I had the best experience with my Jeep Gladiator. The guys handled everything for me including finding a good deal on a Jeep for me. The Gladiator is amazing. It rides so smooth on the road and I put the hemi 6.4 in it. I can’t tell you how awesome it looks. So happy. They were great.

I dont usually write reviews but this place deserves some special recognition! These guys go above and beyond anything i have ever seen!. Quite a few times i would just call them to ask what to buy and how to install on my Jeep and Ben would always take his time to answer my questions whether I ended up buying the item or not. Rubitrux was so easy to deal with. I called as i was looking on their site but i always have questions so Ben Brendle (operations manager) said to call and he would help me out. I went thru the different AEV lifts i was interested in and he took his time to explain the differences between the 2 and which one he would go with and why, even though i was paying he recommended the less expensive model as i could tell this is a place that wants the customer to be happy with their purchase and not feel like they spent more than they should have. I called Ben a few more times before i made my decision. once the order was placed for the AEV 2.5 DUALSPORT XT JEEP WRANGLER JK LIFT Kit, AEV ProCal, JK Geometry Correction Brackets, Old ManEMU steering stabilizer. It tooks 2 days and all boxes were delivered. I have recommended Rubitrux to many people as Ben and their owner Eric are both awesome people and always willing to answer any and all questions. They are both very active in the Facebook groups. This place gets 5 stars all the way. If you live near there go there or if not just order you will not be disappointed. I would buy again from them no doubt.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. I ordered a ton of stuff for my 2015 Hard rock and had it sitting in my garage for months before install. When I was finally ready to pull the trigger I realized I was missing a bracket for the front stinger. I simply wrote an email to John and the team and a few days later it was here without hesitation. In ordering my stuff they also knew exactly what I needed and had all the specs to allow me to make an informed decision. Everything that came was in excellent shape and we are very happy with these guys and will surely be ordering again. Thanks to the team over there.

Went by there today to pick up a couple of parts for my kids Jeep. Mainly needed to replace one of the door straps, so the door doesn’t swing all the way around and hit/dent the cowling (yet again). Also needed to replace the oh s@$t handles. Everyone was very friendly and helpful including lending me a torx driver so I could remove the bolts to install the new door strap. I drove in from Durham for a visit and wasn’t expecting to need to bring tools or do minor Jeep repairs and these guys helped me out a lot. Thanks y’all.

HORRIBLE.....Terrible customer service! I just spent over $3000 with Rubitrux. One of my items that was shipped was scratched. I received the run around about a UPS claim. This item was $240 of the entire order. I just wanted it replaced. They will not replace it and only offered a $40 credit. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend ordering anything from them.

Ordered wheels (2) changed mind and was a real hassle to return and wait a week for refund. then over charged on shipping fee!! 60.00 shipping to a place 1hr away for 2 wheels and a 60.00 restocking fee!! i work shipping and no for a fact it doesnt cost that to ship them and on top companies get a nice discount from ups.. . I will be contacting my CC company. Also Ben is very unprofessional..

Build was great. Lift took 4 weeks to get, should have just ordered it from Metal Cloak direct. Jeep build was installed by professional, car wouldnt stop squealing. My new brakes have 300 miles on them and the rotors are scorched! See the attached photo. I have a 2016 Jeep Rubi Hard Rock with 12,000 miles on it. Paid a buttload of money for new Teraflex Rotors, Calipers and Pads. Car is literally SCREAMING. Everything else went great until I told them about this issue, they have been ghost for 2 full days now. Buyer beware.

Just picked up my 6.4L Hemi converted JKU and the Rubitrux team knock it out of the park. I have done a lot of modding of vehicles and I have never had one come in on time. They quoted me 2 weeks and even though I added a snorkel, air compressor and diff covers to the build they finished it early. I picked it up and drove it 800 miles back home then the next day took it wheeling and it never even blinked. If Jeep made a Wrangler with a hemi it couldnt be done better then they have done. Cant say enough good things, may not be cheap but it is done right.

The guys at Rubitrux and HC 4x4 have done work on my 09 Chevy Silverado several times.. Each time, the repairs were completed when promised, and were done right. Theyre also great about calling you with estimates and updates on your ride. The folks there are attentive, and take the time to assist you in selecting the right wheels, accessories, or other items for your 4x4. I wont let anyone else in town touch my truck for off-road work ... Thanks for the great service, fellas.. Ill be in soon for some accessory installs.

Drove 35 miles one way to get a part on saturday while on vacation instead of going fishing. They had one mirror for my truck but could not find the matching mirror. Half hearted attempt to find it and said only Brad knows where it is and he is not available. They offered to ship it but after waiting so long I gave up. I guess a $200 sale isnt as important as an expensive conversion.
