DO NOT GO HERE! I thought customer service was only this bad in movies...go to Anitas! You wont be sorry!

For eight years, I have frequented this business and made excuses for her poor attitude and rude facial expressions and demeanor. I tried to chalk it off to old and set in her ways, but I’m done. She needs to recognize she is not doing the customer a favor. We are trading money for services and others will be happy to do the same. I intend to take my frequent business elsewhere.

The staff was very rude..... I took my daughter in to have her Prom dress fitted and altered. As the attendant was pinning the dress, I had to constantly tell her to be careful because she was snagging the dress. As were discussing what needs to be done, she asked my daughter, why you pick this dress? You should have picked another dress. My response was, she picked it because she liked it and thats ok because were leaving. I will never step foot in your establishment again, nor will I recommend your business to anyone else. Sad part is that no one tried to make it right or salvage the experience.....

Worthy of business and was shocked at the way they made both pieces look like NOTHING was wrong from when took them in!! WILL be using them here on in, as long as quality versus quantity.

I have used her services for years. Her work is superb, she is always finished within days, and prices are more than reasonable.

They did an amazing job hemming my dress for a wedding. It was also surprisingly quick. I will definitely use them again!

I dropped off clothing to have a zipper fixed on a Saturday and was told to write my number down on a ticket she kept and shed call me on Wednesday if they could fix it. I asked if I need a ticket to take with me for my copy at pick up and she said no. Ive never experienced that before, I usually get a ticket from the cleaners. Fast forward a week later I call that next Saturday and dont get an answer. I try again Tuesday, now over a week after no call from them regarding if they could fix it or not, and at first she doesnt know what article of clothing Im referring to. She asks me a couple times what I dropped off, when and for what reason. She tells me she cant find it at first then finds it a minute later. I go to pick it up and she tells me they only accept cash since its under a certain amount. So I have to leave and go get cash. The only upside to this was that the zipper was fixed.

I brought in brand new garments with the Dillard’s tags on them for her to alter and she ripped off my tags and tour hole in the pants. Then I called her to let her know my problem and she tried to rush me off the phone. Not good business!! Some of her customers she allowed him to pay later and the ones that she did not know they had to pay upfront even though she has a sign that says all items must be paid for before leaving. I will NOT DO business with her again 🙅🏽‍♀️🤬

She has never failed to make the alterations I needed in a timely manner with a smile.
