First time being at this location. I just had watches that needed replacement batteries. Was taken care of immediately upon entering the door. Great service ! When I was shopping for an engagement ring, Mr. Lee sat my now fiancé and I down and explained everything to us for at least an hour. We were able to figure out exactly what she wanted. They were very helpful and nice, we did go to a few other stores after but they weren’t nearly as friendly. The people at Balentine and Company were very friendly when I came through the door to see if they could fix my college ring and two special rings that my husband had that needed fixing. They were very professional and explained what would needed to be done to fix the rings and how it would take to fix the rings. I was very pleased with final result of the repairs done to the rings and how quickly they had them finished and ready for pick up. Brought in a custom made watch that’s one of a kind for a little movement work. Initial interaction was great and I was pleased with the turnaround time. Came back from the Watchmaker with a little piece of fluff under the Crystal. They were apologetic and made it right and fixed it in one day. The price for the repair was much less than I thought it would be. Great atmosphere and they knew my name when I walked in the door. Omg, exceptional and very quick service. I took my gold diamond ring in to get it sized and refinished from yellow gold to white gold, and I must say it looks amazing.
