It is well run-no waiting, pleasant efficient staff that seem to enjoy working together creating a very pleasant atmosphere. I love Pauline, my hairdresser/stylist. Always does a great job- beyond my expectations!She educates me on how to care for and maintain my hair, and uses the best products too! She takes great pride in her work. I really respect that. Highly recommend!

Great first experience. They got me an appointment the same day, and the service was excellent. Nino took his time and listened to what I wanted done. He asked for feedback throughout the entire cut, and adjusted as necessary. Very happy with the results and will be a return customer.

Pauline is a professional expert in coloring hair. She is extremely compassionate & makes her clientele feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her. The Salon is very clean & is following all procedures to ensure protocol is in place as is masks, taking temperatures. The only thing I found odd was that I couldn’t even drink my water inside.

I moved to Boca and needed to find a new place for my haircuts. I used to have very long hair but I lost it all due to chemo during a stem cell transplant. it’s grown back- to my shoulders- but it was out of control and shapeless. I compared many salons and found most 5-star reviews for this salon so I made an appt. I was able to get a perfect time and date for me with Nino (saw amazing pix of his short cuts on their site) with just a 2-day wait. The salon was easy to find, clean, had cute jewelry at the front with some hair products and nice, welcoming staff. I was taken to meet Nino, a nice Italian man, and showed him some pix I liked. He gave his opinion and then I was taken to shampoo quickly-awesome shampoo btw!! Back to Ninos chair where he started his precision cutting. (I wish I would have taken a before/after pic.) Even with wet hair, the style was visible and I could see it was going to be gorgeous! I was amazed at how he achieved exactly what I asked for! He compared side to side, texturized and did a really fantastic job. I opted for blow dry and videoed a little so I know how to do it myself. I am SOOO happy I went to Salon Chenzo-I found my new hair place and am so excited!! Thank you, Nino, for my new look and attitude!🙌🏻

I followed my longtime stylist, Roxanne, to this salon. They have made some updates recently to the decor and added some additional services.During a pandemic, it can be stressful to maintain beauty routines. Salon Chenzo was well prepared. They bring one person in at a time and screen each patron with a questionnaire and temperature check. They have protective panels, reduced capacity for social distancing, hand sanitizing stations, and all wear face masks and/or gloves.Roxanne did a fabulous job on my highlights and cut and blow, as always, and I felt that the salon made safety a priority for the patrons and staff.

I went in for a haircut and highlights with Jennifer and she did an amazing job!I had about 3 different box-dye jobs underneath and a few rounds of bleaching and she found a way to keep my hair healthy and get the results I wanted.

I have fine hair and Pauline knows how to cut it in a way that gives it body and makes it look thick!!

Wow. Dont know where to begin. I called less than an hour before close to explain an emergency haircut situation, close to tears. My son (3) and I were going on a cruise and his dad brought him back (visited in Illinois for a month) with terrible hair. This cruise was extremely expensive and we had many formal dinners to attend. The receptionist said she didnt have anything available but checked anyway. They squeezed me right in with an amazing gentleman behind the reception desk. They never really cut kids hair there, but they allowed it and he did it anyway. Although it was rushed because his client was coming, he did an amazing job! 5 minutes and my son looked great! I kept apologizing but the staff was so sweet and welcoming. If Im ever in Boca again, I will be coming back for myself! After he was done styling my sons hair, the stylist even ran around the salon searching for a piece of candy since my son was so great. He came back with three! This was after I called z salon and was laughed off the phone by am extremely rude receptionist who didnt even take the time to listen to the story. She even hung up in the middle of my sentence. Im not from around here, but if you have to chose between the two, the choice is obvious! Chenzo!!!!

Recently Ive been going to Martin for balayage and hes amazing. Both Eli and Martin give me low maintenance hair that gets compliments even months after the job! 10/10 recommend coming here

Martin is very nice, the job he did on my hair wasnt what I was expected. He charged me like an expert colorist $335.00 just for color and partial high ligth and I cant see the amazing job he said he can do. Im not happy with the results.

I moved to boca from nyc and looking for a good haircut. The owner I assumed would be the best to for this task. It was by far the WORST Hair cut Ive ever had! He took all of 15 minutes and promoted his band he plays in. Then charged a ridiculous amount. Please save yourself and never have him cut your hair!

The owner was EXTREMELY rude to me. I have a service dog and he kicked me out with my dog. He was very nasty and unprofessional. I would run from this place because of the owner. I even showed him my papers for my service dog (very small cockapoo) and he still made me leave.
