First, the technician was over half an hour late. Second, I was required to pay for service that was not performed and was not asked for. When I made an appointment, I was given specific price for powder dip, design and a pedicure. Then because of them being late, I ended having no time to do the design, but instead of paying less they asked me to pay more. When I asked why, they said they charged me separately to remove powder (usually it is included in price when you get the same dip powder) and they charged me for cutting cuticles. They never performed a manicure and didn’t cut cuticles. Powder dip always includes buffing the cuticles but with no additional manicure and nothing being cut it’s wrong to charge for it. Had they told me that their dip powder manicure was $55 instead of $40 I wouldn’t mind at all, but it’s not nice to tell a client one price and then simply charge more. I do not mind paying $$$ if my nails look good, but I do mind having told to pay one price and then changing different price. This was my first and last time there. So, if you don’t mind having to wait for a very average at best manicure and pedicure that don’t even include a massage (have you seen a pedicure lately that doesn’t? I haven’t except in that place), and then if you like to pay more than what you were quoted, then this is a place for you. But if you have any self-respect, there are plenty of better places for you around

Not the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. The girl put the hot towel on my feet and leg right away without waiting for it to cool down for a second. It hurt so bad I almost screamed. I am developing a blister on my foot from the towel being so hot. My friend also came and her pinky toes are half painted and one nail is chipped. Will never go back here.

By far the worst nail salon in Boca Raton and there are A LOT of bad nail salons here.I gave Artisan a chance and highly regret coming in.Jamie did my pedicure and cut my toe nail POINTY. I saw it after I was done drying and couldnt believe someone would even cut TOE NAILS like that. She already cut my nails short so there wasnt much for a different helpful lady to do.A 7 year old can do better pedicures let alone know that pedicures are 1 of 2 shapes. Square or round. NOT POINTY. Very disappointed and disgusted by this salon.I ended up still paying for the pedicure and the girl at the front desk had no sympathy. I should have NOT paid for this terrible service.I will be telling friends, clients and share on my social media platform that this is the worst nail salon and DO NOT recommend coming in.

I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling a mani-pedi before my sons wedding. The manicure technician was not very focused and cut my cuticle so deeply it bled. Someone else gave me the pedicure, and that was okay. Could have been better. The receptionist was doing random things on her computer the entire time I was there. Very few customers. No one seemed to have a sense of urgency about their jobs. The floor was dirty. No one seemed to use their down time to clean either. They also showed me a price list that they said was an old list and hadnt been updated, so everything was a higher cost than was printed on the list. I cannot recommend this nail studio,

Great service .... Ive been a patron for almost 2 years (starting with going to Tina). I now get my nails done by Melissa. Shes absolutely amazing. 💅🏾 Super talented nail technician (shaping, designs, technique, time, quality --- all superb).Vee does great pedicures (perfect shaping of toe nails seems to be her expertise and I love it😁).Throughout the salon, quality products are used ... my nails are always in tact and color vibrant regardless of the length of time I wait in-between services. ⭐

1. you will not see disposable bags on the sink2. A nail file is one for everyone that hasn’t changed for a couple of months3. liquids are not signed and you do not know what expiration date.4. My feet are dry and sharp after all the scarbs and creams. although there should be a different effect. it feels like my feet soaked in bleach😡5. dirt everywhere. very dirty place. I hope I do not get the disease after my appointment.

We had appointments, but when we (two of us) arrived, we were told that one technician was taking longer with the current person, and doing us would push into her time with the appointment after ours, so she couldn’t do us. Bottom line: making an appointment was useless. I’m not sure why our appointment was worth less than the appointment after ours, but now we do not have our nails done for the function we are going to tomorrow. We will never make appointments here again—what’s the point?! And we’ll be sure to tell all we know about our experience here.

This place used to be good under last ownership, the new owners really don’t hold the quality the last ones did and trust me, I have tried them several times and I have been disappointed again and again. I went last week to get an next gen manicure and pedicure, the guy was kinda nice, however, he stated that I shouldn’t be looking and his work cause he does it phenomenal. Before starting the pedicure I insisted that my toe nails and my nails had to match, which he assured he was going to match. Since during my manicure he was so rude about me looking at his job I wasn’t looking when he was doing the pedicure until it was finished and I realized that the color didn’t match at ALL with the color of my nails to what he insisted it did and he was so pushy about me keeping it. Also the guy didn’t clean my cuticles which made the job look horrible after a week (please see picture) and I asked him if he was going to do it to what he said yes but never did it. On top of it all the charged me 10 extra dollars without even telling me until I had to pay and again they were pushy even though they don’t communicate the extra costs ahead of time. I am never going back and no one should. Getting a pedicure or manicure should be a stress free, treat yourself time and I felt guilty and horrible and now I have to deal with these nails! That also were put in wrong!!! He put glue around my cuticles!!! unacceptable!

I have been to so many nail salons in my life and I have never experienced anything like this. The woman who did my nails was very nice however I got them done four days ago and all 10 of them have broken off. absolutely ridiculous

But today I was called and canceled my appointment.They told, they are not taking my appointments anymore?!?!? Before me they called my daughter who has the same last name and wanted to cancel her appointment. This is absolutely suck customer service. 100% unprofessional. Stop come there guys. And also I’ve heard many great reviews about Melissa. The others are wasting your time and money. The manager is rude. The front desk staff is unprofessional.

My one complaint was having to ask for a hand message after my manicure. Also the cleanest of the pedicure machine could be better. But the staff is super friendly. My eyebrows are on point. My nails are very pretty

I went my first day and the lady messed up my nails bad, i went to get it fixed the second day and they charged me an extra $50, these nails were defly not worth $170 !! I even had to come back for the design I wanted because the lady on the first day told me she can’t do designs but why couldn’t they tell me that on the phone when I made my appointment ??

I have NEVER written a review but felt I literally had to. I came in to get a fill ended up paying $58.73! Which is ridiculous for a FILL. But I would have been satisfied even if the nails were half decent. Two days later my nail broke. The French looks all bubbled on the tip. Really really disappointed won’t be going back.

I just went for my first mani/pedi in a year since the pandemic started, and I had an excellent experience. I had switched to this nail salon about six months before the pandemic hit, and was very happy with it immediately. The staff is very professional, and they focus on the customer instead of talking amongst themselves as I have experienced at other salons. I also like that they match the NexGEN nail color to a regular polish for my toes. I had not seen that at other salons. I look forward to continuing to to utilize their services, and I highly recommend them.

So I booked an appointment with Adele because I wanted to try this nail place and I arrived at the place 15min. Before they opened and for my appointment and when I was sitting down waiting to be service they gave the person that was suppose to service me to someone else. I was very upset and I sat there for an hour waiting to be service and then once I got serviced I was then charged $80 in total for a manicure and pedicure which is not worth the price because the nails are now chipping. It’s pointless to even book an appointment and then I am waiting hours to be serviced which is ridiculous. In addition the nails did not have acrylic it was just gel. Which was over priced and they didn’t last long.

I’ve been using them for over 5 years. I’ve referred over 10 women who still are weekly clients. I booked my usual weekly appointment of which i spend over 100$ every visit. I’ve never been more disappointed . I was told after one nail of color when i mention I did not like it that i can go sit in someone else’s chair because she did not have time to change the color. I was there for less than 40 minutes of which I always get a design and more leans towards an hour and a half. Melissa was rude and disrespectful and told me her next client was there so she could not accommodate or finish my Nails. I will take my business where anyone would be happy to have it.

My nails always come out looking good when I make appointments with my regular nail girl that I book there but the prices are way too high.

So to be honest, I really did love how everything turned out. However, a few things stick out. All together, I spent $90 for a regular pedicure and acrylics with gel, which is just a little more than I wanted to spend. I gave in to getting gel color after my technician told me my nails would “look terrible” without it. I said yes after roughly 20 minutes of this. I would have been more comfortable just declining and the subject being dropped. But he wouldn’t let up!Again though, the result is lovely, can’t argue with that. I am truly not sure if I will return.

First time there and had a great experience. A little bit more money than I intended to spend but in this case it was worth it. Julie did a great job.

Loved the pedicure but I paid for an hour and only got 40 mins!

So I came here for the second time, the first time they did great with my nails. The second time was horrendous. I asked for short square hot pink gel nails, for my birthday. What I got were hot pink THICK CLAWS. I literally cried in the car on the way home and immediately went to another nail salon (Express Nails Boca) and got it rectified, they did a fantastic job on filing them down. Please don’t go to this place, they don’t listen to you and they don’t do gel nails well.

They were great got a last mini birthday girls nails done and a few others I actually got a unicorn its so cute. Never to old for cute...lol love the work they do and everyone is so friendly

The owner is rude and arrogant. There is one great nail technician, Julie, who I have gone to for about 8 months. She is exceptionally skilled and polite. The problem is the uneducated and rude female owner. Her unprofessional and disrespectful behavior cost her and her good employee my continued business. I suggest you avoid this place, as I vote with my money and don’t wish to support a business owner with her poor sense of courtesy and customer service.

I came in trying to find a new place. Most to all pictures have some kind of design them. I was looking to do a simple dot flower with a rhinestone center (if that. I would have settled for a yellow center) i sit, the guy was polite and did not understand what i was trying to say finally he gets the woman to get him the box of rhinestones. He waits and listens and goes on doing my nails, after that he finally says he DOES NOT DO DESIGNS.. that would have been nice to know before blabbering on and showing him picture after picture. Then they try and find someone to do designs and somehow the woman sitting in the corner with no client had something to do so now 30 minutes later they tell me NO ONE can do a simple design.... I cant believe i wasted my time here to not get what i wanted. Also he didnt even cut down my nail he filed them down a very little bit and they charge you for that.. such an awful experience

After recently moving to the area (all the way from PA), I was in need of a new nail salon and am so thankful my Google search led me to Artisan Nail Studio & Spa. The entire staff does incredible work, and you will always leave feeling happy and confident with awesome nails. Theyre ahead of the curve on new trends, and execute them beautifully, truly artists. Whether you want something simple, or are nail obsessed (me) and want to have fun, theyve got you covered. I see Tina for my nails, and have been beyond happy every time I walk out, my nails have NEVER looked this beautiful. Everyone is extremely kind and hospitable, really, I cant say enough good things about this place. Genuinely a perfect salon.

Julie did a fantastic job on my nails! It is the best my nails have ever looked. My complaint is that they have up charges that no one tells you about and they are not listed on the website. I paid $20 more than is expected to pay after researching prices on the website. They charge a $15 up charge for ombré color which they don’t tell you. They charge a $5 to remove your previous dipping color and a fee to use your debit/credit card.They are UNCLEAN in the pedicure area! Beware. Same tools used for each client without cleaning in between. No liners in sink. I would not get another pedicure.I loved my nails but will have to look around for a more honest place of business.

To start off, I had heard great things about this nail salon (its great prices, service, and quality) and I need something close to my house (which it was). I booked an appointment online with Sophia at 3:30, and one for my friend at 4:00. I arrived at my appointment right on time. When I walked in I was welcomed by the lady at the front desk ( I think her name was Julie) and I checked into my appointment. After, I sat down for a little bit just looking at my phone and picking my color for my dip nails. After about 10 minutes, the same lady who greeted me at the front desk came and told me that they were very busy and things were going slow so i would have to wait about 20 minutes. I was okay with 20 minutes since it wasnt that long and because I was waiting for a friend to arrive so that we could get our nails done together.. Then it was 4:00 and I was expecting to serviced by now since a total of 30 minutes had gone by. My friend did not arrive to her appointment on time, so they cancelled hers (which is understandable). My friend finally arrived at about 4:15 and they treated her like a walk in client, and seated her before me, when I had been there since 3:30! More time went by and suddenly it was 4:30, ONE HOUR after I arrived on time for my appointment. I did not get seated until 4:45, an hour and 15 minutes later. When I was seated, Sophia (the woman who i had booked the day before) was not doing my nails! It was a woman named Sandra. The only reason I am giving this place even a one star is because Sandra did my nails very well, she was kind, and she did not rush, so I was happy with the manicure. The only reason why I will not be returning is because of the horrible service. Why book an appointment at a set time to be seated an hour and 15 minutes later?!

I have been to this nail studio 3 times for a gel manicure and a pedicure. Ive been very satisfied every time. Its a well run business and it shows. The people are professional and the studio is clean & progressive. My nail tech, Alex, is efficient and very detailed. My nails look great!

I made an appointment online for a gel manicure and regular pedicure with Tina after reading multiple positive reviews about the salon. Once I arrived to my appointment the receptionist, Anna, who mentioned she was only there to help at the front desk started soaking my previous gel polish. I had no problem with this until she began to also do my pedicure. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing and was unable to complete the simple task of cutting my nails since she applied oil to my toes before trying to trim. She then tried to file my nails and was also having a hard time with filing.I decided to leave before she could finish with my first foot and soaking my gel polish because she was visibly uncomfortable doing the pedicure. I notified Tina as I was leaving and she offered to finish removing the polish on my nails but I was so upset that someone with no experience was providing these services that I declined because I just wanted to get out of the salon. Anna is also not listed on their website as one of their employees so I’m not sure if she was licensed as a technician.I don’t understand the point of booking an appointment with a technician and then getting to the salon and having an inexperienced person attempt to provide services they are not comfortable performing. This was a horrible first experience.

My Girlfriend went in for a $55 manicure and pedicure (Thats NYC or MIami pricing far away from NYC or Miami) and ended up with a $92 bill with tip. It was a sleazy method of up-selling without notifying the customer. The quality of the final result was good, albeit not exactly the color chosen. Find another less expensive and more honest place. Theres lots of them around.

I moved from New York to Boca in August and was nervous about finding a new salon I like. After my first time at Artisan Nails, with Tina, I was beyond happy. The salon is very welcoming, clean, and efficient. I have gone every two weeks since August and Im never disappointed. I always get a Biosculpture Liquid Gel fill and usually a pedicure. My pedicure is always relaxing and done very well especially because of the great customer service!! Pricing is very fair and totally worth it if youre looking for excellent service. Tina, is very talented and right after seeing her she has always does my nails exactly how I want - I love not having to ask my nail artist to fix something!! I usually stick to a light pink/nude color but today Tina did an ombré look. I just let her do her work and of course am in love with the outcome!! 10/10 for nail salons in Boca! After going here I cant imagine having anywhere else doing my fills!

The best place to go honestly. They are so caring and professional. I have never gotten my nails done there and left anything less than satisfied. They are so friendly and I don’t want to promise but Artisan Nail Spa is the only place I can think of getting my nails done.

Although time factor isn’t always the best, the Quality is there! I have had allergic reactions, some slight, some very serious but NEVER at this salon! Obviously, they use quality products ! My coworker came to work still upset about her experience yesterday. They gave her the wrong shape, no type of design and she felt very anxious and embarrassed for sitting for so long and explaining herself over and over again. She told me she was there for an hour and 30 mins for something basic. I dont get my nails done, but I dont think its okay to leave that unhappy.

I have been going to Artisan Nails for over 10 years. For the past few months I have had my nails done by Anthony and can honestly say he is the BEST nail technician I have ever had! His attention to detail is Amazing I have actually been able to stretch a full appt out over 4 weeks with no breaks or repairs needed! And his pedicures??? I run 3miles a day and my toes are always looking fabulous all because Anthony takes his time and goes above and beyond!!! I would like to see the atmosphere of the salon come back...music, maybe music videos... The price is very reasonable as well so giving Anthony the tip he SO deserves! Check them out!! I called to make sure I could get in and out within an hour and had an appointment for 2:45. I showed up early and wasted an hour and a half to be told it would be “five more minutes” a couple of times and then ignored for over an hour as others who arrived after me went in before me . I was the only one waiting. All I ask is that you be honest if you can’t take me after i expressed i had a time crunch.

I loved my first visit there but my second one wasn’t as great. I had a different technician and she didn’t seem fully knowledgeable about the dip powder process. She had to do certain fingers so many times and by the end they burned from the all of the filing and the drill. They also had lumps on there and one is already starting to peel off. The pedicure was amazing but they charged for a gel manicure removal that I got there when most places would have waived that $5.

Made an 11 am appointment using their website for a full set with gel polish and designs and received a call later that afternoon saying that the nail tech I had my appointment with couldnt do designs, which I was fine with. The next day when I got to the salon at 11am I was told my nail tech was late. When she arrived at 11:15 I was then told my nail tech couldnt do acrylics and that the only other nail tech that could had just started a full set, and I was asked to come back at 1:30. Not my first bad experience here, very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. Will not be going back and would not recommend making this salon your regular place. They will disappoint.

He did do an excellent job however, and I got him to laugh a bit (Ive worked in salons and I know the job can be dirty and wear you down). They almost double-charged me but caught their mistake. Nice people, happy with the manicure, but lacking in inspiration and care. I wont say I wont go again, but Id rather find a more pleasant shop.

However, the tech was so rough with the nail cuticles that two days after the nail beds looked like I had been to a butcher. I remember thinking it was a lot of pulling not clean cutting... Also pedicure was so bad. My heels were more rough after a day than I had gone in with? I would have called or gone back, but it also seemed dirty, and the staff kind of rude. The other ladies there were all offered wine, it was weird. They also had a no water issue the day I was there, a few people who had appointments left, as the water was turned off. It was eventually turned on, however my pedicure was a cold water pedicure... I was just grossed out. Hopefully this was just a one off day but I wont go back. $50 for regular main/ spa pedi. There are so many other places that are better.

I just went this past Wednesday and got a gel manicure and pedicure. Today is Sunday and two of my fingernails polished has chipped and I havent done anything for them to. Overpriced and poor quality.

Hands down one of the best Salons in Boca Raton. It is very clean which is highly important for my standards. Julie is my absolute favorite I request her everytime. I would also recommend Tina as well. I leave a happy customer everytime!
