Im from Alabama and here in Boca Raton working....will be here for a while and needed a Pedicure and Full set...so this is course my first time...Greeting was great...pedicure was great...only thing that I didnt like was that I had to tell the manicurist three times how I want my nails shape and she still didnt do it. I asked for coffin nails and stilettos pinky...🙄🙄....its going to stop me from coming back but if she didnt know how to do it she should have said that....overall great place...oh yeah I gave her a 5 dollar tip cause she wasnt bad...I like my nails...

I came in for a simple fill with gel polish and a pedicure. One of my toes was left bloody but I just poured peroxide on it when I got home. I was charged over $75 for a fill. I’ve never heard of this. Apparently it was because I have long nails so I was charged per each nail. My nails were made to be medium length at best, and I don’t see how length matters when it’s not a full set? I feel ripped off and extremely frustrated with my entire experience, especially because I treated myself to this for my birthday. I continually had to ask the nail tech to fix things (she left gel nail polish under my nails, some were crooked, there’s a small scuff on one). Needless to say I don’t look like I have a $75 manicure. I’m extremely unhappy with my experience.

Pricing is good, staff is very friendly. When I didnt like how one of my nails turned out, she was very nice and changed out the color for me. However, they did everything free hand. I think they should buy some stencils and start stamping.

I have been going to Tophit nails since 2016. They do an excellent job on my nails and always make me feel comfortable. The service is excellent and I love the range of color choices. Definitely worth checking out and reasonable prices! :)

As always I love coming here. Decent prices, quick and polite people. I had my wedding nails done by Mimi. Ive had eyelashes done here as well. Gladly a repeat customer and I bring friends here whenever we need a girly day. Appointments are encouraged but walk ins are almost always welcome from my experience.

Walked in to get a dip manicure and they did such a fantastic job very fast... Ann was amazing I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made sure it was exactly how I wanted it highly recommend this little hidden gem in East Boca

My regular nail tech is on maternity leave so I had an acrylic fill with gel polish at this salon.I was literally asked 4 times starting with appt phone call if I want a pedi (I had to keep saying no).Their sheet says fill start at $22. I was told at the end my price should have been over $60 but they were doing me a favor by only charging $55.I was given gel color samples and one sample had chromes and said “add $5 to nails”. I asked if they could do a chrome fade and they said no problem. Apparently a full chrome nail is $5 but to use half the product and do the tip of the nail is considered a “design” and is $10-15. The shaping is an extra $10-$15. Gel is an extra $10-15. Oh and there’s a charge because it had been 3 weeks and I asked her to shorten them.Beyond all of the up charges, the shape is not correct (asked for coffin which is what I came in with and left with almond). The top coat didn’t fully coat my nails (I have small circles that don’t have top coat) and they already look a week grown out because she didn’t go as close to the cuticle as she could have.

Bad experience! I got the wrong girl. She had no clue what she was doing. I wanted to run out. I should of! Plus the place is dirty. Towels tools they used not sanitized they use the same ones on everybody where u dry ur hands no sanitizing after every client. They dont even clean the station when u get a manicure. Well she cut my toe wrong and now i have a infection. Called manager she didnt seemed concerned. She invited me to go back to her. Now why would i go back to that dirty disgusting place.

Vicky did my nails and I absolutely love the way they came out. She was so detailed oriented while working on my nails. From removing my Nexgen nails to doing gel polish as requested. Catered to my request of an accent nail design, suggested different options in color tones anything to make myself and her feel comfortable with my request. Such a sweet employee Top Hit Nails has. This is my second time there and can not complain, I leave there satisfied.

My first three times I loved the work, after that I’m not sure anymore. Today I’m dissatisfied the nails are thick uneven different shapes and they truly don’t look ok, I can’t tell the woman was not please with her own work 🥺Everything is an add on and the quality of the work is not good. Great technic for sure I know that sadly the nails are going to stay on for a while . I hate to complain but this is the third time that is leave unhappy.

Amazing!! I have been going here for over ten years and I have always had amazing experience s with manis pedis waxing and massage. My favorite is the deluxe pedi with parafin foot wrap! All of the employees are professional and friendly and go above and beyond to provide excellent service!!

Below was the first comment i made after i got my nails done. Although it was expensive to get my nails done here, this is the first time my nails have lasted 3 weeks without getting chipped or have fallen out and still are in good condition. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars for this sole reason! But this was a big reason enough!My sister and I got the same design except her nails were longer than mine and i got 2 designs on two of my nails and she did not. Mimi charged us the same and after wanting an explanation of why she charged us both the same her answer was that she charged me because of my design and hers was because she has long nails. I feel that we definitely got ripped off and at the beginning before even starting i asked her how much will it be for my ombre nails she said $55 but i paid $70 for me and $70 for my sister. Even though i like my nails i will never go here again because I definitely feel like i got ripped off and this place was close to my house. Rest assured never will i go again and neither will my sister. The only reason im giving 3 stars is bc of the nail technician

Place is amazing and most importantly follows all COVID protocols very well. They did an excellent job to accommodate the safety and well being of every customer. The pedicure and massage chairs all have dividers to protect you from the person in the chair next to you and the manicure tables have dividers protecting from any germs possibly being spread from face to face. Nail techs and staff do excellent work and are very professional. My gf had Mimi do her nails and the gel lasted over two weeks, which I usually take this lovely woman out to get her nails done a lot but she couldn’t stop raving at how much of an excellent job they did here and at how long her gel manicure lasted. Now as for me I got the volcanic pedicure if I’m not mistaken I believe that’s what it is called. I’m a server so I’m always on my feet but I do love to get my pedicures done but mainly for the massage part of it lol. Overall great experience, very clean and professional environment and def will be returning. And was also informed that if we had any issues that we just let the manager Mimi know and she will do her best to make sure we leave happy and satisfied! We definitely will be returning!!

Ive been going there for years now and love it. They try to accommodate you immediately. When I moved to Florida, I tried three different locations and finally found this one. Definitely would recommend it!!

I just had a wonderful Full Treatment Facial & Pedicure with Crystal. She was so thorough and explained everything to me as she was working. The products are top quality. My face felt so fresh & I felt soo relaxed after!I get regular pedicures with Lily (she was out of town this time). She is awesome & does quality work. I can see all of their techs provide quality service!

Worst gel manicure ever! The lady didnt take off all the regular nail polish I had on, left it on sides and kept saying I get there. She didnt paint the sides or buttoms of my nails. I had to show her with each nail what she was missing. And still she left areas of my nail unpainted. I just left with my nails looking like a kid painted them.

I usually walk in and they have availability but its always busy. The nail techs do a great job and the price is unbeatable ($25 for a gel manicure). Ive been going for months & went today and asked for white (the hardest color) and Tracy did an amazing job!

Very helpful and always in touch with their clients via text messages especially during COVID-19. Highly recommend.

This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, UNQUALIFIED WORKERS, SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! I definitely wont be going back. I got my nails done, paid $55 for a terrible pedicure and next gen nails that lasted 5 days and got taunted when returning to ask for them to simply just paint my nails over for the price I paid. Everyone is great for gel manicure & Mimi is Amazing for Nextgen. The manager Mimi is really good at her craft & so nice, she really knows how to fit people in for the right match of skill and nail tech. They are so nice here. Everyone does a great job.

I’ve been a customer for a while now.... and yesterday was the first day I walked out of here after they made me and my daughter wait for 45 minutes. When Justin was at the front desk everything was ran superb.... now that they have hired other people to run the front desk, who do not know what they are doing, they have overbooked themselves and have become extremely unprofessional. Someone at the front desk should have called me and said, “Hey, we’re running 45 minutes behind, come at 3:45....” but no, no phone call, no I’m sorry, NOTHING. Literally just left us hanging for that long. Don’t go here unless you have “time”..... because you’re going to wait!

Salon smelled AWFUL.Pedicure was OK, but no foot filing/scraping whatsoever.Manicure was a joke, my nails were barely filed and I had to ask twice for the technician to properly remove cuticles.Polish stayed on for a DAY. Most certainly bc he did not clean my nails with nail polish remover prior to polishing.Not worth it!!!!!!

Mimi is the absolute BEST for nexgen! so natural looking. she can shape a nail natural like no one else. I went there on a sat with my daughter and girlfriend and we had a great time. Three deluxe pedis and i had some wine. Highly recomend. I have my girl.

I applied for a job for the front desk online and received a call from the owner.....during the call, which was very hard to understand her for she could not speak english well....I did understand one of her questions, she asked me as she began the conversation, HOW OLD WAS I ... I replied Im old enough as an adult with work experience...she then laughed....and insisted again asking me how old I was....I then said politely, youre not suppose to ask a job applicant their age she then said okay never mine and hung up ..... Id like to welcome her to America and perhaps give her a lesson in how we do things here ....
