We have used Just Right Heating and Cooling for 28 years and always found them to be responsive, reliable, fair and honest. Last night our hot water heater went out and we called Just Right. They were able to schedule us for 10am today and install a new hot water heater. Fast efficient and professional! They have never recommended anything that wasn’t needed. You can trust these guys and they are loyal to their customers.

Just Right Heating and Coolong were amazing. I had a Honeywell smart thermostat installed by a family member that of course wouldn’t work on the hottest day we’ve had in a year. I called Just Right and they were able to come out the very next day. They were professional and courteous, and they managed to quickly figure out the issue and replace the part of the thermostat that was not working. I have used this company for years. I had a furnace at my former home that worked but looked beat up. They were honest. They could have lied and stated that I needed a new furnace. NO, every year they would do the maintenance and tell me, the furnace is just fine. This lasted over 10 years. Every fall he would have to light the furnace, do the maintenance.They are HONEST, efficient and fair!!! This time, this was for another property and it was further out, in Glendale Heights. I asked them to please come. The property was being sold and the realtor had gotten someone to say it needed a new air conditioner. I told her, I wont trust this inspection report unless it is done by JUST RIGHT Heating & Cooling. I told her, I did not want you to order this. JUST RIGHT went out. It only needed a small maintenance and cleaning. The other people pretended that the furnace was old, but it was just installed 15 years ago. The other people pretended it needed a new air conditioner. The OTHER people just lied.USE JUST RIGHT ONLY!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!! This is an industry like car salesmen. You have to find one that is honest and only use them. That is JUST RIGHT Heating & Cooling. USE THEM, they do an excellent job and they are HONEST too. They are the best.

The Just Right team has been the default & preferred provider of our family for almost ten (10) years. We called about doing some HVAC ductwork in our attic (following a new roof replacement) as well as our seasonal checkup of the furnace/humidifier system — from the first call to the visit, the repair and each technician who came to our home, the experience was courteous and of high quality.I like the fact that Just Right can do what we need and they know what they’re doing, so no need to call multiple companies...they are a one-stop service provider. I used Just Right because a friend recommended them when the company assigned to me by my home warranty insurance was unreachable. I left a message on the Just Right website the night before and was contacted the next morning. Fortunately, they were able to squeeze me in today and their diagnosis of my furnace problem was what I’d already expected based on the diagnosis code I’d looked at on the furnace control panel a few days before. I was informed previously to repalce a part would cost close to buying a new furnace. A representative from Just Right came out for a second opinion. It turns out the furnace required some cleaning and 2 parts. Total cost very minimal. Furance working good, especially through the bad weather in Illinois. Thank you Just Right for coming through. These techs do good work. They explain what to expect in the future and the current condition of the furnace/air conditioner. We have only used Just Right for the last ten years.

First impression is always important, which is why they are getting 1 star. After searching online at 4am, I decided to give them the first shot...with all the great reviews. I called to set up an appointment and the lady on the phone seemed irritated that I even called. She was rude and lost my business right away. My furnace went out last night and its 60 degrees in my house...the last thing I need is someone who sounds like they dont even want my business.

My husband and I had Just Right come out with the anticipation that our air conditioning (that wasnt running) was just going to have to be replaced. Braced for the worst, Just Right made us feel like there were options. We never felt pressured. We felt that they took the time to explain to us what worked, what didnt. At the end of the day, we did end up not only replacing our AC but also our furnace of our own choice. When we asked them which model of furnace he would go with if it was his house, he didnt try selling me the most expensive model. He told us a nice middle-of-the road and then backed up why he thought so. We feel that everyone that worked in our home did quality work, no pressure and even most importantly, they were honest with a fair price. We had had other quotes done earlier in the year and they were dead on with the others we had received (actually slightly less.) I would strongly recommend Just Right Heating and Cooling to anyone looking to have quality work completed.

I called today because I had a problem with my thermostat ( despite of me putting it on a certain setting, it will never reach the desired heating temperature, and it was getting pretty cold at home). I called these guys and I was pleasantly surprised that they gave me an option of fixing it myself, before scheduling a service call for which I would be charged. The guy on the phone walked me through a few steps and it totally woked. It reset my furnace and the heating is working properly now.I am pleased with the honesty and willingness to help without getting greedy ( most people would just schedule a service call, so they could charge you). I will definitely use their services, if needed, in the future and would recommend them to anyone that might be experiencing heating or cooling issues.

They were on time and did a wonderful job explaining the different thermostats I was considering. One thing, the tech came in unmasked. I asked if he was vaccinated and he said no, he did put his mask on, no problem but this company should make sure everyone is masked at this point, its just a matter of safety. He didnt complain and did it right away so I had no problem,I just feel they should arrive at your door masked.
