Ken was a pleasure to deal with.2 weeks later I brought in my old submariner and Audemar for repair. They both were done within 2 weeks and came out looking brand new. They included extra genuine Rolex links and shipped using FedEx overnight. The watch is as described and a good deal compared to average market cost. I bought a pre-owned Rolex Explorer 36mm from DEI on eBay. The watch was very nice & clean but was running about 20 seconds faster than the standard atomic clock time.. Shai offered to take care of the problem at no cost to me. The watch was maintenanced, oiled and recalibrated. The watch is very good now. Communication was excellent throughout the process.
