have the option to have your name included or you can complete the survey anonymously”AFTER you fill it out, they tell you the truth: you will have the chance to win IF you include your name. And this is how they do absolutely everything here. Deceiving you everywhere every single moment Even with a stupid survey. I can’t emphasize it enough, people, please stay away.As for Justin Holstrom, I agree that theyve known about customer insatisfaction since at least 12 years ago and have done absolutely nothing to address any of them. Im having a hard time fighting the companies Ive ordered stuff from and they wouldnt refund my money. Ive lost stuff worth hundreds of dollars. Who is going to replace them for me? When I called the security staff, they told that there was absolutely nothing that they could do about it other than filing another incident report- not sure of what avail. Last night someone had torn open the package ( of which I have the date and time too) and took the stuff inside it and just threw the outer packaging in the main lobby near the elevator- again where the camera is. Im really concerned about my safety here as someone may break open into my house. Last week prior to this, my roommates kids bike was stolen and found in a building very far away from mine. Wonder on how they even got the access to enter my building as the keys are separate. The maintenance office also has been very irresponsible in taking the service requests for a leak in the apartments sink. I had to call them 4 times, and still no one turns up even after taking multiple work orders.I wish i could rate this place 0. Staying here only because I like the view and the close proximity to downtown. Horrible management.

One of the best oceanside places given the location - quiet yet close proximity to South Boston, Seaport, downtown, right on red line for easy commute to Cambridge. Lotsa community events, work area, convenience store, parking, tennis court, pool and gym with instructors, yoga, zumba etc all free. Management is fast taking care of requests. Good security surveillance and this side of JFK/UMass station is safe (unlike the common Dorchester concept people tend to have). The paint night recently organized by Ryan was so good! He is doing a great job making this a fun-filled community.I just took off 1 star because rent is on the increase though quality of the apartments are decent but not that great.

Harbor Point is a great place! I was welcomed by the senior leasing consultant, Jillian Doherty. I came in to the leasing office not sure if Ill stay here or not, but with her warmth greeting and with all the information she gave me, I decided to rent an apartment right away! Its been months now at Harbor Point and I still go back to Jillian when I need help and she has always been there for me. Having such a person in Harbor Point is a very important element; it makes it feel like home. Thanks Jillian!

Lived there for 4 years,,,great place, nice, clean, safe and quite on week days, met wonderful and nice people there.great sales and maintenance team.Mr. Tom & Mr. Orlando are the best ;)security/safety team are nice but maybe they need some more,,,I got my bike stolen once some one cut the lock while i was out of boston on the weekend, but its generally save to live in, no fighting no attacks or harassment or crazy people....only down sides are >1- price.2- there are a lot of dogs, although pets are not allowed.3- the AC wont turn on for few weeks in the end of spring / early summer, and it gets really worm inside the house.

Awful experience. In the laundry room, half of the dryers died. So only 3 dryers are available for people living in the whole building! And no one fixed it. I spent money on the died dryers all the time. Called maintenance office and management office but no one reached me out. Will leave this summer for sure.

My experiance has been fairly consistent so far at Harborpoint. I have personally been pleased with my room and staff has been helpful. I wish my apartment didnt have carpeting, but thats a personal preference. My biggest complaint is that the special pre-pay cards that you use to pay for the laundry machines can only be reloaded at certain locations that are not in the laundry room. Otherwise I am content.

While this apartment complex has its issues (rent increases, ect). Working with Jillian Dougherty was the greatest experience I have had in 5 years of leasing in Boston. She is patient, caring, and honest! It can be hard to find a leasing agent you trust as a young professional or student seeking apartments in this city, but she is hands down the best person to work with! Thank you Jillian!

This is my first year living here and being a UMB student I love how close we are to Umass Boston. The apartments are big enough for the amount of people living in it without being completely squished. My favorite part is being so close to the water and being able to walk along it on warmer days.

Eta: you can see how seriously management takes these issues from the response. Is there a reporting system for public safety officers? What kind of training do they receive? Does the clubhouse have noise rules? How do you handle reports of unleashed dogs? Did you do anything to fix the troughing in your roofs? Yes, its been some time since I moved out, and still, looking back, I cannot believe how miserably this place is run and maintained. In one line I was thanked and criticized for reviewing. They will put on a friendly face and give you lip service until you realize that nothing will ever be done to improve the situation. Then they give up on that and just ignore you, like me and many other reviewers have experienced. This place will ruin your life! Management will tell you one thing to your face and never take any action. The local police wont come out before the local public safety, who are extremely undertrained and incompetent. They take quite a long time to respond to any calls and have no accountability system in place for reporting officers. I was assaulted by another resident on property and not even a report was ever taken despite my pleas. Safety is obviously not their priority. An officer himself came to my apartment, threatening me for reporting an incident. He actually got aggressive, thrusting himself forward and into my apartment. There are rave-level parties at the ordained clubhouse, so no noise complaint will ever be addressed even as it goes on until 4am. This happens every weekend. There are infrastructure issues that led to extensive water damage of my property. They continually came to fix it With no success due to larger faults that they wouldnt address. There are residents known to let their untrained dogs out unattended, making even walking around extremely unpleasant. Nothing is done about this, even with repeated, documented offenses.Just dont do it.

I worked with Jillian Doherty in the leasing office about noise problems we have been having for several months with our neighbors. She was very professional and worked with us right away to get the issue resolved. I would definitely recommend working with her if you have concerns or if you would like to start a lease.

She is one of the staff members and i have to say i was disgusted with this ladys attitude when she spoke to me, she is rude and by her body language i felt discriminated. She is Spanish. i was very excited to find out more about this apt complex but she is the reason im all set.

I have been living here for a while, and a recently incident disappoint me.I locked myself out while both my roommates are out of town for the holiday. So I had to go to the security for help. I was told that I will be charged for $50 for them to open the door for me (that cost them like 5 mints?!). Then I emailed the management for help in term of the fee. I was telling them how hard 2020 was and it is such a high fee for a 5 mins service. What I was told is : if you look up other unlock services online, it will cost you $150. I feel very disappointed that this is the answer I get! This answer is either professional or Sympathetic!I did read a lot of bad comments regarding the bad behavior about the managing team. This is the first time I felt so bad about it.My experience with harbor point is mixed. I love the fact that its super close to the water. The leasing agent Tom was very nice and helpful. Hes evening sending emails about informations of roommates for the time when I was looking for one. But the maintenance need to be improved. The elevator was broken the day we were suppose to move in, and it was broken a couple of times after that too. A lot of pipe leak when we step in the apartment first time. Luckily the maintenance team were sent on time and the problem was fixed.

Harbor Point is absolutely ridiculous to live in. They don’t have an answering machine to leave voicemails in the case that no one was available and the people in the leasing office are very rude and very unhelpful. As a person who works in customer service, it is NOT okay to answer the phone saying “Can we help you? We’re in a meeting.” How was I supposed to know every employee in Harbor Point was in a meeting when there was no answering machine to tell me that no one is available? And that is just disconnects? Also maintanence here sucks. My roommate called and asked if we can make an appointment for multiple issues (one including mold) and they said they would call back in 2-3 days. A week goes by and no one called, so she had to call again. Also two different people told me misleading information. These people are not great in customer service and it’s absolutely gross considering the amount of rent that was charged. They need to learn how to treat their renters better and have a better attitude.**UPDATE**I was a visiting an old roommate, and my car was towed.I had to drop something off at school (UMass Boston) before I visited her. I dropped it off, then we returned to her apartment and went to get food. When we returned later that night, my car was gone. Afterwards, she dropped me back off at the school. They told me they had knocked on the door and no one answered and also tried to tell me that my car was towed from there before. That is false, as it’s a new car and has never seen the harbor point parking lot. My old car was never towed from there either. It was just very frustrating to see that they tow people for absolutely reason and I had to pay $153.00 for something that wasn’t my fault.

The view of the harbor is good and the promenade is nice. Thats really the only good thing I have to say about this place. The building has 7 floors and only 1 elevator and its not always working. There is a lot of trash around the building and in the halls that gets left for days. The elevator once had a broken egg and coffee grounds in it for 3 straight days. The hallways smell like weed and cigarette smoke all the time. I dont have packages delivered here because they are just left in the lobby on the floor. Anyone could take them at any time. My guests have to pay for parking every time they stop by. I have an apartment here and I have to pay for a parking pass when I use a company vehicle and not my own just because I dont have a stupid sticker for it. I would get a sticker but the office hours are not at all convenient. The window in one of the bedrooms in my apartment is so poorly insulated that I thought it was left open. I had to hang a comforter in front of it to get through the cold night. When we moved into the apartment, it smelled like cat piss and there was food left in the cabinets. Definately wasnt cleaned at all before I came into it. My company pays the rent for this place but Im pretty sure its above $2500 for 2 bedroom, 2 bath, small apartment that hasnt been updated since the 80s. The appliances are old and cheap. Really should have done some research on this place before I came here. If i did i would have know that there was a murder here about a year ago and a woman woke up to stranger sitting on her bed 2 years ago. Do a quick google search and that will come right up. I hate to be so negative but I am not a fan of this place at all. I have steered my fellow co-workers away from here and they are better off for it. I would have been better off going through the hassle of finding parking in south Boston every day than staying in this dump. But its an apartment that I am not in much so I put up with it.

I have been living here for two years, many issues happened here. Elevator was broken by fire and after 9 months it was fixed finally. Wash machine and dryers are many out of service, too old for washing and drying. Management office and lease office are different division in two locations, many misunderstandings need to communicate with three different sources and cost you times. Rise your rent fee with no reasons.

It is a great place to live without counting management (with the exception of Orlando, and the cleaning staff), and the consistent increase in rent. You will meet great people most of which are students. The place is on the bay, and has a small gym which makes it convenient. The reason why I gave it one star is because the obnoxious yearly rent increase. Management is not willing to negotiate rent prices to people who have lived there for years, nor would they care about your input. Their main reason being, that Umass does not have dorms yet, so they can charge whatever they want. Luxury living at affordable prices as they claim, you will soon realize its a lure to reach into your wallet.

Like anywhere else, it HP has its pros and cons. The biggest cons are the police; Ive lived here for four years, and Ive seen--not heard of, but seen--Harbor Point Police grab students by the neck, pin them to walls, scream orders at them, curse loudly, and threaten imprisonment. Ive seen them illegally force their way into apartments and not work in accordance with real laws regarding entry when informed of them. Ive been yelled at for leaving my car in front of my building while bringing in groceries, and for requesting help jump-starting my car when it died in an inconvenient location. Each lease renewal brings an increase in rent, which is a questionable tactic, considering the loyalty of tenants who stay for longer periods of time. Justin Holstrom mentioned in response to another review two months ago that new washers and dryers--which cost 1.75 per load--were on their way. This was not true. That being said, the views in HP are spectacular, its close to Star Market, the T, UMB, and the highway. The gym is functinal and up-to-date. The apartments themselves are pleasant, and service requests are typically handled quickly in my experience, though they sometimes require a second call. Parking is typically conveniently available. Overall, Harbor Point is a good place to live, but having to deal with Security, constantly breaking elevators, washers, and dryers, and annually-increasing rent makes one wonder if its worth the price paid.

Dusty & outdatedPros:- Convenient distance from UMB- Social atmosphere between buildings- Nice views from the Harbor WalkCons:- A/C not available for long, Update your system- Loud residents/guests outside buildings all the time at unreasonable hours (1am, 2am etc)- Washers/Dryers outdated, Dryers dont dry- Elevator breaks at least once a month, super slow and outdated- Outdated appliances, always breaking (wear and tear happens very frequently with mild use)- Overpriced for everything besides the convenience of location- Packages delivered to building often stolen and/or opened- Dusty apartments, ventilation is very dusty, very hard for asthmaticsHonest review....It has a nice view of the water, but the view gets washed out by all of the negatives. Poor communication between the management and the maintenance. It is honestly sad that it is hard to enjoy the fresh air living here, because you open a window and either smell cigarettes, smell skunks, or hear people yelling, loud music etc.

To start with positives, all utilities included in rent other than electric . Really close to UMass Boston and Redline JFK/UMass train stop.NEGATIVES: Maintenance is a pain to deal with. It took me a month to get simple things in the apartment fixed. The rent is through the roof expensive. 4 of us living in my 2 bed room still pay $700 each a month. Elevators are always vandalized and fire alarms go off once a week.
