We hired this company to service our air conditioning in the hottest days of the summer. They did a great job overall but they do sub out some other services but overall I was pretty satisfied because the AC is now working after just a few short days. The cost was pretty competitive because I called so many other places in the area. The technician was extremely kind and I had no issues. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing. This company is very professional and a smooth experience working with you if you’re looking to get a new AC unit I would recommend going with this company they are local in Bolingbrook area.

I had my heater break down close to the end of winter. All Temp had offers going, so I went with them to replace both the A/C and heater. The workmanship was good. Working with them seemed a little chaotic at 1st. But the techs knew what they were doing and Everything works (A/C and heater). Jinx... I took one star off. Because, even though they tried to clean up after themselves, my furnace room floor was still dirty. There were some sharp duct cuts on the floor. Considering this is also where my downstairs fridge is, thats a safety Hazzard. Plus, I had to sweep and mop to get everything off the concrete. Plus the exhaust or intake pipe outside is horizontal. Id think rain would get in that. No screens on the outside pipe vents either... to prevent birds, bees, or wasps to enter the pipe.

The entire process of getting our new air condition, furnace and water heater was exceptional. The knowledge, expertise, product and installation were TOP NOTCH! John and Cody were great guys. They worked hard to get our project done in two days instead of two and a half because there was snow in the forecast for the third day. We really appreciated how genuine John was. He truly loves his job and it shows! He was honest and he wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend All Temp and ask for John and Cody

Superb company to deal with. Good techs! Im a tough customer. This company is professional, trustworthy, and fair. They are all I can ask for and they exceed my expectations. FOR EXAMPLE: They have a service tech named Kevin who came out for my annual cleaning and he did a great job. Not over selling me on a thing. He even noticed a mistake they had done a year back by not hooking up my dehumidifier when they installed my new heating and air conditioning system - as a courtesy he gave me a free service call. He didnt have to. But, it was classy as heck. In addition to that....I asked him to look at my garage heater which isnt even the same system they put in since he was there. He said he could give it a minute look over. He looked at it and within 2 minutes fixed it and didnt even charge me for that either. What? I have them on an annual maintenance schedule which I highly suggest. Its worth it. Well, I had an issue with something and they came out today and they fixed it again at no charge. Kevin again! They have a 10 year warranty and they HONOR IT. People like Kevin reflect this business. Hes polite, professional and frankly - a great guy. Its people like that - that make the world go around. When you get a new heater/air conditioner - its good to go to a larger place than a mom and pop shop in my opinion. (no offense to mom and pop) but, here is why - when things go south and there is an emergency - its good to have a company who has people who can come out at 2 AM in the morning. Or, are there to answer the phone! Or, who have depth to stand behind warranties. Mom and Pops just arent as equipped the same by their very nature. Its a one or two man shop. Sometimes one of a kind places are good - but, heating systems arent one of them. I want well trained and larger businesses taking care of my stuff. And, frankly - ALL TEMP doesnt charge any more than a mom and pop. They are fair and they stand behind their products. I hope they take good care of their people too - because its folks like Kevin that make guys like me suggest companies like All Temp.
