The staff was very nice. However, I took my gold chain here to get repaired. They told me it would take 7 days. Three weeks went by and I never recieved a call so I called them. At first they couldnt find my chain but they finally found it and it looked great. About a week later and after only 3 wears, it literally just fell off my neck as I was standing outside just getting some fresh air. I am extremely upset about this and I will be taking it somewhere else for repairs.

Been using them for almost 30 years...They made my wifes ring from scratch... And then keep updating it as she wants to CHANGE it up. Today I picked up a watch repair and ordered earrings.... Ricky and Ashton will fix you right up...

They resized my engagement ring and did an amazing job and worked in a timely manner with a reasonable price. Both times I entered the store to drop off the ring and pick up the ring none of the employees were wearing a mask even with many of the customers in the store at both times being older people who are at higher risk of COVID. Otherwise they would receive a five star review.

This is OUR jewelry place from now on! We had 3 watches that needed battery replacement and they literally had it done in no time. They could not have been more friendly and kind! Will definitely be using them for all our jewelry needs!

I like this place. Small shop no wasted space. They have a jeweler, a watch maker, watches, and what appears to be very good quality jewelry, and gifts. They helped me with a ring resizing, and a couple of watch problems all at very reasonable rates and in a very reasonable time. The employees were very attentive and knowledgeable. A good place to shop.

They have been in business a long time. Brought in my watch to repair the watch band. Had to order a new band. Happy one was available for my watch.Thanks Couchs jewellers.

Initially, they were very personable and helpful. When it came past the 10 days he quoted me for repair I called and was told he was working on it. Would be til the middle of the next week. Still no call. I showed up and asked for my jewelry. I was not shown the repair work nor the $$ chain ordered to replace mydamaged(?) ones.The jeweler walked behind me with my diamond pendant and new chain and placed it on me. He never offered a mirror to look at the piece. I paid and left. I was so shocked. Upon looking further, after leaving the store, the chain did not match my pendant and the repair work was not done. I returned and was given my $$$ back and my old damaged chains. Shocking! Untrustworthy! Never again.

Ashton is a teacher at heart. I was educated in my purchase prior to coming in, but the wealth of knowledge he was able to add has made them my forever jeweler. Loved our experience! Pricing was competitive. I will always recommend yall 💕

My mom and I recently went in to Couch’s Jewlers with my grandmother who has dementia. We were only shopping for watch batteries. The sales clerks went above and beyond to make my grandmother feel special while our watch batteries were being replaced. I will not be shopping anywhere else for jewelry from now on. This establishment is incredible and I highly recommend them.

I have taken many prices to them for repair, including family heirlooms. I trust them.Their prices are affordable. I have even had a waterproof watch face( crystal) replaced and my watch is still waterproof. Love them, just love them.

I went in to drop off my ring for the prongs to be tightened. (At other places, I would have to drop it off and wait a week.) They fixed it in about 15 minutes!!!!!AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I went in about an hour ago and have already bragged to friends and family about Couch’s!!Thank you so much!!!!
