CTK restoration helped me with a cesspool and washing machine backup in my finished basement a few days after moving into my new home. Kevin explained what needed to be removed (sheetrock, flooring), decontaminated and dried out to prevent mold from forming. He showed me the moisture meter readings and explained the process to me.
