I recently moved here from California. Yes to Boca of all places👋🏽In California our nail salons have been closed for over a year. Pedicures are very therapeutic for me, but stressful for me in public settings. You see, Im a burn victim & in addition, I have vitiligo, so yes, I get all the stares instead of people just saying what happened? But, the professionals at Jennys were so awesome for the 1st time in 25-years, the customer stares wouldnt have mattered because they were the EPITOME of professionalism and grace. For that, Im thankful and Ive found a new nail salon in my new home.

I’ve been going to Jenny Nails for almost 2 years and can’t recommend them enough. Tien does my nails and always does an amazing job. Prices are great, service is great, ladies are friendly.

My preferred nail salon. The ladies are friendly and the service is impeccable. They keep their stations well sanitized between each customer and after.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to! I had an appointment at 11:30. Waited 10 min to be seated then while my feet were soaking in the bin another customer came in! The woman doing my pedicure quickly got up and started serving the new customer! She came back to tell me she was going to cut his nails first! I told her I had an appointment and should have been told to come later or another day! Instead the three women working there just looked the other way! One finally said she would only be 2 min! The owner Jenny was right beside me and didn’t say a word! I waited for 20 min and finally dried my feet put my shoes on and left the salon! No one stood up and offered me an apology! Their service and manners were beyond disgraceful!They are all very rude! Don’t know the first thing about customer care! I would have rated them a -0 but 1 unfortunately that was not offered!Diana

Ive been to the shop before and most of the ladies have been great but walk ins are NOT welcome! They said they had time for me when they first opened but evidently, they did not. The owner of the shop did my mani/pedi and was very rough and appeared to be in a rush. When I asked her to tough up my nails afterwards, she gave a tude. My mom had her nails done by another woman at the shop and she did AMAZING! She took her time and the nails turned out gorgeous.Make sure to make an appointment!
