Was suppose to get a call back to schedule a recall repair and nothing 2wks laterUPDATE have now been notified that there is no record of my bringing my car in at all. Normally I would agree that 1 star is a bit harsh for a missed call, however this call can lead to an engine fire avoiding to the recall and then to have no record of me being there. I have to start all over.
John Pickell took the time to walk us through our test drive and purchase experience and was so friendly throughout. Al Hobart was great in the finance office and explained everything very clearly, answering all of our questions. Will definitely consider Pat Clemons for our next purchase, too!

I worked with Jon in sales and Al in financing and they were both so delightful! I walked in knowing there was a slim chance of getting approved but Al did what he could to get me into a car.I had some mechanical issues with the car(still in the process of getting it to them to get looked at so will add more to this later). I told them I didnt feel comfortable driving it, and they went above and beyond to get the car to them.I definitely will be going back here for my next car.
Cant even view the inventory online without providing your contact info. Which I did because we are looking for a specific car for my husband. And I knew better than to provide that info. Got an unwanted solicitation call from them not even an hour later. Ridiculous practice!
Being denied the family eligible GMC discount for a truck that other dealerships are currently accepting. We were told the salesman has never had this happen in the 20 years hes working there. Truck shortage now otherwise wed go with another dealership. Shady business. Do you not get completely reimbursed for these discounts?

Found the staff to be disrespectful and walk away when I was asking questions. IHad just gotten off work, probably didn’t look too appealing, and had walked away as I looked at the new Chevy 3 quarter ton. Almost as if he didn’t think I had the money. I’ve heard stories of people complain about pat clemons dealership and I will never buy from this gutty place.

The supervisor for their service department is a good guy. The receptionist is a worthless excuse for a human being. They had my vehicle for a total of 28 days out of 120 days trying to fix power steering. I informed this person that I was not paying for the same work id already paid for. This excuse for a human then threatens yo call the cops and tells me to leave. She then threatens again. Unacceptable. In 20 years of working with people I have never treated anyone like this nor have I ever been treated this way. The other folks I worked with were great, however this brown haired thing in the office ruined my experience thus why their review is a 1.

Was just cruising the lot like I normally do. Was looking at a different vehicle and decided that particular vehicle was not practical for me. Talked to Cody and told him I needed a vehicle that had a a high rebate due to me being upside down on my trade in. Cody found the perfect vehicle for me and I absolutely fell in love with it. At first we could not come to terms on my monthly payment. Al in finance kept working his magic and never gave up. We finally came to a price that I could afford. I definitely will return to buy my next vehicle.

Fast friendly service. Offered 10% discount then read the paper and theres a 20% coupon. Think since we have bought several vehicles here, this should have been offered. Also wondered if the tires were checked as I had a flat the day after the seal was replaced on my back door

Don’t do it. Save yourself. Sorry for my “confusing” post before. My boyfriend took his car here and was charged 1000 dollars and when we got the car back it would not start the next morning. So talking about food on a table it’s hard to put some there with no money or a car that runs to get to work. Also when contacted directly you guys did not care to fix the issue or even have the car towed back there. Hope that clears up the confusion.

Went to get my carpet shampoo and it looked like they never touched it they said the stains were just so old that it wouldn’t come out. I bought some fabuloso and the stains came right out never ever again.

Good selection of all kinds and makes of vehicles. Accommodating staff. Be warned though.....you are allowed to have the vehicle to purchase evaluated by an independent mechanic. Ran into a problem with a recent purchase where the 27 point inspection was supposed to be done, and found several items that were not fixed. After these were pointed out, they were fixed for free and a complimentary vehicle was supplied.
My son and I found a truck on cars.com. Went to PC website to see what the price was. Had to enter personal information (PII data), wouldnt have done it otherwise but son really wanted to see this truck. The truck wasnt on the website. A salesperson texted and said cars under 10k arent on website. I asked for price. Got their normal low down and $500 off. Still would not give price. They assumed we wanted financing. Said we would have to make an appointment to see it. A 35 mile drive and sharing of personal data is not acceptable. We as consumers need to stand up to companies like this.I had to make another call to request to have my personal data deleted.
The service department was very knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job, plus the final bill was less than their estimate! I will return for more service work!
Bought a car last fall (2017) from here. 3 months later the radiator rusts out and needs replaced. Over the summer the transmission begins shifting gears at random times while driving highway speeds. As of December (2018) the ABS and ESC have begun to malfunction on the car. Causing braking at random times while driving highway speeds. Took the car to Wilson Toyota to get the car aligned and we were told it was the worst alignment they have ever seen come through the doors and that the car had to have been in a crash before. The car has never been in an accident during our ownership except backing into another cars hitch, which they said wouldn’t have knocked off the alignment that much. This was not on the CarFax, but I would believe would’ve been something easy to find. Some of the issues may be due to the car itself, I will never buy another Hyundai, but it is disappointing the quality of product that was put out. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall just a disappointing experience. Make what you want of it. My advice would to read how they react to low reviews and look at their true character.
A lack of honest and forthright communication from the service coordinator made getting my vehicle serviced an extremely frustrating and stressful experience.I understand it was a big job and mostly unexpected, but the constant string of theres just one thing left and itll be ready in the morning made the wait intolerable. I have no idea how long the work should have taken, and clearly neither did they.Im grateful that the technician spotted the issue and took the time to correct it; Im just a bit sore about having to constantly scramble at the last minute every day to find a way to get to work and back while repeatedly being told itll be ready in the morning.
The sales manager (Al H) is great to work with. I wouldnt want to work with anyone else! Bought my last 2 vehicles from him and my extended family has gotten several from him.

They were going to charge me $2400.00 for the wrong repairs that would not have fixed the problem. The correct repairs cost $125.00 at a local honest repair shop. I consider this outfit to be borderline criminally incompetent. Aside from that I like em just fine.
Richelle and Al made my first time buying a car, from a dealership, a pleasant experience. I was nervous that when I got there Id be sifting through car talk and things I had no clue about and they took time. Richelle came walking across the lot to us in the cold, snow, and wind and answered all our questions. She was more than happy to see us, go for a test drive, and explain every feature in the car. Al explained in detail about warranties, services, and different types of insurance. He did it in a way that felt like he cared. We ended up leaving with a beautiful new car and feeling happy about it. Ive had buyers remorse before but this time I feel like I got exactly what i needed and wanted. Definitely will be coming back here in the future.

Yes the sales person was pushy but its a car dealership. Ignoring the expected it was clean and professional. The employee was knowledgeable and attempted to work with me even though I intentionally went it with the vehicle I was keeping not the one I was trading in.
Place sucks. Most the sales people here don’t want to help you look at cars. They are only interested in helping you if you tell them your buying a car.

I only went to the parts desk, but got what I needed quickly and for a very good price.
Grease was on my steering wheel, a greasy screw driver was left on my seat and somebody lowered my steering wheel all the way down so that when I got in, the steering wheel blocked me. I had to readjust the position. No reason why the steering wheel needed adjusted. I also felt I was overcharged on labor. I was quoted 1.3 hours for labor and was billed for 2. Tech told me the repair would be $751 and the bill was $820.
Stopped to check out some new cars. It was raining so I took down the prices and will check them out on the internet

I have bought 2 vehicles from them. The first time, a couple salesmen got into a fight over who was my salesman. I had to speak with the sales manager so he could decide who got credit for my sale. =( The second time, no fighting, but the lady I was dealing with turned out to be a secretary, and I ended up with a man who was in a hurry, and did not seem to know what paperwork he needed to file.
