Im throughly impressed with the quality of this facilitys opulence. More so with the quality of the pool water. Ive been to many athletic/fitness/clubs and the pool water often dries out peoples hair and skin. The fact Life Time puts effort into the quality of their pool water is an example of the small details that make this place worth its worth. Im a huge Yogi and the Yoga instructors are wonderful!

This is an outstanding health club. Superior on all levels. Simply magnificent. There are inferior gyms in the area such as Athletica. Be wise and join here. I have multiple gyms I use and Life Time is superb!

Nice, clean, kids room, but the problem is no activity, I mean only classes.. Yes, you can play basketball, but you have to find out te team, tennis you have to find out apponent. No ping pong.. Sux.

What makes this Lifetime so special is the layout. I feel like I’m going to a boutique style fitness club. The outside pool area is like stepping into a high end resort. The pricing is high but it’s never crowded, ample parking, the staff knows me by name, and the individual yoga studio is worth the money itself. Ps my favorite time is October because the decorations are Amazing!

Closes at 7PM on weekends which is pretty awful, not welcoming, front desk attendant has an extra chromosome. Not the same experience as Life Time in NYC, better options in South Florida.

Life Time is a dream gym!The gym has everything you need from a salon to a spa, restaurant to outdoor pool and so many other amazing amenities!They have a full basketball court inside, squash rooms, and at least 3 different weight lifting rooms and cross fit room.There is another room just for Pilates on the reformer, a yoga room, spin room, etc.lots of classes to choose from including Barre classes!I saw an indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi too. Everything is so clean!!!!I am very impressed with Life Time gym and will definitely get a membership there.

Lifetime Fitness is the best, any chance that Lifetime will build a gym in the Viera Florida area. We need a good gym.

After moving out of state, I tried canceling, I was told to send email requesting termination immediately. No response. I called a few days later and left voicemail. No response. I called 3 more times, after finally getting through, was told that an email confirmation was sent the same day. There is no record of any response. Then I was told the termination would end at the end of the following month. So I would be responsible for a month and a half after I put the request for termination in. Be Careful here

Love it here. We started recently and so far the facility and the staff have been amazing, supportive and overall I really look forward to coming here. It has sooo many classes, amenities, machines...everything you need!

Lifetime athletic club.... Is truly not at all like a health club but instead so much more like an full day and truly and really amazing experience for you and your entire family... Well thats great is that ok you can feel so safe begging a dad and letting your child roam or be taken care of while you get to work out or get to relax

This gym is everything. Hotel like amenities, to match their high price. If you have the money definitely worth it. Ladies are always nice, and the sauna and steam room always clean. Not crowded, and people somewhat follow Covid protocol to use face coverings. Nice basketball league, and nice people.

Daniel Miller in Club Managment is the not only one of the most knowledgeable in the fitness world but also has a Heart of Gold, Our Daughter who is a toddler wasnt feeling well, Daniel went across the street to the store and brought back juices and water. He didnt do it to get me to join, he did it because he could.

Smaller than the other diamond ones, basketball court is open in the middle of the gym area making a lot of noise. More expensive than other diamond units.Equipments in bad condition or rusted.

As an avid visitor of many LT gyms, I wasnt truly impressed with this location. As a Diamond level club, I feel they did not completely meet the standards that we had hoped for compared to other locations of a lower level. The amenities are absolutely amazing to have, but some of the quality was lacking, and the gym floor was a bit disorganized. The outdoor pool was about half the size of our local LT at home (could simply be caused by the lack of real estate size). I will say that the staff was VERY nice to us, and helpful in helping us navigate this new location. Gina (front desk) was exceptionally helpful in making sure we felt right at home! In all, its a good location, but needs a little work on layout, and cleanliness.

Im not a member but have used the Spa multipal times. Excellent massages.

Last night on 08/03/2020 i took a class (half class) which was the Barbell class. The instructor called Dorothy, called me out in front of the other students, just because I was not facing her during an exercise. I usually when the exercise is going to work the lower back I turn myself side ways so I can check my back on the mirror to a better posture. I was so embarrassed the way she the instructor handled the situation that I had to leave the room. Today I received a call from Lifetime and the person on the phone said to me that she never had a complaint about this instructor and that i was free to chose other classes and not face her again. Again, it is not about, it is about that we go there to relax and enjoy our time, not to be hiding from an instructor. Any adult person should know better not to call anybody out in front of others. How poor quality and not professional it was. I feel very frustrated too bad. The good instructors are not there anymore since COVID 19, so I considering looking for another Fitness Place. They say that people make the place and this is 100% true with the life changing trainer Scott Synold at Lifetime! He is hands down the sole reason why I have chosen this establishment over all the other dozens of locations in Boca Raton. Post quarantine this trainer took on myself along with 9 other women/friends and cultivated the best workout experience and lifestyle shift for us ever. I can’t even begin to explain what an impact he has had on our lives, both physically and mentally. The energy is so contagious that we continue to grow and so many friends continue to reach out wanting to join in on the energizing experience. Scott has so much amazing energy, knowledge and positive support each day... he’s like 10 cups of coffee, combined with a kick butt workout and a mental therapy experience all in one!!! I’m so grateful for what Lifetime and Scott have brought to our lives... in 3 short months our lives, bodies and happiness have been transformed! Life altering! Overall the establishment is clean, well kept and there is never a shortage of space or equipment. I had joined this facility a few years ago, and then left to join other programs as I was bored and needed change. Now that we’ve found Scott... WE ARE NEVER LEAVING! Beyond happy and grateful!

My wife and I were members for about a year, but recently had to move. We canceled our membership and I was pleasantly surprised how easy they made that process. I literally just walked in, told the front desk and the next day got an email confirming cancellation with no questions asked. It was nice that they made it so easy, I’m used to Gyms like LA fitness where you feel like you have to get a court order to cancel your membership.Fantastic facilities and amazing staff. If we ever move closer, we will definitely sign up again!

Beautiful facility and a Great event I attended

Youll like this gym if you are coming here for a casual effort-free experience but if you want to use barbells then you have to fight for 2 (yes, only 2) power racks in the entire gym. You cannot deadlift because the gym has no equipment for you. You can pay an extra $185 a month and then you can access 4 more power racks, but only if you go at certain times and even then you wont have all the safety equipment you need. This gym is great for people who want to stare in the mirror! Bad if you want to actually get stronger.

It’s a very modern and well equipped facility! The machines all work, staff is friendly and it has all the amenities you could want, except maybe a cold plunge indoor pool (hint hint, maybe if they renovate). Loving my membership so far; my only real caveat is that the food at the cafe is sometimes inconsistent.

Only gym I spend 4 hours in and don’t even realize it! It really is an experience and not just a place to work out. They offer so many amenities to help you unwind after a workout, I always walk out feeling like I’ve just left a spa. They have a wide selection of equipment, something for everyone. All ages and body types so you always feel comfortable. The staff is helpful too if you have questions about machines or classes.Can’t wait for them to open a closer location to my house so I can go more often!

Always clean, knowledgeable staff, beautiful pool with exotic gardens plus indoor pool, cafe, hair salon, sauna, spa services, top of the line machines & plenty of weights ! Yes it’s pricey but if you value your health & take fitness seriously its worth every penny.If you don’t, or looking for a bargain go to Planet Fitness. BE CAREFUL - We recently had to cancel membership and went into the Boca Raton Gym to do so. Filled out a form (remember receiving pink copy) and was told they need to charge us 30 days more. We were fine - 60 days later they are still charging us again and referred us to corporate. Corporate does not have copies of the paperwork or documentation and needless to say we do not have ours (Having moved residences ....and our world is in disarray of course) —— Anyway BE CAREFUL keep your paperwork as this company is not communicating with their locations and could care less other than to bill robotically. THIS IS NOT A GYM I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AT THIS TIME- and if you have to cancel, please make triple sure everyone from the local gym to corporate is aware. Everyone has covid issues, even companies........ but to be so blatant to squeeze out additional months from cancelled requests is not right.

There are so many good things to say here Im not sure where to start. The staff is amazing from top to bottom and the trainers as well are not only great but knowledgeable and friendly. Erick and Dan as member services are very helpful with anything I need and the cafeteria run by chef Steve is top of the line. Amenities go on and on including the day care center and the great bean bags for the kids. Basketball and squash courts are great as well and only nice ones in area and the squash pro is a lovely young lad who coaches some of the best in the world. Highly recommended !!!!

Very nice and clean facility. It is a bit pricey (Im paying 3x what I did at my old gym), but its worth it. Their smoothies at the cafe are delicious. It would be better if they contributed more of our money towards buying more and better equipment. If Im paying a high premium, I dont want to have to wait 20 minutes for the machine I want. Other than that, a nice gym that you should at least give a try.

This place is miles ahead of all the other “corporate” gyms that have taken over the fitness landscape of this country. Absolute deluxe facilities. The outdoor field and pool are super nice. You get what you pay for. This is a serious gym for serious health minded people. For all the people complaining about the price, there’s a planet fitness on every corner for you people. Lastly, to the old guys, stop leaving your towels everywhere, the gym staff isn’t your mom. I’m literally amazed at how many of these guys can’t even put their towels in the bin. Otherwise, amazing gym.

This is an amazing facility! Its so much more than a gym. Its a place to relax, workout, eat, spa and shop. The amenities are second to none as well as the staff. You always feel welcome coming in; from the smiling faces at the font desk to the trainers, the instructors, cafe team, spa team, membership team and the best boutique in South Florida! There is a wide variety of classes all times of the day, squash courts, basketball court, pool with cabanas. The events for the members are the talk of the town, each one outshining the next. I cant say enough about this, club. It always feels like home when I walk through those doors. It is the best kept secret in Boca.

Spectacular Full Service Gym. I love coming to this gym. From the person greeting you at the front desk with a smile and the wonderful services provided at the salon and spa, the superb trainers, awesome class offerings, pool, cafe, and store, need I say more (theres actually way more that they offer!)? The membership is worth every penny. If you like to save, sign up for VIP service at the salon/spa. I have to say my best manicures and facials have been provided by Louise and Jolene. I was in a bad place with joint pain that couldnt be solved by acupuncture, by a chiropractor, or by physical therapy. Then I started training with Johannes and now I am able to work out like I did 10 years ago and feel great. Lifetime is very choosy on who they hire, so rest assured, any services offered here are top notch.

I have been a member at Life Time since 2004. The club is my second home, everyone is always willing to help. There are monthly events for members, making it more than a gym and more like a Country Club. There are so many amenities from a spa to a boutique to a full cafe! This is a gym for the comfortably middle class. No macho displays and many pretty young women. Almost everyone is exceedingly polite, except for one or two cranky old women.With a total of 100,000 sq ft there is abundant room for all the equipment and facilities you could ever dream of. In general the equipment is new and well maintained.The toilet and shower areas however need a nearly complete gut renovation, especially the floors, wall tiles, showers, and shower heads. Because of the tile age and color the floors and walls always appear filthy, even though they likely aren’t.

I really like the fitness club, there are so many amenities. It is pretty costly which is why I put the 4 stars. I mean for the rate the could make some more things accessible complimentary training sessions monthly, just food for thought. Overall I would say its the best fitness center in the area.

While I’m not a member of the gym, I really love the boutique shop. I can always count on them to have special and unique items and not just active wear. Melissa, Melissa Z, and Maria go above and beyond with helping me every time I stop by. Furthermore, I always get compliments for anything I find from the shop! I’m a huge fan :)

Very unprofessional team. Clients are not their priorities, they just worry about taking your money. Team members / managers will promise you a call but they will never actually call you back once you set up your membership ( they have their money ). I dont like to deal with companies who do not keep their promises.

I love working at Lifetime and working out at Lifetime! You find yourself in an environment that meets everyones needs. And if theres an issue, the problem is always resolved in the most professional yet sincere way.

The harassment had been off the hook on my E-mail.After explaining to Beth Whitney their retention specialist that I discontinued the membership months ago and have not used the club they continue to bomb my E-mail with stupid threats.These people are not sensitive to there clients and they could care less over a couple of hundred bucks.I have never seen a corporate structure like this to continually harass not caring about anything but shaking me down for a few hundred bucks.I will never consider using them again and in fact just starting my quest to explain what kind of company they really are.Please stop harassing me over E-Mail will send a certified letter to discontinue membership seems this is the process.I did this in there club people make mistakes but still after explaining to Beth the situation went on deaf ears with no empowerment to to make anything happen.I thought theses days have been over with in 2022 but some companies just don’t get it and obviously Lifetime is one of the Dinosaurs that still walk the earth!!

The staff and people are very friendly. The club is clean and machines are always fixed quickly. Great opportunities for networking as well. Plus the indoor and outdoor pools, steam room, sauna and other amenities rock. Ive been coming here for two years now and love it, worth every penny!

Give thousand stars to Derrick the personal trainer. Wonderful person full of knowledge, patients and positive attitude. I dont care much for the gym its too crowded for me but Derrick made my experience wonderful and he rehabbed my knee in the process too!!!

I recently moved to the area and transferred from a gold status Lifetime to this one.So far the experience is inferior to the gold status one! Some bars are rusty and a couple of machines are worn out. However, I do appreciate not having hundreds of members after 7pm.My conclusion is, if you need to charge $150 a month please clean and replace the equipment promptly. Also, please add more Alpha Smith Machines! These are the signature of the Lifetime Fitness brand!

I love this Club, spa and social activities. The Daddy daughter dance was spectacular this year, as always. The staff is really friendly. It’s the best place in town for the total package.

Extremely disappointed with overall service, always dirty and staff not friendly. Donna, Erick and Daniel are disrespectful only care about sales. After becoming member they dont want to hear about you anymore and if you bring up about cleanness they get upset. I dont recommend this place.

I love the Yoga studio. Frankie is an amazing instructor. I also like the gym as a whole. Not really any complaints except some people dont like cleaning up their sweat after using a machine, but I suppose youll find that at most gyms.

While the gym is a full service establishment, it just seems really petty to me that I would be charged an extra.51¢ for aioli sauce on my entree when they dont even put enough on there to begin with. Im already paying $300/month for a membership plus $600+ for personal training sessions and $150 a month at the life time cafe, but then again its Boca, so what do you expect...

The facility and team members are awesome!you can really do it all at Life Time! The food at the cafe is Delish, spa gives the best manicures! The shop has the best gifts and the personal trainers are always wanting to help with tips

Great gym. Results will show in performance faster than you think with the workouts performed here. Consistency is key, though.

So far been a member for a few months in Boca Raton and couldnt be happier with the level of service. Derrick is a great trainer who cares about his clients and doesnt look to just make $ off of them. Ask for him or Marc if you want to get your moneys worth and train like a pro. As with any gym if you make the effort it will pay off and the staff there will support you if you want.

This is not up to par with Lifetime nor the Diamond Clubs. I do not pay $160 a month for this type of atmosphere.Perhaps this was just overlooked and I’ve been told that renovations or two but I have not been given a definitive answer to the date or if this is certainly going to happen I certainly hope so.Dry saunas and rooms without free-flowing air are very prone to molds. According to the Florida Department of health staining and discoloration of what can be a sign of mold growth as Kenn funky odor’s. I called about this concern last week and had I thought they had been taken legitimately and not just brushed off I would have not taken the time to post here but even one of the employees that work here suggested that so that it got the proper attention do.I very much prefer it in the past to deal with these issues internally and through the proper channels before making a public post because I actually really do like Lifetime and appreciate the club overall and for the most part even this one is still pretty decent.Respect fully I just want to see this fixed and remediated as soon as possible the steam room also has a very smart foul odor and even the plastic fixtures for the lighting in there has a black staining.I mention this to someone in operations department and they did not seem too concerned about it. Tried to suggest spraying it with bleach or something else to help neutralize or kill any bacteria or allergen or fungus growth on there. I don’t think what I was saying really sunk in.I am making a significant investment into gym like this as a form of health therapy and don’t need to be making myself worse in the process which is why this is a bit frustrating and infuriating. Furthermore I was at this gym two years ago and even then it look like it was due for a renovation in the sauna.In fairness this is not just a problem with Lifetime athletic many gyms you’re out of the country seem to forget about things that are a little more out of sight out of mind.There’s no free flowing air in the spaces so it’s even more of a problem.UPDATE. Thank You Jen who answers the phone for making a bad situation worse and slandering me saying me asking to speak with someone about the status of your dry sauna and the mold inspection was a form of harassment.Also thank you for lying and telling me your club is getting ready to close soon when it really you are scheduled to be open for 3 more hours!!! I had actually raised my review back up for this club, but after visiting countless Lifetimes and being a emend for years I have to say this one’s take the cake for lack of routine maintenance and professionalism.Really in the entire Gym not a SINGLE employee there can answers a very easy question. You don’t have a single person from the operations department available?!!Now I can see you have set your phone line to not even pick up as if you were closed already. One of the worst lifetime fitness location Ive ever been to, and Ive been to most of them in the USA. Its a location lifetime took over an old gym and rebranded. I would only go here if you have no other choice. Fingers crossed for coral gables location opening soon.

I love everything about this club! Reading some of the negative comments people have written below is just sad. Everyone has good days a bad days, its just upsetting when someone has a bad day they feel the need to bash someone else to make themselves feel better. Life Time is amazing and the staff there is even more amazing especially Erick in the sales office!

Avoid this business at all costs. When I tried to cancel they did not let me, and now are coming after me for over $700 when I have made it very clear I no longer want to be a member, and told my credit card company not to authorize any additional payments to them.Their phone calls are beyond harassment. They call and berate me, then hang up on me when I tell them Im not paying them any more money.DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB. There are more customer-friendly alternatives.

On the day of my birthday (today), the lady at the front desk was rude and short with me. I also had my toddler with me and she did not provide any professional nice or polite conversation with me. Not even a Happy Birthday! Thankfully, at the next desk (member services) desk someone did say Happy Birthday. I am a member in OH visiting and are flying back tomorrow. Be prepared to pay on your birthday to use your gym at this location regardkess of you being a Lifetime member in a different state. No curtesy is provided. Don’t go on your birthday if you want to have a nice birthday workout. I workout three days a week (at least) no excuses. Very disappointed with this gym.

I use to really like this gym, but it seems to be declining. My biggest pet peeve are the members who seem incapable of cleaning their sweat off the machines when finished. I also think Jeana in the front is bipolar, super nice one day, on a power trip the next. Calm down Jeana, calm down! I also dont think its worth the membership fee and my 5 year old thinks the kids area is boring and babyish, which it kind of is. Anyways well probably cancel our membership soon just wish there was something a little better than LA in the area

When you call into the facility you are put on hold to start with and they let you know they’re very busy, as you walk through the steps to get information on how to sign up you’re then landed with a initiation sign up fee. Now let’s talk about how Boca is the place to workout as the sales person informs me. I would run not walk from this facility! This is beyond ARROGANCE and I forgot they only want certain types of people.

Sales manager Eric acts like a pro but pretty ignorant. I understand that you have to make your bonuses and etc but dont chase it. No courtesy at allI will be cancelling my membership and I will say why, When I signed my wife up, I was told the following Its better if she has her own account and this is how I was paying $300 a month. Then I discovered that I could have paid $200 for all these time.Not really happy with everythingAnd update to my review, again I was charged 2 separate membership fee, even though they have given me a red slip stating the joint membership has been made.Also I was told that somebody (Jacob *****) from corporate office called me about this issue however that never happened.If you really want to see reviews just count reviews within a year period and you will get the picture.

Nice gym, clean, one of a kind...good customer service, they even went out of their way to follow up with me when i was a bit upset at a few changes the gym made. Eric (i assume the gym manager/client relationship manager) was very accommodating and professional. I do boot camp with Jay Dever and I also do spin during the week. Friday with Marty is awesome music. I wish they would allow all the instructors to use videos in spin class...apparently it has been banned now from most classes. Other than that, great experience, one of a kind gym, not cheap..but it keeps the riff raff out.

Quality and quantity as it applies to equipment including cardio, machines, free weights and other miscellaneous like bands, balls, etc. Basketball here is great, fantastic swimming pools and the locker areas are excellent. Ive never taken part but the have many fitness classes available. Personal trainers are also available but the cost is much higher than anywhere else Ive been. Likewise, the cost of membership here is also excessive. I dock a star just for the exhorbitant costs, otherwise this is a five star fitness center. If money is no object, this is probably the nicest gym around.

This athletic club is clearly the best in the area. If youve got the bank account, then go here. From the huge number of pieces of equipment (never have to wait to get on) to the large resort style pool and an amazing steam room, you cant go wrong with this club.Too many amenities to mention them all but here are some: 6 basketball nets, indoor heated lap pool, resort outdoor pool, cafe, 4 squash courts, steam room, dry sauna, hot tubs, regular and executive locker rooms, free wifi, etc. etc. etc.The cost is around $125/month up to over $300 month for the executive package where they will wash your car while you work out plus some other great perks.If youre just looking to workout only, then spend the $30/month and go elsewhere, however if you want a place where you can get an amazing workout plus be in luxury and never want to leave, then this is your nirvana.Jay Dever, btw, is an excellent trainer on site. Sign up for his morning class.They do have a posted policy against bringing guns on the property which I believe may be against Florida law is the only downside I have experienced so far.

I cant tell you how often I recommend this gym. The staff is incredibly friendly and super motivating.
