I received a pedicure by a young lady named Cynthia and she was great. She took her time with me, no rushing and made sure my needs were met. The management also works well with accommodating my busy schedule. Recommend!

This is by far the nicest nail salon Ive ever been to. I am a florida native and have spent the better of the last 10 years searching for an artist that I really love and after many trials and tribulations Im thrilled to say that Joanne checks all the boxes! She is extremely talented, is able to achieve the exact shape that I want (in my experience it seems most people have a hard time with coffin nails, she doesnt!), she is able to take inspiration from the photos I bring in and put her profession twist on them, she is friendly, kind, accommodating, and an amazing artist. I have found the nail salon and the artist Ive been looking for, and will now be a loyal client of Joanne!

Came in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure which came out nicely! The scheduler was also friendly over the phone. However, both he and the technicians I saw were not the best. Anna was a bit rude and aggressive about getting me to relax my root while Betty made a racial stereotype during our conversation. To top it off, while I was leaving, I was charged a different price than what I saw online. Though the difference was minor, I still found it to be misleading and unfortunate considering they were aware of the inaccuracy and refused to update it. I will unlikely be coming back here again. Very disappointed first time costumer.

I’ve been going to the same nail tech for 3 years and was sad to find out she left the salon. I went to other people and nobody knew how to shape nails properly and I found myself filing my own nails every time I got home. After doing some research I found nail depot. When I booked my appointment I told the receptionist my needs and she booked me with Natasha, the tech she thought would fit my needs. What can I say.. Natasha is AMAZING. She pays attention to every little detail. I was so nervous trying another nail tech after being disappointed elsewhere but Natasha is a 10/10. Couldn’t be happier!

I was visiting Boca on vacation and found this place and I am so happy I did!!! Natasha did my nails and not only was she the most kind and amazing person, she gave me the best nails I have ever had in my life! I showed her a design she did that was similar to other nails she had done, but more intricate and she did exactly what I had envisioned and then some! I’ve lived in Boca for some time now and I decided to try a new nail salon because I was over driving to west palm to get my nails done. This place had good reviews and not even 5 minutes from me since I live by Mizner so I thought I would check it out. Definitely a mistake. Let me start by saying the moment I walked in all eyes were on me. Every customer and employee were just staring at me as if I was a ghost and I know it was probably because I have a lot of tattoos or something maybe I don’t look like I fit in with the “Boca” crowd but I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable and stared at the entire time especially when I probably tip more than anyone who goes there. The woman that did my nails did a terrible job and didn’t seem to care to fix them. The color was not the color I wanted (she picked it to match the color I picked for my toes) it was way off. and they are so chunky and uneven. As a new customer, you would think they would give you someone who knows what they are doing to get you to keep coming back but that was not the case. The women who did my pedicure did a great job. No complaints with her and she was super nice. Also was there for nearly 3 hours for a mani / pedi. Was not a fan and Will not be coming back

As soon as you walk in you automatically feel so welcomed by the staff. I have been to so many different nail salons and many different nail technicians but no one as has ever come close to Victoria! Her nail art work is absolutely incredible! Every and any kind of picture I have shown her of what I want my nails to look like - she does at least ten times better than the picture. Victoria is a phenomenal nail technician; she not only makes your nails look amazing by the end of your appointment, but cares about you as a person over all. Betty was my pedicure queen, and she is one of the nicest and funniest people Ive been able to work with. Her pedicures are out of this world AMAZING! While on vacation, I got a gel manicure here and the staff is great! My family lives in Boca Raton, and I’ve gotten a mani/pedi at this nail salon the other past two times I’ve come in town to visit them. The staff is friendly and they do a good job. This visit my nail technician was Joshua. He’s a kind person, great conversationalist and did a thorough job with my mani/pedi. I’m very pleased with my visit and plan to make this my go-to salon every time I come in town.

The Owner, JEFF is the most unprofessional business owner, Ive ever delt with. They have some good nail techs, but its run like a sweat shop, and unfortunately, everyone has to deal with Jeff, who lacks honestly, and people skills. There are many nail salons in downtown Boca Raton, take your business elsewhere.

I don’t say this was lightly but this is the best nail salon and Olga and Yadira are the best!!

Made an appointment with my daughter and while they were ready for her, they ushered me outside where I waited a half hour. By the time they had someone for me, my daughter was nearly done so I declined so as to avoid her having to wait alone on the busy street. The guy at the front desk slid me a coupon for $7 off my next visit which I thought was kind of insulting at that point because I mean that wouldn’t even cover a tip for one of the ladies. I was just over it at that point, but my daughter handed the coupon back and explained that it was supposed to be a treat for us to bond together and that we wouldn’t be back. The man at the desk wouldn’t even apologize which would have made a big difference honestly.

I switched to acrylics from gel and was so happy with the outcome at nail depot. The staff and management give you a great experience. This is definitely my go to salon.

I was a first time client and had been referred to them by a good friend. To keep this short - I don’t know that there were any pros - Cons were tech kept checking her watch making me feel like I was taking up her time, she dug into the sides so bad I was bleeding, she soaked my feet with no salts, soaps, etc until I asked. I don’t doubt she tried her best but her hands shook something awful. My nails were cut uneven - from one foot to the other ... I don’t know if they just don’t care or if this is the norm! I will NEVER return! My tech was professional but owners or management was not! Another tech proceeded to have a coffee maybe 2 feet from her client taking her mask on and off and even coughing!Very disappointed... think twice before going unless you enjoy being disappointed!

Nice setting, but the worst pedicure I have ever received. It looks like a 2 year old painted my toe nails. And it took forever. Very disappointing experience. Don’t recommend. I also came with my daughter to spend time together. There were 2 open chairs the tech led us to, but then the owner told us that because of Covid I would have to wait for another tech to finish prior to sitting next to my daughter. Then proceeded to fill the 2 empty chairs. While getting our pedicure had to listen to the owner argue with other customers, speak harshly to his employees and make excuses for poor customer service. And then spent the entire time listening to my tech try to up sell me on pedi add ons. The whole experience was completely unrelaxing. How this business has 4 stars is beyond me. If I could give it a 0 rating I would.
