Ive always taken my suits here for tailoring. They are professional, courteous, and fast.

I have used K&B Alterations for all my ball gowns, all my daughters ball gowns and dresses, and we are headed there today with my daughters wedding gown. I personally would not trust anyone else with it. They may not be the least expensive in town, I dont know because I have never been anywhere else, but as the old adage says, you get what you pay for. She has altered designer gowns for me and they have been perfect each time.

I am happy with the alterations done to my dress. You did everything I asked you to do. With that said, I was not happy with the price that it cost me to go from formal to cocktail length. I informed them of the price I paid for the dress (second hand store, but very nice dress) and ended up paying 10 times the cost of the dress to have it altered. I have learned a valuable lesson and will inquire as to the price of a service before I use them. I came to this store on a recommendation that they were reasonable on their prices. What I was charged was not reasonable by any stretch of the imagination. I would not use them again.

Way overpriced and unprofessional. I’ve visited quite a few alterationists due to moving around and I’ve never paid so much for alterations. I paid as much for simple alterations (i.e. hemming, tacking straps) as I did for the bridesmaid dress I bought. The dress was a very simple design with no beading or intricate details. I brought up the issue with the owner in a civil manner, asking for an explanation and price breakdown and she immediately got angry and responded with profanity towards me (cussing, yelling, mocking me, etc.) I wish I didn’t even have to leave 1 star.

I only go here for alterations. Kim is sweet, funny and does quality work.
