He is very responsive and accommodating.During showing, one of the apartments have no key, but he communicated it to the landlord quickly to know the status of the apartment and eventually get the key so that we can view the apartment.Thank you Suraj!

Comm Ave Associates were the most professional people my wife and I have ever worked with. We cannot underscore this enough that AVA KANTA IS PHENOMENAL! We were moving to Boston from Chicago and had less than a month to figure out where we were living. On top of that, being in the middle of a pandemic is not the easiest to maneuver around as we had to find a place through virtual tours since we were out of state.However, once we found our home through Zillow, Ava was very responsive and empathetic as she understood our challenges that we were going through. She gave us a virtual and we decided last minute to take a day trip to Boston the next day to see the place in person and Ava was very flexible in meeting us the day we arrived. Through the entire application process, Ava was on our side with getting the place we wanted and did everything to ensure we got it.We highly recommend working with Comm. My boyfriend and I had been searching for apartments for 3 months before we finally found our agent Rong Chen. We wanted to be in a place close to my boyfriend’s university while staying close to downtown. A lot of agents before had given us a hard time because we were students and it was our first time moving. It was such a blessing to find Rong. He made the process painless. He was responsive and answered always in good time and was friendly. If I ever bothered him with my endless questions, he never let it show. He also took the time to check out on the apartment three times in person before we finally move in. This was priceless given that we were coming from a different state and really had no choice but to do the whole process remotely. I rented the apartmen from this agent. Im not talkin about all employees but Suraj Ranabhat was doing my process. He said that the company (who has apartment) wants to you lease 7 days early. I already paid my old apartment last month rent but I accepted because I said that if you send me the lease before I move I can take parking permitHe said okay but I got the lease 16 days late even I moved the apartment.Also, the big problem is the mailbox key! He didin check the keys before give it to me. He give the keys without mailbox key! and he said The Hamilton Company work half capacity because of corona.I tried to be polite and I never said this is your faultEvery day I called him for lease and mailbox keys and he said I call them every day but they dont answer.Can you imagine that you are real estate agent and you dont have special contact with landlord!After 3 -4 days he start to say that I did everything. Now you should call the Hamilton Company for mailbox keys and lease I said that I will call them but you should follow process He was trying to say he did his job perfect. And one day I called him and said that if you didint check the keys before give me You should follow this problem But I was so polite!He shot down the phone. I text him that I didint hanged up the phone He didint answer me. And he still never call me to ask what happened your keys?After 11 days I moved, I learned The Hamilton Company across the this real estate agent!I went their office and talked with them. They were so polite and solved my problem same day. I asked the Hamilton Company that is there anyone contact with you for key and lease from Comm. Ave. Associates Real Estate? They said we dont have any application about this situation.

I purchased my first condo through Young at Comm Ave Associates. He had always been very helpful with my apartment hunts in the past, so I knew he would be perfect in my search to buy a home. He was prompt and responsive to any questions I had about everything from the properties themselves to the home buying process. He found the perfect condo for me, and negotiated a purchase price below the appraised value for me. He was also able to accurately estimate any repair costs I would have to make to some of the homes I looked at, which was helpful in assessing whether it was a cost I was willing to incur. Anyone that has ever rented or purchased a place in Boston knows what a tough process this can be. The difference between Comm Ave Associates and other agencies I have used, is that Comm Ave Associates really wants to get you in to a place that matches your needs rather than just rent or sell you a place. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Young and Comm Ave Associates. I am in an affordable, beautiful condo that I love in a wonderful neighborhood.

Comm Ave Associates helped me find my first apartment in Boston. The agent helped my friends and I out in locating a place, taking us to tour the apartment in the same day, and then getting all the paperwork and credit checks done, so we were quickly able to reserve the apartment. They really have good appartments

Astoundingly poor business practice with no concern for the safety or well-being of the tenants whose homes they show. We were contacted a few weeks ago by a realtor, Chris, who was planning to show our house, but when the showing time came he texted us asking for our address. This has never happened in our many years of renting in Boston. When we asked why he didnt have our address, he continued to guess at properties in the vicinity.Today, Chris showed our apartment without any notice. One of the roommates works from home, so you can imagine how terrifying it would be to find strangers roaming around your house. Chris insisted that he contacted the number on file (both her number and mine are on file-- the very ones he texted weeks ago) but it must have been incorrect.This is incompetent, disrespectful, and dangerous for tenants of any property the company has access to.

Me and my girlfriend just moved into an apartment on April 1st and it was one of the easiest and most accommodating experiences Ive had In a long time. The reason for this wonderful experience was for one specific reason, TIMMY HUYNH IS THE NICEST HUMAN ON EARTH. My father had just passed away a couple days ago and Timmy did everything he could to comfort us and make the process go as smooth as possible. He even went out of his way to contact the owner of the building to push back our move in date in order for us to have the time to attend my fathers funeral as well as have the time to be with my family in NYC. And again he went out of his way to speak to his company to ask if they could waive a fee of $150. Having a person like Timmy work for your company is a huge asset because most people see moving into a new apartment as a huge hassle and something you just want to be over with, but Timmy made this experience the exact opposite. He made us feel like we didnt have to worry about anything and that he would handle all of the paperwork and mental agony In order for us to be with our family during this tough time. All in all not only do I think Timmy deserves a raise and some sort of compensation for his hard work but he should be promoted and should be able to train other workers on how to deal with customers because he did it to perfection. Sorry for the novel but Timmys hard work and devotion to making his customers happy deserved a HUGE pat on the back and this is the least I could do. If you need an apartment I would absolutely work with Comm Ave Associates and if you want REAL customer service done to perfection ask for Timmy. THANKS TIMMY!!!!

BE CAREFUL THIS AGENCY!!!!!I would give *No star for this agency because they are tricky. My friends and I paid for deposit and after that they price up on just 13 days before move-in date which mentioned in the receipt. Even though there was no broker fee, the manner of broker was not nice.

Didnt seem like they fought for us with our dream apartment because the owner is strict. Otherwise showed us a great deal of places and met on weekends, nice people. Our realtor was new to the city and real estate in Brighton. Made for an iffy experience.

I was having an awful experience with Boston realtors until I met Alex Gonzalez! Her down-to-earth, friendly attitude put me at ease instantly. She was communicative, prompt, and honest throughout the entire rental process. We had run into some issues along the way but Alex not only got it taken care of immediately, she made it so easy on us. I even recommended her to some friends of ours that were looking for rentals at the same time. I feel like I lucked out when I found her so Im definitely going back next time I want to rent anything!

Chris Bove is a realtor here who went to bat for us when he didnt have to. Weve been dreaming for years of getting a place where we could have a dog and thought we had finally found one! Instead we found a place with a terrible and neglectful property manager who decided on a whim we couldnt have one, even though it was advertised as allowing one.Chris went straight over her head and started putting together meetings and fighting on our behalf to get what we deserved, while we were too busy with our new jobs to continuously fight a battle with a company that had no reason to listen to us. He resolved everything in a matter of days, and got us the result we wanted and an apology from the property company who had, up until that point, ignored us.Truly, he is a king of kings!

Best place to find apartments in Boston! Very professional!

I walked into Comm Ave Associates last year because I was looking for an apartment and I was working on a budget. I was immediately seen to. I told them exactly what I was looking for and within 30 mins, he had called tenants to set up appointments to see the place. Because of my budget however, I was informed that I needed to be ready to jump on an apartment immediately when I saw it because the places they were showing me would not stay on the market for too long. And then I was asked to contact my cosigner NOW so we could get paperwork done ASAP. While I thought it strange that this was said to me before Id even seen a place, I understood when I saw the places. I applied for one apartment on the spot (after seeing it) but unfortunately, it had been rented out just Hours before. So I then applied for another one the next day and was approved. Minus my original hesitation at deciding where I should live in a 24 hour period, this was a great experience. They talked me through everything and even tried to negotiate with the landlord for me.

Do not deal with these people. They turn back on what they promise. They say all good things and talk about discounts and make you fall into their trap. Once you are done paying money, its like Who the hell are you? The mannerisms of people here get very arrogant once you are done paying them.
