I have had Ben from Airco do work on my old system several times and he assessed the most economical means of repair each time. I was always very impressed by his cheerful attitude and skilled approach. So i decided to have Airco replace my heating/cooling system with a new high efficiency Trane system. After selecting the most efficient and affordable furnace and AC unit, Ben and I negotiated a great price on the job. On the scheduled install day, Ben and his 2 coworkers arrived on time, fully equipped and began the job. I did inspect their progress and was very pleased with their skill and demeanor. All plumbing connections were done well and all sheet metal was clean and straight. they even fixed a wiring issue with my existing thermostat at no charge. There is no hesitation to use AIRCO for our HVAC needs. When leaving a message at 9:30 pm, Ben called us 7 am the next day. It was a surprise to get a call that early. Ben kept informing where and when to expect him. AC was back up and running less than 2 hours. No hesitation to recommend AIRCO.

During the hottest week of the summer so far, our ac started to die. Ben came out, took a look at our unit and told me what I knew: we needed a new unit. He got the old one up and running as best it could, and gave me a price on the new unit (which was VERY reasonable). I had a new unit in by the next Monday! I cant say enough good things about Ben and this company. He was so courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He cleaned up after himself, put up with my crazy barking dogs, and made sure everything was just right. I dont often write reviews, but I just had to for him because it was such a great experience. I spent a lot of time researching places and reading reviews. I called three different places and Airco Heating & Cooling had the best answers and were quick with getting me scheduled in. I was new to the area so I was strictly going off reviews on google. I called mid May of 2017 and I had a new air unit and electric installed within two weeks! That might not always be the case, but I was prepared for a long wait. They came a couple days before the scheduled install date (they were able to do a Saturday) to check things out and make sure they had what they needed. I got a quote that day; then a couple days later they installed everything I needed and I had cold air in just a couple hours (I had most of what is needed to install air). They were very accommodating and professional. They even registered my air unit for its warranty and got me information within a timely manner. I have zero complaints so far.

Really pleased! I called Airco this morning to fix my AC. Ben scheduled for 3 PM, then called me later in the day to say he could come out at 2 PM if that worked for me. He was professional and courteous and was fine with my dog. He diagnosed the issue (bad motor, which Id suspected) and called to see if the part was in stock - it was. So he ran out, got it, came back and installed it. Thanks for the speedy repair.

My air went out recently and Airco Heating an Cooling in Bolingbrook came out gave me a free estimate answered all our questions and gave us the best price possible. I had called many other companies and Airco by far was the best solution for us. Ben was so curtious and professional this is a company i highly recommend to anyone..
