The group at Crescent Realty has been a pleasure to worth with from finding an apartment to getting any necessary maintenance completed for my move in. The bathroom was looking a bit dated and upon asking, they immediately changed some appliances and painted both the tub and sink while I was out of town. They accommodated my schedule perfectly so I came back to a beautifully painted bathroom! Not only that, but the team has been incredibly responsive and I’ve never had to wonder who to contact to get something done. Looking forward to enjoying their services while living here!

Renting from Crescent Realty Co has been a great experience. Our broker, Joe, was really easy to work with. Whenever we have a problem they send someone over right away (sometimes the same day) and do not stop until the problem is solved. Would definitely recommend.

I did not have the most positive apartment search experience working with Randy at Crescent.Now, I did meet Randy under pretty stressful circumstances - my first choice apartment fell through at the last minute, and I was due to catch a plane back home at 3pm. So I was scrambling to figure something out, I called Randy about one apartment and he said he could show me a few that fit my criteria - bright apt with a large living room. Out of the places we saw, at least 2 were unacceptable: one had no windows in the living room, the other had a closet for a living room. Fail.At the very end, he did show me a nice apartment, a bit more expensive than I wanted but at half-fee. It looked good, so I submitted the application the next day from SF. Three days later, we hear back from the landlord - apparently, someone offered him full fee for the apartment, but he was gonna give us the preference if we would fork over the full fee. I dont know if its illegal, but its unethical in the least. So we respectfully declined.At this point Randy mentions that there is an identical apartment available in the building, with even a better move-in date for us. He didnt show it to me when I was in Boston, and I am now in SF, so I cant see it in person. The original apartment had really high (probably 11 foot) ceilings, which made the apartment very bright and what sold me on it. Randy assures me this other apartment is identical, well, maybe the ceilings are a bit lower, but its slitting hair. Pictures arrive - what do you know, the ceilings are 9 feet at most. We decline, and I ask for my deposit check to be mailed back to me, which was never done.In Randys defense, he was readily available on the phone and kept us in the loop, which I appreciated. But I personally will stay away from this realtor/landlord going forward.
