I came in for a manicure with a very simple design and when i saw that the nail tech couldn’t do it i asked her to take it off and just do it with one color and then the next thing i knew she started sucking the nail polish off!

Very rude. Nobody tried helping me when I first got there. I wasn’t spoken to very often. The file used was used which is really disgusting and I ended up with a cut. The nails weren’t worth the money either. Way too thick and I wanted them longer but it wasn’t even worth it to complain.

They were very rude and degrading towards my Muslim friend. My nails were not what I wanted it to be .

Excellent service and very professional. Prices are better than others nearby and they do a very good job.

Waited 20 minutes to get a pedicure. Lady said wait here at a pedicure station and then said I dont know who is going to take care of you then continue working on someone else. Very unprofessional. Then when someone finally came over (seriously under staffed) the pedicure was mediocre at best.

Walked in and got a facial wax on my way 2 eat. The the lady used a dry cottonball to wipe my face after I told her I wanted to wash my face prior to the wax. After the wax she even used tweezers like she was attempting 2 get hairs left behind. After leaving when I got home and was able to inspect it was a waste of pain and money because I had to rewax the same areas...highly disappointed.

2 price increases under new management already.
