Very friendly jewelers here. They, like many small jewelers, have many unique items. I brought my wedding band in which was the wrong size for me. I was attended to quickly but not pushed and the issue was resolved. I left feeling as though I could return there in the future and know that I would likely receive the same quality customer service.

Took my husbands watch in for cleaning and repair. Took quite a while to get back, but that was understandable... it needed an entire overhaul. Crystal was chipped; so that was replaced as well. They do a simply great job!! Connies is our go-to place when it comes to purchasing jewelry or watches!

Went in for a ring size and one of my diamonds needed replacement. Ms Tammi was very courteous and friendly. She even wowed my husband into purchasing a bracelet for himself. Tammi was very personable and I’m a hard one to please.

My wifes wedding ring needed repair, and she wanted some modifications.I drew up exactly what she wanted, explained it in detail, then wrote it all down.Instead of a quality job, they did sub-amateur hack work, and paid zero attention to neither drawings, instructions or what was written down.While I said price was no object, and offered to pay $1000.00 down, they said no.It took 4 times longer than they quoted, and only invested 5 minutes time in the piece. The craftsmanship was a joke, but my wife loved the look of my design- despite Victor horrendously botching the job.Afterwards, the ring they made broke in 3 monthsThey charged me very little, but I feel I paid too much.The offer to come back and spend MORE money with you seems dubious.If you didnt do it correctly the first time,If you ignored the drawing and my instructions,What will you do differently a second time?

I brought in a string of 341 pearls to be broken down into four separate sets of smaller necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. Tammi was very helpful and patient while we worked out the details. On the other occasions I have come to the store, I have always had excellent service. This added to the very personable and professional service I have received on each visit. Cross Jewelers is a great place to buy those jewelry pieces I am looking for!

Daphne was knowledgable, friendly and professional. She respected my friend’s budget and helped him find what he was looking for. The selection in the store is amazing. If you cant find what you are looking for here, you wont find it anywhere!

I brought my engagement ring (my husbands great grandmothers ring) in a few months back to see if the stone was loose. They were but the prongs were thin and there were two breaks on the top part of the ring. So I finally bring them in to get fixed. Wow, not only was it done in 2 days but it was polished up beautifully and just gorgeous (not to mention this is Mother’s Day weekend and they were busy!)! Thanks so much for fixing my lovely heirloom.

I have been a customer for about 30 years with V Cross and with Connie for about 25 years and this is the greatest jewelry store ever. All the staff are helpful. From engagement rings, wedding rings to birth stone rings they have beautiful items. If you cant find exactly what you want they can make it for you. I have given Pandora bracelets to my girls with special charms to mark special events in their lives. They truly care about helping you find that special item as a gift or just for you. All my girls use them because they know its like having a family jeweler who cares.

My experience with Cross Jewelers was nothing short of phenomenal. I heard about them through radio advertising and decided I’d try them to have two rings resized and a diamond replaced in a third one. Their work is impeccable and I was actually shocked when they telephoned me to let me know the rings were ready! I thought it would take much longer. They’re timely and their pricing is extremely fair. Last but certainly not least, the ladies in the store are very friendly and outgoing. Left my ring on Wednesday for repairs and they had it ready the next day. Can’t tell where the ring was repaired and it was so beautifully cleaned when I got it back. The ring was my mother’s and is probably at least 50 years old. They are the only place I would trust to make the repairs and I was not disappointed!! Awesome craftsmanship and attention to details in their work.
