Very pleased with the service I received here. My technician Lily was so nice and she really took her time! ! I absolutely love my nails and the foot massage she gave during my pedicure was EVERYTHING (especially after a long work day)! I don’t live in the area but I will definitely be coming back.

RUN, DONT WALK! They forced me & my friend to get nexgen manicures. Literally gave us no option, we wanted regular acrylics. We asked for certain design & the guys who did our nails completely butchered it. My nails are chunky, the lines are uneven, the color is too pink, I wanted nude. The pedicure was terrible as well, I left with my feet still rough. On top of it all, the services took way too long. The final straw was when they tried to charge me $60 for my nails that looked like a complete amateur did them. Its less than one week later & the nail polish has been removed & the nail edges are coming off. COMPLETE & UTTER ROBBERY!

I get my nails done here every 4 to 5 weeks and it is amazing!!! I love my lady Chompoo, she does an amazing job on my nails all the time. They have a large selection of color for hands and feet!!!

Lasted about 3 days. bad shape, bad price, bad nail lady. overall i had a horrible experience. don’t go here unless u want to get scammed.

I went to Lilly. She was awful!! Her instruments weren’t sterilized, she filed my nails unevenly and had no idea how to trim cuticles and the polish is uneven. I think all the reviews they have on their page are phony. I didn’t see any of the manicurist use sterilization with their tools. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else.

I love mansion nails. Im a physical disabled young lady who has been shun away by many salons.. and this is one place that makes me feel comfortable and at home. Ive been visiting mary for over 2 years and she is so amazing. Her attitude and love for her job is admirable. I love her so much and her work is on point. Her husband victor is also amazing. I will go anywhere they go.

Bad customer service and price is outrageous

I walked in without an appointment just as they opened their doors on a Saturday morning. A nail tech was able to see me right away. The atmosphere was calming, the equipment clean, the pedicure was thorough, the foot rub/massage was excellent, the conversation was good and the price was good. Overall a wonderful experience. I shall return.

I’m visiting all the way from New York, my cousin set up an appointment for me for a pedicure w Chompoo. The experience was completely different from what I’m used to back home, I was greeted right away by everyone in the salon. The pedicure I received was amazing! I chose the signature spa pedicure and it was out of this world, the soothing massage and hot towels relieved all my stress from my feet. I’m very satisfied w the service, Chompoo cut and filed my toenails to a length and shape I was content with. This place definitely cares about how their clients feel and I’m so happy that my cousin brought me here!Thank you guys so much, I truly appreciate it❤️

Such kind people! In a time when we have COVID, they have maintained such a clean atmosphere. From Mani to pedi stations to even the waiting room, everything was sanitized. They are also really sweet and do high quality work a reasonable price. #supportlocalbusinesses

WOW!!! This place is exceptional!!! Comfortable Window built while doing your nails following guidelines for Covid! Very very spacious salon!! I am so comfortable here Ive made all my appointments for the year with Champoo!! But i noticed everyone that works here works with passion and love! I dislike people rushing through service and they do not do that here! MASKS are a must obviously but the comfort I feel in such a clean environment is important ❤

Went to this salon for the first time this morning as I have been looking for a new place close by to go and the few reviews it had looked good. I was able to walk right in without an appointment and got a nexgen manicure. The prices are reasonable for the area, my manicure was $40 which is pretty comparable to what you can find around, though I wouldn’t pay more than that. I love my nails! The nail tech (I forgot to get his name) took his time and paid close attention to detail. The place was extremely clean and being a new salon, everything was brand new. I’ll definitely be back!

I love this place and the people. Its beautiful inside and for pedicures they have the most comfortable chairs. They use quality products and my nails last a long time. Longer than they should as I sometimes go as long as 3-4 weeks between fills. I definitely recommend them.

Mansion nail spa has opened recently. It is clean & very appealing. More importantly the ventilation system is amazing. No terrible chemical smell. The staff is friendly and the nail service done with patience and attention to detail. They go the extra mile. Highly recommend it !

EXCELLENT SALON! I found Mansion Nail Spa by accident when I left a scheduled appointment early Saturday morning in Ft. Lauderdale because upon my arrival I saw that they were not taking the necessary precautions for Covid-19. I left and went looking for a new place closer to home. I found Mansion Nail Spa via Google and saw they were rated 5-stars across the board. I called and spoke to Victor who is an excellent manager of the salon. He was kind, polite, professional and got me in within 45 minutes. My techs name was Duke and he was wonderful! Very friendly, very kind, professional, and what a leg massage he gave me -- it was fantastic. He did a beautiful job on my toe polish and then gave me a great pedicure. Mansion Nail Salon is following all the CDC guidelines for salons, and it is a very clean, neat, pretty, quiet and relaxing salon. The TVs were at a low volume, the music was very relaxing, and the place was quiet which is what I like. I am so happy to have found this new salon, which is located two miles from home. Thank you to everyone at Mansion Nail for being so kind to me and making my first experience a great one. I will be returning in a few weeks.

Tried this place for the first time today. Its brand new so the space is very clean and inviting.I was greeted immediately by the very friendly staff. Went with the spa pedicure and the gel manicure. Both came out great!Next time I think Ill try the hot stone pedicure. 😊

Excellent service, reasonable prices, and clean conditions are what makes this my place of choice for my manis and pedis. Unlike some other places there is also a quiet and serene atmosphere. They know how to be gentle if there is a problem finger or toe and ensure you walk out looking great.

Wonderful service. They did my manicure first so it would dry by the time I left. My grandmother was with me and accidentally chipped a few nails and toe nails and they fixed it no questions, we apologized and they said no need, they even stayed after and waited for us because we forgot it was Sunday and didn’t know they closed at 5pm. They brought water to us, they have the only vented salon I know of. They have vents at every table and ever message chair so there was no smell and are even having a promotion for 20% off until the end of this month(October) for their opening. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Terrible experience, the man tried to charge me $5 extra for each nail to make it pointy. I showed him what he wanted and he didn’t do it correctly so he told me he wouldn’t continue doing my nails. Cut me twice and shouted. Very rude and unprofessional scam artists!
