Annie is the best nail tech ever! The prices are so amazingly low and you can tip with any of the cash apps.I have only 4 stars because I don’t like their pedicures. If you must get one there, don’t let the guy who wears a gold chain with huge jade medallion hanging from it - don’t let him do it. When I see him giving a pedi I feel an overwhelming desire to tell the client to run and get your refund.

I loved this place….usually. I went about 10 days ago. My dip which usually lasts 3 weeks chipped and peeled within the first week. I had an appt at the time and waited about an HOUR. I think the guy forgot a step but this is the worst dip I ever had. Makes me sad because I loved this place. After my wait with an appointment and this terrible dip job I’ll move along to a new place.

They ripped my girlfriends nails off and cut them extremely short. I believe we were treated unfairly because we requested women in the nicest way possible. Clearly they were offended and decided to take their anger out by destroying my gfs nails.

I have been here before and love it but I was there three days ago and I got nexgen with Peter. Peter did a lovely job on my design besides a few lumps in my nails. I left the salon and yesterday my nail popped off and so did two others. I paid a lot of money and tipped a lot and I don’t know what was wrong maybe the quality of products. It is just sad that not only did I waste my time but so did Peter, as I had to go to another salon to get them redone. I have never had this problem I was just confused as to why they came off so quick as they should last 2-3 weeks!

I had Tim as a nail tech and I showed him a nail design I brought in for a walk in (I was taken immediately) and they turned out stunning. He took his time and the detailing is the best I’ve ever had. My favorite nail set ever. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend!

I’ve been to many nail salons. My nails would always break and I would be paying way too much money. I then found 5th ave nails through a friend. I’ve been going there now for about 2 years. The staff is so kind and do everything to make you feel comfortable. The prices are so reasonable. Tony has been doing my nails and I’ve NEVER had them break on me. Amazing salon.

I had an appointment at 4:30, I called about two hours in advance asking to push it back 15-30 minutes and they did. I got there around 4:55 and it was swamped, no seats available and a customer was getting her nails drilled by the waiting seats next to the door. Worst experience ever just walking in. Told them I had an appointment and got attitude in return and the employee I spoke to never changed the time. It was very confusing, walking through the salon the drawers were disorganized and you could feel the dust. No social distancing at all. You need to do what you need to do but dont offer appointments if youre not going to do them on time. I ended up leaving before I even sat down, the place reeked and was practically foggy with dust. It was not a calm atmosphere at all, Im very glad I left. I truly had high hopes for this place because its so close to my home and I ignored the mixed reviews from my friends. Will not be returning.

Completely unsatisfied with the service. I went in to get a simple gel manicure, requested a white color with sparkles on top, the color looked like a see through white and when I asked the person to change it to a different white because it was too clear they looked annoyed. On top of that there was edges on the side of nails that were left unpainted and she didn’t even get rid of the dead skin on my fingers (sides of the nails). Definitely a waste of my time and money.... NEVER stepping foot into this nail salon again.

It’s good that they always have people available but 8 days after getting dip color my nail cracked on one finger and split on the next. Dip color NEVER cracks. I don’t know if it’s the material they use or the tech but going here cost me my nail. I have my finger taped until it can grow out and I can take it off but it is so painful ! They need to make them thicker so that it lasts as expected. Won’t be going here for dip color again.

Factory style work, high volume low quality. I asked for pink and white instead gave me pink acrylic and French top coat gel was placed over my Cuticles.

My wife has just been there. The staff is rude and not nice, they don’t speak English well, and they talk about you right in your face in Chinese! This was a bad experience, and the nails came out gross. We definitely won’t come back here- BEWARE!Also, they are not following COVID-19 guidance and wont sanitize the station after each customer.Too bad that small businesses allowed themselves to treat customers and people generally that way.I guess in some places, they never heard about respect for other people, and its ok to laugh at customers in Chinese.Stay away and save yourself from being laugh at in a foreign language.

I just went there and got disrespected, laughed on, and it was a horrible experience... I am shocked why they would think that laughing at you in Chinese is acceptable? I got a technician than I didn’t feel was experienced enough (I think they have some staff that just removed old acrylic polish and you can tell they are not trained- if someone checks permits I bet they are self thought) so I kept asking him to notice he is filing my nails uneven.. don’t know what’s so funny.. just shocked that they treat people like this. They do not sanitize their work stations after each customer and also the stuff they use for acrylic is actually dip powder and it burned my pinky toes.STAY AWAY

Yesterday 05/05/2021 I went in the salon and asked for French nexgen. I had high hopes about this place since it is recommended by many people. I got there and was sat with Tai. He never asked how I wanted my French nor if I wanted it by nexgen or gel polish as the white tip. Since it was my first time there how was I supposed to know if I needed to tell them. Every other nail salon I go to has always asked how I wanted my French to be. I want in the next day to have them fix it because it was all chipped since he did gel and was told that it was my fault because I never said how I wanted it but I was never asked what I wanted. They refused to fix it by filing and redipping instead the guy splotched on white paint which doesn’t match the other white.

I’m from out state and was looking for a place to get get a mani and pedi had read the reviews and have it a tried, place is clean and follow Covid-19 guidelines, although I didn’t get anything fancy on my nails the make tech did a good job including the massage.

Great value. Not the cleanest, but not dirty by any means. Their COVID standards are beneath other nail places I’ve been to (no temp check, no dividers). But overall I like this place. They do a good job at a good price

Love this place! I go all the time to get my nails done! The nail technicians are all wonderful and come up with some pretty cool nail designs.

I have been twice now to this shop and both times I have been overcharged and the nails haven’t been worth it. My friend likes this place, but I won’t be coming back. I got the next gen with tips both times and within days the nails were lose and falling off. I just went back to this place hoping to get a better set, but after only three days I already had a nail come off. This place charges to much for this type of quality especially when I pay an extra five dollars just for a top coat. I’ve gotten the same nails done at other places and have never had so many issues.

I am very disappointed with this nail salon! I got my nails done on Wednesday and my nails fell off the very next day at work ( I have a computer job) I work 10 hour shifts and I had to leave early on Thursday to fix my nails. Now I got my nails done by Peter because I was leaving on vacation Friday morning, my nails were all fallen off before catching my flight! I paid $122 without tip but plus tip that I Venmo him was expensive for pedicure and nails for them to fall off twice within the next day and again after fixed. I called Peter let him know while at the airport on my return home and asked if I can come in on my day off which is Saturday because I work 10 hour shifts and I won’t be able to leave work early again to keep fixing my nails... he said no either now (I’m at the airport) or tomorrow or he can’t. I am never returning to this place! They don’t even clean your cuticles unless asked when you get your nails done well at least Peter doesn’t. I was starting to like this salon until I had this experience. Here are photos of my nails this ridiculous let alone how much I paid since I read reviews read where the owner tried to have an excuse for why his workers did I took a screenshot of my bank statement just incase. I will not be coming back! Never again. I was a loyal customer. Plus their clients only show due to photos they see on here or social media, but they really are not what they seem. Think twice before coming here!

My advice to everyone is to stay far away from them it is absolutely the worst customer service ever this is the fourth time I’ve made an appointment with Tony I had a 1015 appointment every time I get there he’s never on time he starts someone else and he doesn’t care how long you have to wait they give you the excuse a few minutes a few minutes it’s been already 20 minutes and he still doing someone else’s nails which he hast to do designs on it’s always an issue when you go there and then they rushed to your service so you never get what you pay for there are hundreds of other nail salons around I’m able to go to someone else I just called they said they would take me in an hour and I’d be on time read the reviews people when you start to see that this poor customer service and now you start getting poor service from the person who supposed to do your nails because they have to rush they have someone else coming that’s so unacceptable so my advice is to stay far far away

I always see Dan and his family who are all excellent Top Notch but he’s sadly been out of town so I’ve been paired with Cecile and WOW is all I can say!! She’s fantastic and my nails are on point !! I love her as well and pray she stays with your salon. Saw her daughters work next to me also and her work as well is Beverly Hills quality. I’m so in shock of how unbelievably talented your staff is. I can’t forget to mention wonderful Katie as she always greets to the max with a cheerful approach and knows how to take care of each individual that passes through. She’s a gem and love her !! Couture Nails is the best nail shop in Florida. I see Anna every 3 weeks; she does the most beautiful job on my nails. She is sweet and funny but most of all, she is very professional and I think, even perfectionist; Anna takes her time and leave my nails absolutely perfect. About Anna, I also like she is very delicate with my nails and fingers; she has never leave cuts on my cuticles or burnt my tips with the nail file as it happened endless times in other shops. I love the way my nails turned out, they did such a great job with the design; however, i’m currently in the hospital for an infection in my fingers from the tips they put on. Im in so much pain and it definitely wasn’t worth it :(

Always pretty satisfied here. It’s in my neighborhood and my first stop for regular old pedicures. Tried my first gel manicure while getting nails done with a group of bridesmaids for a wedding and mine didn’t look as good as the others, nor did it last beyond a week. But, they took care of my sister who was the bride, and we all had a great time with the fun staff.

My daughter and I have been getting our nails done in boca for over 5 years. For the past year we’ve been going to 5th ave nails. I just had my nails and pedicure done by Sanya today. The best I’ve ever had. She was awesome and very friendly, not to mention what a great and professional job she did. I recommend 5th ave nails 100%

A 40 minute pedicure was done in 30 minutes, I checked my watch, time was saved in the 10 minute foot massage. Polish job had waves and when I got home, felt my heels and they were still rough. So disappointed.

Fiancé asked for a certain color, nail tech did whole procedure and did wrong color. Management then refused to refund her then “fixed it” with wrong colors again then sent her on her way. If could give 0 stars I would. First is her nails and second is what she actually wanted.

Hana is the best at Nexgen manicure and she is awesome with design she can draw with so much talent, I now only go to her and I will make an appointment ahead of time so I make sure I only get Hana, two weeks ago Hana did my Nexgen with the shade ev128 it’s a very light nude pink and she drew the most beautiful 3D Cherries on my ring fingers . She hand painted them and they look so good, I get complimented all the time.

I avoided coming to this nail salon for over a year because I had made an appointment with Hannah and because I arrived 10 minutes late she took someone else . That evening I had an engagement and really needed to look my best. I had been there many a time when I had to wait 20 minutes or more when she was running late but that’s okay. Not only that - when I arrived I was told she would be right with me and had me sit there waiting for her for about 30 minutes to then be told she couldn’t take me.I decided to give the place and her another chance because I was told it was under new management - and she snubbed me and lied her manager that she was running 30 minutes late and could not take me. Do I need this stupidity and rudeness ? Won’t be going back. Unprofessional

I do not recommend this nail salon. I came here on Thursday, September 21 at 12:55 PM. I asked for an acrylic fill-in and they told me the wait was 20 minutes. At 1:10PM a nail technician asked me to sit at a station and I did. At 1:20, another nail technician came to the station I was sitting at for a drink of water. I greeted her and then she told me that they had appointments that came in and she could not do my nails. Then, she said that it would be another 30 minutes. Terrible customer service!

By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. Visiting from out of town and needed gel polish and acrylic removed from my nails. In PA they are soaked off using acetone for a period of time (not 1 minute) and then manually scrubbed with acetone when I kept stating there was acrylic left on. So when the “nail tech” (and I use that term loosely) said all done I decided to speak to someone else thinking maybe he wasn’t understanding me. However....she (the salon manager) also told me that it wasn’t nails and there was no acrylic. AND THEY CHARGED ME!!! So yes, I walked out.....FURIOUS! And now I’m sitting here peeling the acrylic off that they said wasn’t there 😡. Not to mention they NEVER cleaned under my nails or the skin around my nails!!! NOT a nail salon I’ll EVER step foot in again recommend 😡😡😡

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes I go and say why do I keep coming here. Up side they accommodate walk ins fairly well but you will rarely get the same person, they are constantly changing which is iffy...LOL.

I came in my first time for a fill because I was in boca in desperate need and I had really high hopes for this place because of reviews but I was extremely disappointed not once but twice. The man that did my fills I feel had absolutely no idea what he was doing and literally the day after I had two nails chip off at the ends. I came in the following couple days when I had time to get them fixed and the staff wanted nothing to do with me. When I sat down in the chair with a different man he payed ZERO attention to the shape of my nails and even though I made several comments he didnt do much to satisfy what I was asking. I will never return again and advise others to do the same. This all happened Monday and its now Friday and I have two other nails that broke off.
