Lisa and Dr. Kim were INCREDIBLE!!!! They saw us the same day, when our regular vet wouldnt. They took great care of our dog, and are now our new vet. Highly recommended!!!

We took our dog for her first visit with WBVC, due to her normal vet could not get her for 2 weeks. She needed to be seen for kennel cough, so who knows how she would be in 2 weeks. Since we could not wait that long and I am so glad I reached out to WBVC. They were able to schedule her visit the next morning and the nurse & doctor were both amazing with her. She has anxiety and they took every effort to make her more comfortable. The office is taking the necessary steps to social distance and everyone was friendly and helpful. We are definitely making the change to have them as our dogs go to vet.

The professionals at West Boca Veterinary Center were able to get my pet in quickly for an urgent issue. The staff was so pleasant, and were so gentle and attentive to my pet that she was not afraid at all. They quickly diagnosed the problem, attended to it, and she left much happier than when she arrived. I cant say enough about what a great experience this was for both of us.

Our cats hadnt been to the vet in a while, so we tried West Boca and Im so happy we did. The staff, techs, and Dr. Megan are so kind and so helpful. I felt like everyone communicated really well, and I felt like the techs and Dr. Megan took their time/no rush. Great experience.

All the doctors are amazing and the staff is very friendly. Due to Covid-19 they are allowing clients to remain curbside or if you are comfortable, you are able to go Inside the office as well. I also like how they have a day admission option for those days Im not able to go to an appointment but they are still able to take care of my pets as long as I drop them off before a certain time. I love taking my pets here.

Dr.Gregg Kuehnel is fantastic! He is so caring and patient with all of my dogs. We have been going to him for 9 years. He takes the time to listen to all of the concerns and address each one with thought and compassion. He helped one of my dogs get on an allergy treatment plan that turned her life around as well as treating & referring on a tricky foot mass (she lived an active life to be 17). He is patient when dealing with my very terrified other dog (11). He and his staff are fantastic with scheduling, appointments (never left waiting), and follow-up (after a visit and any further work). I refer all of my friends and family to him. He is a great person and my family and I are grateful for all he has done for our fur babies. Thank you Dr. Kuehnel!

This place has become a joke! The staff is utterly disorganized and careless, the nurses seem fed up, the receptionists are rude, and the doctors could not care less for the patients.In the last month we had to bring our dog in three times, each time the doctors contradicted each other and the young doctor even rolled her eyes at us . When I asked to speak with management, some bubbly blond chick came in saying she was the reception manager and refused to let me speak with anyone higher up. You could hear her and some of the staff referring to us as annoying through the door.We left with an almost $1000 bill and couple of meds the nurse did NOT know how to explain. Said we would get a call back the next day... 2 weeks later we are still waiting.Stay away from this place, they dont care about you or your pet; there are three or four different managers that will call you to try to cover each others back, and have zero customer service skills.On top of everything already mentioned, I took the time to look through their “five stars reviews” and I found 15 reviews that belong to current employees of the hospital. The whole thing is a scam!!! The managers, doctors, and staff are giving themselves 5 stars reviews. Take the time to check them out, and report them.

West Boca Vet has been a complete game changer in my pet’s lives. I currently have 4 cats and 1 dog, and they are all patients at this kind, and compassionate hospital. They are a 5 doctor practice and I simply cannot pick my favorite since every one I have experienced is fantastic in their craft and knowledge of Veterinary Medicine. They took care of my eldest cat of 15 years after he was discharged from Coral Springs Animal Hospital for a quarter of the cost! The nurses even texted me updates while the practice was CLOSED during a holiday to let me know of his status and that he had been fed and watered in the morning and the evening. That meant SO much to me! I often board my other cats here when I go out of town, and the Kennel Technicians never fail to send me photos of my babies enjoying themselves and soaking up the sun in their very own kitty condo. I have also had the opportunity to meet the practice manager, Katie, and the assistant practice manager, Mollie, who have been behind the scenes running the place for the last year and a half or so. I am beyond impressed with these two ladies and the manner in which they conducted this hospital’s business during the first initial COVID outbreak. It was a tricky time, but you ladies nailed it in patient care, professionalism, and keeping everyone safe and socially distanced! I cannot say enough great things about this place. The technicians are always pleasant and gentle, and the front desk always makes you feel as if you just called Disney World with their phone etiquette! If you are thinking about switching vets or are looking for a group of individuals who actually care.. look no further than West Boca Vet.

The quality of care at WBVC is outstanding! From the front office to the technicians and groomers to the veterinarians, everyone is kind, considerate, thoughtful, compassionate and dedicated to insuring the health and safety of my pup. I’m so very thankful for Dr. Kuehnel and all of the staff.

This facility gave a 15 year old dog medication that is not safe to even give to animals /humans . Tried to kill my dog and this was the worst experience ever. Honestly think a lot of these reviews are paid for. Stay away from private facilities all they know is how to bill you for money . Best of luck and hope this practice goes back to medical school because by the looks of it anyone can be a vet here

Dr Dallessandro was amazing when I brought my dog in for what I thought was a tumor. She is so kind and explains everything so well and has a calming demeanor about her. The receptionists were all so accommodating and kind. The nurses were so knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend this place!

The doctors and office staff at West Boca Veterinary Center have been very caring and attentive to our ten year old beagle, Rachel. When she was six Rachel developed seizures and they helped us manage them. Most recently Rachel became sick and developed pancreatitis which there is no medication for. Our vet, Dr. Kim Simons, was there with us managing her illness and keeping us abreast of developments. Unfortunately because of her seizure history, Rachels body was not able to fight pancreatitis and she didnt improve. After several days, it was apparent that we very sadly had to put her to sleep. Dr. Simons was with us every step of the way. We thank her and her staff for being so caring, knowledgeable and concerned. I have been using this vet for 5 years for my 13 year old havanesse. I also have an active wellness plan through this vet for this pet. At a very high price. I called from out of town because I was having a problem with my dog. The office could not have been ruder, telling me wellness plan does not mean service and they cannot help me and go see a vet where I am. Cannot help me with medication or a vet and hung up on me!I will go somewhere else. I will never be back and I am taking my $1000 wellness plan up with American Express.The worst office and vet in my 50+ years of pet ownership.

One of the only bet centers that will let you come in with your pet despite CoVid. Everyone is attentive and helpful.

They are the best. The whole staff is wonderful. My dog is very anxious and was being very difficult about getting his shots today, but Caidra and the other vet techs made sure he got them.We’ve been coming here for a while now and they do everything to make sure your pet is as calm as possible and try to keep it from being a stressful experience.The people really are the best!

I have had dogs for a very long time and this is my favorite vet so far. They are reliable and kind and always make sure my dogs are well taken care of. I never have a problem getting an appointment even if it is last minute. They help me submit appointments to our insurance and never give us a hard time. I would recommend WBVet to anyone who is looking for someone to take care of their family.

No follow through in critical care condition. Charged for unnecessary lab work despite poor prognosis. Seems like a bucket shop vet if you need more than vaccinations and nails cut.

I am new to the area and needed to find a vet for my dog. I was nervous because there are some awful vets out there. I was so happy that I decided on West Boca Veterinary Center. I received my dog’s appointment right away, even though he is a new patient. Everyone that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. I came from NJ, where you have to wait in your car in the parking lot. No one is allowed in because of Corona virus, which is aggravating to say the least. Doctor Haskin was very knowledgeable about vaccines and shots that my dog was due. He made me and my dog feel safe and at home. Doctor Haskin did the wellness check while I was watching, and spoke to me about any issues that he came across in the process. The assistant I had was wonderful. This is definitely my new veterinarian. I recommend West Boca Veterinary Center to all pet owners.

ZERO STARS!They are superb when it comes to charging but when you need help for Emergency in the middle of the day and during business hours they say they dont have appointment AND if you do want to come in for Emergency there is a $96 surcharge. None of the vets are available today. I can try to squeeze you in tomorrow or so. I had bad experiences in the past for them but for them to turn down an Emergency for a puppy is outrageous. Not even to mention theyre wayyyyy over priced. Awful business practice. All about $$$$ Bought the yearly wellness plan that was sold as the greatest thing on earth. When try to use it, Can;t use it here. Nope not here Save your money!!! Dont be scammed by these crooks.

Staff were friendly and professional. They were great with Bella as this was her first time ever and she was very relaxed during all of the appointment. Answered all of my questions and set me up for all needed for our new puppy.

Today I took my kitten for his first appointment. It was such a good experience! My vet tech Brenna Kitts was amazing, she took care of us and you could tell she truly loves what she does! She was friendly, answered all my questions and made my kitten feel comfortable. Dr. Simons was also great she listened to all my concerns, was so sweet with my kitty, and also seems to love what she does.

This was my first visit and both the vet tech and the veterinarian were extremely nice and seemed very interested in taking good care of my dog. They gave me very detailed explanations and a better understanding of my dogs health. They are also able to do dental x-rays, which I feel is important for my older dog, since we have problems with her teeth.

This clinic is amazing! The doctors are great and get my babies everything they need. The front desk staff is very helpful with us and gets questions answered for us as quickly as possible. The nurses and support staff are so compassionate and kind. I love that this clinic uses a fear free approach, making my once scared anxious baby happy to come and see the doctor! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and Dr. Rebecca Seiden went above and beyond caring for our puppy and explaining every step of the process. When you can, avoid West Boca Vet. They told me that had no appointment time for my sick puppy, but they could charge me an emergency fee for hundreds of dollars and can squeeze me in that way. I have recommended at least 5 people there and have all four of my pets as patients there! They are money hungry and disgusting!

The staff is always warm and friendly, the technicians are always kind and caring to my pet, and the doctors are wonderful. My cat has had several life-threatening ailments over the years, and they have always given him top- notch quality care. He is never stressed while having to stay there. Highly recommend!

We rushed in there with what we thought may have been an emergency with our little chihuahua “Lucy”, they got her in front of a tech immediately, and within a few minutes Dr. Simons was with us. She was very professional, and extremely kind. They could have easily charged us a few hundred dollars, but only charged us $58. That never happens!!! Lucy say’s “Thank you Dr. Simons!!!”

West Boca Vet Center is amazing! Doctors and general staff are so good with the pets. We’ve been taking our doggie for about 3.5 years now, since he was 2 months old. I love that they always take good care of my boy and always call after a visit to know how is he doing. They are the best! I recommend them 10000%.

Ive been taking my dog to Dr. Kuehnel for 13 years. I trust all of the vets and staff here completely. Ive recommended all of my friends, and they are just as happy. They advise as though it was their own pet and wont do anything unnecessarily just to charge. I couldnt recommended more.

When we moved into the area, we were told West Boca Veterinary Center has the best services and vets in comparison to others in the area but I have had a few experiences which have been disappointing to say the least. No ONE at this office seems to be able to take a message as well as convey said message to the correct recipient. It also seems as if the staff doesnt communicate with one another in particular the techs and whomever is at the front desk. It would be a great benefit to everyone if the vets or perhaps the office manager would take time out of their schedule and speak with the staff in particular those siting at the front desk as well as the techs. If a tech isnt sure of a diagnosis or is unfamiliar with the scenario an owner describes, I feel its prudent they ask a vet and not make an assumption. Also, before calling a dog parent back even if a tech feels they are correct in the response they are going to provide take a few extra minutes and speak with a vet before placing that call to make sure this is the best possible response you can provide given the situation. Another scenario is if I have my dog neutered it should not be my responsibility to search ALL over town for a cone for my dog. If your supply is running low and dogs are scheduled for surgery someone in the office should be able to run out and purchase a few cones until an order is placed. Another scenario would be to ask the person at the front desk to call the dog parent once a prescription has been filled. Instead of the parent dog having to call and request the meds. I realize we all live busy lives, however some of these responsibilities dont fall on the shoulders of the vets instead their staff should be able to step in. Going forward I wont be holding back, I will make my disappointment known in the moment as it does no on any good to have the frustrations continue to pile up!

I could not recommend West Boca Veterinary enough. They have been there for the good times and the bad times with our dogs and the doctors are always wonderful.

Great vet! My family moved down to FL and I didn’t know who to trust for a vet for my 2 mini Aussies. My older dog started to have some trouble walking so I needed to get her somewhere to be checked. I saw a suggestion on fb for west boca vet and decided to try it. I could not be more happy with my choice to go here. The office is incredibly clean and the staff is friendly as can be. I felt that they truly cared about my dog’s wellbeing. The vet explained everything in detail to me and did not make me feel rushed. I highly suggest west boca vet. So happy I found them.

AMAZING HOSPITAL. I called wbvc for an appt that was very unexpected for my sick pup. They did mentioned they had no open times, but could fit me in as an emergency visit for a small up charge! The Dr dropped all of their other appts at that time to see my sick pup for this emergency visit. Drs are very knowledgeable, professional and detailed. I will be a lifetime customer. Emergency fee was under $100!! You cant find that anywhere else! Im very happy with my visit and how well my pup is doing now. Kaitlin and Molly the managers were literally outstanding. Very kind and understanding and had nothing but compassion for my pup, raises are much needed for the two!

We used them on Saturday, 2/22/2020 for the first time and we loved them! Our Olde English bulldog Lulu felt right at home and that is the environment from the minute you walk in! Welcoming, helpful, patient, kind, caring, nurturing staff! Lulu has never smelled so good after a bath! We did a wellness exam, she was bathed and received her needed vaccines and we did not have to take out a second mortgage on our home! They are in the business for the right reasons and even called us on Sunday, to check on Lulu! Its the little things that go a LONG WAY! The exam was thorough and the doctor and tech friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you!

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. This veterinary clinic does not care about your pets, they only care about the money. There are so many vets in the clinic that they don’t know who’s doing what. My pets has been misdiagnosed and mistreated. He was given the wrong medication and wrong dosages. One vet says and does something, and the other one will say they’re wrong and “correct” it. They should not be practicing with your pets. Avoid this place and their fake “5 stars”

Today was my first time at this clinic. I brought my cat just for the regular vaccine. And I’m incredibly happy to find this place. Staff is very helpful and kind. Our doctor Dr. Kuehnel is knowledgeable and super friendly. I would definitely recommend WBVS to everybody who is looking for great veterinary center.

They don’t return phone calls, have to call two and three times. When they do get back to you nobody talks to anybody in the place about what is going on. Extremely disorganized. Give prescriptions for wrong dosage for your dog.

I was impressed, but not surprised, at the care and attention that I received when I brought Lexi in because she was coughing so much. I usually see one doctor only but he was operating. However, the doctor I saw was so so good and explained everything to me as well. I know I’ll be receiving a call back within the next 2-3 days to see how Lexi is doing. Actually, the following day after my visit the office called me to see how she was doing. This office REALLY CARES. That is so soo comforting to me

The Vets/ doctors at West Boca Veterinary Center are compassionate, dedicated, extremely capable. The quality of care for all of my animals which include cats and dogs has been excellent. Dr. Keunel is wonderful and will call you at home to update you on your dogs results as needed. Friendly staff.

Very Friendly I had been there before with my friends dog, and took my 9 week old Australian Miniature Shepard yesterday they were super friendly.

We called in today and Laiza was very rude and unaccommodating, we wanted to see a doctor in-person on May 31st but they only let clients go into the clinic on June 1st (a day later). So I would be a health risk on May 31st but not the next day??? Makes absolutely no sense.

Very caring and accommodating center. A lot of attention and follow up care and phone calls when my dog Zoey is I’ll. Front office staff are so friendly.

My experience with West Boca Veterinary Center and Dr. Rebecca Seiden was fabulous! The staff is super friendly, the facility is very clean (it doesnt smell like cat or dog at all!), and the overall feel of the office is very inviting. Dr. Seiden is not only professional and caring but takes the time to answer any and all questions/concerns that me as a concerned pet parent has! I would definitely recommend Dr. Seiden and WBVC to friends and family and will be bringing my fur family back to this office for regular visits.

Absolutely amazing! I called in to get a quote to fix my cat and front desk lady was amazing (I believe her name was Jennifer), she gave me quote, explained to me the whole process and what kind of vaccines I have to done for my cat besides fix. She made appointment for me and at the end they charge me exact amount I was quoted. My cat is feeling good after surgery and I’m very very happy. Highly recommend!

First vet visit with 8wk old puppy to see Dr. Kuehnel. He was very attentive to our questions and concerns, gave sound advice and we could sense immediately that we liked his manner with our puppy and with us. Staff is also very pleasant and helpful. Love the available weekend hours and hospital on site. I was referred by a neighbor who was extremely positive about the practice and Dr. K in particular, and I can see why.

We joined the West Boca Veterinary family about a year ago and are very happy there. I am lucky that my dog, at 13, is healthy and does not require a lot of monitoring, meds, or other treatments. The vets are appreciative of that and never encourage unnecessary medications or inoculations. Their focus is on keeping her healthy and happy, which is my goal, too.

When you can, please avoid West Boca Vet. This office does not care about the care and health of the animal but is only interested in the money that they can charge for the visit.

Simply the best!!!

Everyone at West Boca Vet Center is very professional, friendly and competent. We have been taking both our wheaten terriers there and can usually get an appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Kuehnel is very knowledgeable, although we have used his colleagues as well, and everyone is more than helpful to me who can be considered a helicopter Mom when it comes to my fur baby. We also use them for grooming and we have been pleased with that department as well.

My Vet retired, we had been with her for 12 years. She is a hard act to follow! Being a new patient is never easy. What a great experience we had a WBVC!Calling to make the appointment, I was greeted warmly and given all the info I requested. Our first appointment did not disappoint! The Dr. and the tech were warm and efficient. The Dr was incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was doing. My sweet girl was treated gently by everyone there!! Awesome practice!!!

Staff is so incredibly nice!! I took my puppy there and he ended up having a double ear infection and intestinal worms. They sent me home with medication and the next day they called to check up on him and see how he was doing. Great place would definitely recommend.

Best vet I’ve ever been to. A big thing for me is that they don’t try to push you to pay for unnecessary prodcedures or products. They are very welcoming and friendly, and even have coffee for customers at the front. Even though I moved away from Boca, I will take a half day off work to go to this vet—they’re that good. A cute side note: they liked the picture they took of my cat for his profile so much that they had it as their desktop background for a while!

I adore this veterinary clinic....from first phone call to checking out all the staff are polite, professional and very helpful and downright sweet...after having a vet up north in Connecticut for many many years for all my animals it was a little daunting starting all over down here when I moved...very happy to have been recommended to them and happy to recommend them as well!

We moved here a year ago and were referred to the West Boca Veterinary Center by a friend. We had to board Mackenzie there for a few days before we were able to move into our house. Weve since used them for her check ups, boarding, as well as her grooming. Were very happy with all the services they provide. The office is clean. The staff very friendly.

I just want to share how very special this group is and how much they helped me when my Buddy was so sick and then crossed the rainbow bridge! it was a time of hard decisions and with their kindness and compassion, I am at peace knowing my boy is healthy and whole, cause as we all know “all dogs go to Heaven!”

Loved our new Vet Dr. D! She provided great advice and was very thorough including talking through options. The office is very well organized and was able to fit our puppy in as a new patient on short notice. Thanks for giving Remi such love and care.

Disappointed is an understatement. Worse customer service, and they do not actually care about your pet.We’ve been taking our animals here for a few months now. I’m in need of an emergency appointment right now, and they refuse to allow me to go in with my pet, but if I wait 24 hours and come the next day, they’ll allow me in. Your pets safety is their last priority. They only care about being rude, inconsiderate, and bullying their clients. The manager even went so far as to call me and threaten me that if I want to be there with my dog, then I should wait the 24 hours for them to be open to the public, because “there are no other veterinarian clinics open”. So I should just let my puppy suffer because they want to hold their ground on waiting 24 hours to be open to the public. They’d rather see your pet not make it, then let you in a day early. Don’t take your loved ones here!

We just got a new rescue dog and he needed his annual shots / etc. and needed to discuss a few issues. Wanted to start fresh with a new vet so after reading about a few, and going on referral from some a local neighborhood online board, we chose WBVC. We saw Dr. Haskin and he was great, and our dog seemed happy with him too. He examined our dog, went over everything thoroughly and we definitely felt better about his eating issue when we left. The front desk took care of everything else and even showed us where we could wait outside under the overhang to drive up so we wouldnt get soaked - it was pouring that afternoon. Great visit - feel like we made the right choice.

Everything is first rate from the time I entered the front door with my very reactive dog, throughout the exam/shots/blood draw, and finally through the check out process. The office is clean, smells nice, has many exam rooms and even a restroom for patient parents. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Dallessandro checked Max with kind and caring hands. Thank you West Boca Veterinary Center for instilling confidence in your hospital and Max thanks you as well for performing the tests without him suffering any unnecessary distress.

What a great experience!! I am new to the area, and hadnt needed a vet until today. I called for an appointment for my cat and they saw her the this same afternoon. The front office staff was lovely from the moment I arrived. We were taken directly to the room, and the tech who completed my cats history was wonderful. He was sweet to her,and incredibly patient. Dr. Haskin was amazing! It is obvious that he enjoys what he does, and truly loves animals.Last but not least, this facility is spotless! Very welcoming, super clean with no funny smell you sometimes find at the vet. Ill be back with my dog for her checkup. My animals are lucky to be in such great hands.

This was a wonderful experience. We have many dogs. We have been breeding Cotons for 18 years. Many trips to many vets. This was as good as most and better than almost everyone. I posted on Nextdoor for recommendations West Boca got the most recommendations. I know whyI highly recommend them

This office is immaculate and doesnt smell like scared pets. They were able to accommodate me for a non-emergency same day appointment and didnt treat me like they were doing me a favor. Everyone here is very nice and my cat responded well to them.

Our experience so far with our two dogs has been exceptional. The staff has been warm and caring and they show a genuine love for animals. They immediately made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. This is the first veterinarian with whom my older dog has been comfortable. This is the vet for our family!

We are very pleased with the staff, both medical and admin, at West Boca. They are responsive, especially to a helicopter Mom like myself, and always try to either get you in to see the medical staff or allow you to bring your pet in, leave her and have her checked by one of the medical team at their convenience.And I find that they dont let your pet sit in a cage for hours; usually you get back home and the vet is calling to say all is well and come back and get your pet.All good and I would rate them very highly as the office is clean, smells good and everyone is friendly and professional.Enough said.

Ive been using West Boca Vet for 10 years. Its the only Vet hospital my dog has been too. I find them very caring and efficient. They always follow up with a phone call to see how Macey is doing. I use them to board as well. Macey is just as happy to go there as she is to come home. I highly recommend West Boca Vet Center.

We love this Veterinary Center. They are the most caring and loving staff. Usually we see Dr. Kim Simmons but the other doctors are great too.

Very kind people working here. While we were waiting for our check up appointment I saw a ton of people picking up/dropping off animals to be boarded. The vet and vet tech were very sweet to my terrified kitties and did everything they could to keep them calm and feeling safe.
