This company is awesome. They were responsive when I called them during Hurricane Ida. We have two flooded basements, one with over a foot of water. John gave me immediate advice over the phone and came with his team the morning after to clean up the basement. They moved heavy items out of water’s way, sucked up every drop of water and left heavy duty games in place for three days, coming to shift them every day. They did a superb job and my basements never smelled better after the deep clean. I highly recommend John and his crew and would definitely use them again.

Superior Restoration installed a 48” x 48” Egress window in my basement. Fiberglass well, Hand dug & waterproofed! John was extremely knowledgeable about this project and educated me every step along the way. Showed up on time daily and cleaned up each night after their days work. This can be a messy job, I was very impressed with their containment of the “mess” in my basement and the precision of their work. The deposit I paid John to start the job wasn’t even cashed until the second day of work began. These guys are the real deal and quality. Not the cheapest, but I was really happy with my decision! We had a very positive experience working with John and his crew. They did a very thorough job cleaning up an extensive water damage in our finished basement, removing a few walls covered with mold, and treating the remaining studs. They installed their water trek system around the perimeter, which is sort of like a french drain but is designed to be clog resistant. We were impressed with how seamless this was integrated into our existing concrete floor. We had this for a few weeks now with some heavy rains and wet snow, and havent noticed any traces of water so far. They also did a deep clean of the basement afterwards, and installed a commercial level dehumidifier feeding into the same pump, so we never have to change the water. Humidity has gone from 65% before the job to lower-40% after, which is the way we would like to keep it in our basement in order to prevent future mold growth. We were pleased with high degree of workmanship and professionalism, and would recommend John and his company.

I was a little worried that all the mold had damaged parts of my property beyond repair but they appear to have gotten rid of it all along with the smell.
