We recently had our Frenchie in for surgery on her elongated soft palate and some dental issues. Dr. Man and his team did an excellent job with the surgery and the improvement in her breathing was both immediate and striking. The dental issues were handled without incident. We are very pleased with the service and personal attention shown to us and our pet. Roberta and the rest of the front of the house team are very good at keeping owners calm and fully informed before, during, and after surgery!! Great job to Midtowne!!

It was the first time going to the vet for both me and my little baby kitty Keetsa :) . We were both nervous while the office & staff is very welcoming, sweet and made us feel comfortable quickly.I really appreciate how the Doctor made sure to double check his eyes as it was one of my main concerns that was bothering us. Dr. man took the time to explain things as they went, making sure me and my kitty were as comfortable as could be. Dr. Boaz Man & his fantastic team were so genuine and knowledgeable. Our Pitbull and Amstaff felt completely relaxed around the Dr and the Staff which meant a lot to us. They explained the whole process for the Dental Cleaning w/anesthesia that we would like to have done to our Dogs and have decided to go ahead with have them do the procedures. Great experience!

We recently adopted a senior dog who had issues with his teeth. Found Dr Man on Facebook and cannot say how lucky we feel to have found this practice. They are responsive, very communicative and efficient. Appointment times are honored, phone calls are returned. I cannot say enough and again, how lucky we were to have found him to care for Winston. First puppy shots were $180 and the 2nd round of Boosters was quoted $160. I’m new to Boca so I called up my old vet who charged me $50 for the Boosters. He would of charged $50 total at each visit. You had a chance to have two new patients. Sorry but you’re a rip off!!!!! You also said my two dogs would get the free micro chip and they never got it either.Yes it’s definitely here. My experience recently with our beloved pet was a hard one. It was time consuming, stressful and expensive. But, Dr. Man’s guidance proved to be exactly what was ailing our pet. It was a very serious medical condition. And, without him I think we could have lost our dog. Dr. Man proved that he is always available for recommendations regardless of where our dog was being treated, showing his true desire to help all pets in need. He was able to diagnose my dog’s condition after numerous visits to another vet just by listening to our situation. To me, that’s a sign of compassion and also an acute knowledge of the medical care of animals.

After the devastating effects of Hurricane Irma my family an I were left with little to nothing. All of our animals vaccination paperwork was destroyed and we needed to have proof of vaccinations for our new residence. After spending most of what we had to find a new place to live we relied on Boca Midtowne Animal Hospital for help getting out digs taken care of. They gave me an appoint for the very next day ( ON A SATURDAY NONE THE LESS!!)Their prices are excellent and honestly that is the original reason we chose them. After our visit we have found that there are so many other wonderful reason ls to have Midtowne as our primary Veterinary Specialists. The staff is wonderful. The atmosphere is very relaxing for our animals. Usually they have a very difficult time going to the vet but for some reason our dogs felt very comfortable. I highly recommend that you stop searching and allow Boca Midtowne Animal Hospital and staff to be your go to animal care clinic.

With my experience, I was beyond grateful with Dr. Man alongside Roberta and their staff. My dog had a condition called Cryptorchidism in which he had to get neutered but I was having some trouble choosing the correct doctor for my dog. Upon finding them I watched a video in which I didn’t know it was indeed Dr. Man himself performing the procedure, I was very impressed and later then contacted them. They were very welcoming and patient given the circumstances. During the procedure Roberta called me often to give me updates and make sure I knew everything that was going on. Afterwards, there was no scarring. I was very pleased with the service in which I highly recommend! 😁

I lost trust in Boca Midtown; they misdiagnosed my cat 3 times in the year I went there & I easily have spent over $3,000 in unnecessary tests. Took my cat in for routine care early this year, and they suddenly want to run over $1500 in tests because she lost weight & had redness on her tooth. After frustratingly explaining her energy levels had gone up hugely & none of her daily habits had changed, he still wanted to run all of these tests. When I pressed him for more scientific reasoning as to why these tests needed to be run he gave eme his usual cats are hard to diagnose yada yada, it could be XYZ horrible diseaseI wanted a 2nd opinion & asked for her records to be sent to another vet; the vet tech on the phone was nasty to me about asking! Took her to my new vet, and they treated her holistically. After a small change in her daily amount of food she gained her weight back and the redness went away.I believe Dr. Man is too test happy, money happy & loves to rattle off every disease in the book of what he guesses it could be, or tries to scare you into thinking if you dont run all of these tests youll never know whats wrong. He also does not listen to YOU about your own pet and take into consideration their overall habits & environment.

I never take the time to write a review, but I made an exception because I know how much pet owners love their pets. Please dont take your pet here. They only try to make more money, and they dont care about your pet. Once you drop your dog there for the regular wellness check, they will call you back to tell you different extra services your pet needs. It is a business for them. I know sometimes your pet will need additional check-ups or treatment, but at this place, they will try to sell you treatment or vaccines that your pet doesnt need because they try to make more money.You will be asked to drop-off your pet there early in the morning, and you dont know what they do to them. I will not drop-off my dog in the vet again in my life. I know we are currently under a pandemic situation. Still, I prefer a place with other restrictions where I can supervise everything they do to my dog.My dog had an allergic reaction for the first time, and she is four years old. She vomited for two days after the vaccines, so I called them back, and they want you to bring your pet back to them. When I took her back the next day, they tried to charge me $180 extra for vomit treatments. They wanted to sell me that my dog can have anything, they wanted to charge $200 more for an X-ray. However, my dog is young and has never been sick. She was acting normal before I took her to the vet.I left with my dog to another vet; I paid $50 for a real vet that cares about animals and their owners.Additionally, they never called me back to let me know about the result of the analysis they did to my dog. After two weeks, I called them to ask for the results and get a vaccine refund that I thought my dog missed that day. The doctor was very mean to me, and he did not ask me about my dogs health.Save your money and take your dog to a different place.

Hi. I will WARN you of this ILLEGAL vet practice. I have my 🐕‍🦺 Sadie. She had just turned 1 years old. It was time for me to pick a vet for her future continued care. My mother recommended dr? Man. She purchased a Groupon for me. I used it to get a feel for the practice to know that Sadie would be under excellent and professional care. She’s a special worker, and her health is paramount. With that being said, I experienced the same negative experiences as the other negative reviews. First, a rebuttal to a concern is not a direct address of the problem. I had a first appointment. I agreed to wait outside, as requested, and separated from Sadie for an hour. I was told to pick her up at 5pm. (Due to COVID). Not only did they not do a complete exam, as claimed, they didn’t administer her shots covered under the Groupon agreement. Instead I received fake photos of Sadie’s teeth and was told she needed a teeth cleaning. Her teeth are brand new. After comparing the photos sent to my email and her teeth, I became irritated. Sadie is trained to alert me of potential situations and at that time she did. Sadie works off of very few verbal commands and rather follows touch and other visible signals to do her job. The staff member started screaming at me, outside and in full public view and shouted “ANIMAL ABUSE!” I was mortified. At the top of her lungs, she screamed that she was calling the police. I welcomed her threat. No cops were called, needless to say. It would have made a bigger fool out of this doctor than I’m already telling you he is. Not only did they try to scam me with their (backstage no enter due to COVID excuses/policies. It’s a ploy so you cannot see the fraud going on while you’re not with your pet. After a huge estimate of what she needed, besides the simple vaccines she was there to get. I was offered pet insurance. What a crock. I’ve called an attorney for this practices illegal and discriminatory behavior. I’ve also had my attorney look into fraudulent transactions for Groupon. Groupon has been notified and so has the doctor. I’m curios to see the response from the doctor. If you read other negative reviews, you will notice the apparent blame placed on the patient. WARNING!! This practice is a sham and milks the patients that use Groupon. Never again. Never again. P.s. I would share their bogus photos and following phone correspondence with the office, but I feel the humiliation is obvious and now the legal system will judge this disgusting experience. I’m very well prepared — as I would be expected to be.When a doctor cannot readily tell me the weight and temperature of my dog 🐕‍🦺 and a synopsis of the exam, I’d be very concerned.I waited 2 months to write this review after much consideration. Now I will let the judicial branch of our government determine who is right and who,s rights have been violated. No problem. Dr? Man, you should be ashamed of yourself and your oath you took to protect the animals you practice on. Your staff is your biggest downfall— as I’m sure many other Boca residents respect what you do. Out cat was urinary blocked and in very bad shape with shallow breathing when we found him in the morning. We called one vet at 830 am and they said come in at 11. We called boca midtowne they said come in right now. They quickly stabilized the cat and Dr Boaz coordinated for him to have emergency surgery that afternoon. Roberta the nurse comforted us and answered all of our questions. Our cat needed a few days of post op care and Dr Boaz coordinated with the 24 hour hospital and checked in on the cat each day and gave updates and was always available for questions. They provided excellent care to our cat .

I had a great experience from the ease of booking my appointment online through post appointment. The staff was amazingly friendly. Dr Man was very attentive and quickly responded to my questions. I love the affordable pricing as well.

Dr. Man and his staff have been fantastic! Dr. Man personally called and spent time explaining everything in detail and answering all questions. He sent live videos and pictures when my dog was in dental surgery and kept me very aware of what was happening. My dog even liked him after the surgery, so that says a lot! Will be referring him to anyone who has a fur baby that needs special care.

I came here for a check up and was not expecting at all to find out that my fur baby had so many problems with his mouth. He had to have 5 teeth extracted as well as all the infection in his mouth dealt with. Dr. Mann, Dr. Klarsfeld and Roberta were amazing! They did everything they could to help my dog, Krash, in a timely manner. They really care about the health and well being of the animals they treat and are so patient and kind to them. I wouldnt have gone anywhere else!

As most pet owners can agree, we consider our pets our children and we want the best care possible for them, Boca Midtowne is the best care possible. Dr. Man and his staff truly cared for my cat and treated him as if he was a family pet. Dr. Man was very thorough with his examination and what he believed is the best route of treatment. He was very informative and really took his time with my cat and I. At no point did I feel rushed or confused like I have at other vets in the past. Not to mention he also made it known that if anything serious happened over the weekend to not hesitate to call which is very comforting to know. They are only making money! They wanted to put our dog under to extract a baby tooth even after the tooth fell out by itself. We refused and did not bring our pup, but they still charged us the procedure deposit. After I made a claim with my credit card, these clinic responded to my credit card that the procedure was performed and that is why they charged. Very disappointing

We are so thankful we found Boca Midtowne. We Got our puppy from Wags to riches and three days later he was hospitalized for 12 days at Coral Springs Animal Hospital for Parvo. When we brought him home, him was still critical. We didn’t have enough time to establish a vet before our puppy was hospitalized. I called them and they had no hesitations to examine our puppy and get us in that same day.Our puppy had to be hospitalized again at Boca midtowne and had a few more visits along the way to finally get him stable from Parvo. I can’t say enough kind things about Roberta and Dr. Mann. She is so caring ! Dr. Mann really loves his patients. He always went above and beyond to try to figure out how to get our puppy healthy. I highly recommend this Vet.

Doctor Boaz Man and his team are amazing. They really love what they do. I took my Bronco, a beautiful Cane Corso, to get his ears checked and he asked me if it was ok to do a complete physical. Turns out that my Bronco was diagnosed with Lymphoma and he said to take him ASAP to an oncologist which was Doctor Correa. Bronco is now under her care but Doctor Boaz Man is in top of Bronco’s treatment and he knows that Bronco is under excellent care. Thank you very much for everything you guys did. We hope to have Bronco with us for a long and awesome time.

We just took our older kitty Odie in for his senior wellness exam for our visit here today. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. We felt very comfortable right away. The staff and the atmosphere was very welcoming with some adorable resident kitties chilling in the waiting area 🐈 . Everyone was very warm and friendly and showed lots of love and tenderness for our fur baby. Dr. Man and his techs were very nice and very thorough both with the exam and explaining all our options. We are really glad we decided to come here today and Odie loved the attention and treats they gave him after his tests. 😻 We would definitely recommend Dr. Man and his staff. This is where Odie will be going from now on.

My little Fiona has been going to Dr. Boaz since she was a 3 month old puppy...and let me just say that I am so happy I chose this vet for my puppy. The ENTIRE staff (Trish, Roberta, Amy, Dr. Boaz himself, can’t remember everyone’s names, but everyone) are the most friendly, CARING, knowledgeable people I’ve come across. I was new to area and was very used to my vet in NJ that was absolutely amazing so I was nervous about picking a vet for my new puppy and this practice is above and beyond what I could ask for in a vet. When my little fur baby was at 4 months she was peeing blood..I was scared and brought her in..and they took amazing care of my baby...they found the problem (she developed crystals in her bladder) and thoroughly explained how and why that happens which made me feel a lot less anxious and gave the proper treatment for her to get better. Knowing I have them to turn to if I ever have issues with my baby makes me relieved. They always call after a visit to check up..and not only that but they are always so nice happy to see your little fur baby. They genuinely care. I recommend them 100%. You will be in good hands. Boca Midtown Animal Hospital has helped me through some very tough times with my fur babies. They are friendly, organized, and always on top of my dogs treatments. They actually care! whenever I reach out to the doctor or staff I get immediate responses. They always follow up to see how my pups are doing and never dismiss my concerns. Everyone was very welcoming. The office is spotless. Dr. Man was very kind and gentle with my puppy Brody who was quite nervous when we first arrived. By the time we were finished Brody was relaxed and happy, he had made several new friends. His second visit he couldnt wait to get in the door. Excellent experience for both of us.

I had an appointment to take my dog in today, I’m a first time customer, so of course your nervous with a new vet. My dog is a Yorker and weights only 4 pounds, and he has some health issues, I asked the receptionist if I could come in because he gets nervous without me. She said no because of the virus, so I could understand that, but I had a mask on and also gloves, but I said ok. She then told me to fill out some paperwork which I did, when I was done, I told her I was ready, and handed her the completed paperwork. She told me to wait outside for a minute with my dog and she would be right back. When the girl came out she told me to leave my dog and I should come back and get him later. She then proceeded to tell me the doctor had emergencies and other dogs to take care of, even though I had an 8am appointment, I was crazy mad, I’m sure they are going to spin this and say it wasn’t there fault, but it Was.Beware, don’t use them, take it from me, if I could give them 0 stars I would. If you Love your dog 🐶 don’t use them.

We recently came to this practice from another vet near by and the experience is totally different. We feel valued, heard, and appreciated by the doctor and the staff. Pet Owners Beware of this place!!!! All they are interested in Is racking up a big bill. We brought our pet in to check on his back leg, and they suggested taking an x-ray. So we agreed, and then found out that they took full body x-rays instead of taking an x-ray of the real leg only. We asked them what was taking so long, and they said they had to take full x-rays. That that was their policy this was mentioned to us after the x-rays had been taken. We ended up with a $300 x-ray bill. This is not right! This is unethical! We were being taken advantage of. We will report this business to the Better Business Bureau. So, hold onto your pocketbook and your pet if you go there.!!!!🤑🤑🤑🤑

What I appreciate most about Dr. Mann is he takes the time to explain all of the options for your pet and works with you to find the best solution. He also makes himself available to help whenever you need it. The whole staff is kind hearted and helpful.

I drive 25 minutes to come here. Reasonable prices, and their staff is knowledgeable and treat my Lily so kindly and calmly. She was sick this last time; they took her same day, had her results back, called me and spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions. I recieved a personal phone call from Dr. Man less than 24 hours the ne-t day asking how Lily was. I never feel rushed to sign off on any treatment, or uneducated about my options when Im here. Truly appreciate everyone!Lily always comes home happy after a vet visit, and is never anxious when we are at Boca Midtowne due to their treatment of her, which to me is so important.

I have never had this level of experience with a vet. We recently moved to Boca and needed to get our dog updated on vaccinations/general health check as he came from a likely very difficult situation in his previous home. Given the current situation with COVID, they had a great set up for drop off and pick up. They called us and emailed us pictures to update us on Jacks progress. I have never once had a vet personally call nor have we ever had a surgeon (he needed some dental help) call us to check on him after he got home. So the fact that both went above and beyond to take time to personally call was really kind, very professional and shows us that they make a personal connection. They were all so patient answering every question and explained things in a way we could actually understand which is often rare. We appreciate their help getting our dog on the right track with his health.

I recently changed Veterinarians to Dr. Mans practice. The office staff is very nice and accommodating. Dr. Man is very thorough and compassionate toward my two dogs. I would highly recommend Boca Midtowne Animal Hospital.

We had a great experience at Boca Midtowne Animal Hospital. From my first call to check details for an appointment, I already like their attitude. Amy was calm, professional, taking her time to ask me details about Brownie, my dog. On our first appointment, another great surprise, again I was received with attention, kindness. Roberta was super, answering all my questions and concerns and the same with the doctor.The clinic is clean, got the appointment on time (this is a super PLUS!) and I will be back whenever my dog needs care. My baby Nala is 3 1/2 weeks old, she is a kitten and he sent me a picture and video it was so relieving to know she was in good hands. She is my baby girl and treated like a queen.

We first came to this office because or prior experience elsewhere was not professional. Dr Mann found severe dental problems with our dog, and these were dealt with very pofessinally by an outstanding dental specialist. Very pleased.

Wonderful facility with a great, thorough and knowledgeable doctor and staff. Theyre all so kind and caring not only towards your pets but you as well. Fiona was amazing, super gentle, understanding and kind towards my 5 month old puppy. They explained everything in detail and really took their time with the puppy and situation. Even provided a pamphlet explaining my puppys issue for more information! Definitely worth the visit.

Took our kitty Odie to Dr. Man for the first time. Super friendly and caring staff. The doctor was very nice and spent a good amount of time with him and seemed to really care. Would definitely recommend and will definitely let friends know where to find a great veterinarian office. Thanks a bunch.

Everyone is great at this office. From Amy the receptionist who welcomed us with a smile and was super friendly to the great techs who we dealt with. Brandy, Trish and Rachel were great with by giant baby of a dog and my old grouch of a dog. Will continue to go here because Dr Mann was also great with the dogs and made us all feel comfortable.

First time going to the vet for both me and my little kitty. I walked in, greeted by warm, smiling faces! The whole atmosphere of the place was lovely. Very clean environment & super sweet staff that took their time to explain things as they went, making sure me and my kitty were as comfortable as could be. Dr. Boaz Man was so genuine and knowledgeable. I have found a vet home for sure!!

I just wanted to once again thank Dr. Man and the fabulous staff for taking great care of my 7 year old cats/babies Sterling and Velvet on their visit!!! I have been coming here for many years. Boca midtown animal hospital is great! They are kind and welcoming. They treat the animals there like there own. Dr. Man was awesome. He was very informative and understanding. The nurses Roberta and Amy were sweet and very attentive! I would recommend everyone to take their animal to this vet!!

I had a great experience at Boca Midtowne Animal Hospital. I found it searching on Google and I wasnt expecting much, but it was an amazing find. The staff is so kind and professional, giving all the details during the appointment and making a follow up to my cat to check how he was doing after the vaccines. The clinic is also very neat, my cat got the appointment on time, and I really appreciate punctuality to reduce the stress of my cat when hes outside home. I deeply recommend it!

They have everything I want, friendly staff, excellent customer service, high skill professional doctor and reasonable price. They did full exam and give full vaccine and shots to my dog up to date. I strongly recommend this hospital.

This was my first visit with my cat Angel upon a recommendation from my mom. The staff was so friendly and made both Angel and I feel very welcome! Dr Mann was very thorough and treated Angel with love and compassion. He felt very at ease with Dr Mann and his staff. I would recommend this vet to anyone looking for a place to take their baby.

I can speak to the doctors or staff, because my 8a appointment was not honored, so i left. when i arrived, they had changed the plan and asked me to leave my dog, which was not possible because i live 13 miles from them, and i am not a well man myself.beware that these folks apparently dont care about wasting your time

Brought 2 cats for micro-chipping and evaluation, first time. I am very satisfied with my experience. Few things to notice: 1. Awesome feedback and communication, staff calls back and emails, appointment was prompt to the minute. 2. Excellent stuff: very attentive, caring and smiling. Doctor is great and very knowledgeable. 3. The PLACE ACTUALLY SMELLS GOOD, which is a rarity among the animal facilities. It quiet, peaceful and very accommodating clinic, you can get a cup of coffee and relax. Pets are very sensitive to the stress, in this place they get calm and all the fears go away. Overall mark - 5 STARS.

Updated to 5 Stars - Ive been to Boca Midtowne twice now and they have been great! The first visit was a checkup/welcome since we are new to the area. Based on the 1st visit, we had a second visit to have his teeth cleaned and a chipped tooth capped.Everyone at the practice was very friendly and took very good care of my Labrador. I recommend Boca Midtowne Vet.New Addition - Our boy just had some surgery and the doctor & was great!June 2020 - we got a new puppy and Dr Man was awesome as always

Every experience I have had at Boca Midtowne is truly unforgettable. From the front of the office to the back, every staff member is warm, friendly and extremely helpful. I have never left there with a question unanswered and Rosie, my 7 year old pug LOVES her visits and never wants to leave! I go there for everything including grooming and boarding I have never been happier! Its a plus that its always clean and always smells fresh! They have the latest technology and top of the line equipment which makes me feel so comfortable with whatever Rosie needs, its really amazing! Dr Man is warm, genuine and cares about each and every animal. He takes his time and is very patient and explains in depth any concerns I have had with Rosie. He prescribed Rosie a special diet I buy from Boca Midtowne which has helped with her bladder stones. I am so thankful for finally finding a vet I can trust! THANK YOU Boca Midtowne and Dr Man!! LOVE this vet! Highly recommend!

My 2 cats have been going to Boca Midtowne animal hospital for 13 years, since they were kittens. Dr.Mann and the staff are so professional, know every pet by name, and are always so helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. My cat Bella got diagnosed with cancer last year and they recommended an excellent treatment center, animal cancer care clinic in Fort Lauderdale, that took amazing care of her. When Bella had an accident late in the day on a Friday a few weeks ago, boca Midtowne told us to bring her right in even though it was 5pm. They stayed open late to provide care for Bella, and when we were informed that the best thing for her would be to put her down due to the progression of her cancer and her accident affecting her neurological system and her lungs, they were so kind and compassionate and provided amazing care. 4 of our family members went to say goodbye to bella, and since we couldn’t all go inside because of covid-19 precautions, they were nice enough to bring her outside and do the whole procedure outside so we could all be with Bella in her final moments. They even sent a card signed by the whole team a few days later. I’d also like to mention how amazing Roberta is, she is on top of everything at the reception desk and makes booking appointments and pickups and drops offs of the cats so easy. She always greets the patients by name and with a smile and she consistently does an excellent job. Boca Midtowne animal hospital views and treats your pets like family and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet that truly cares about the wellbeing of your furry family members.

Horrible experience!! During this pandemic they tried to charge me almost $8,000 to have some of my 6lbs dog teeth removed. Doctor was very rude and non compassionate.Just wanted to make his money!! DisgustingJust had my dog treated by another vet and charged me under $1,000 for what they were charging me.They should be shut down! Highway robbery!

After my vet retired( wed been together for 14 years) I never thought Id find that kind of care again. I tried 3 different Veterinary Practices, none that gave me the level of care combined with kindness & patience that I previously had, until I found Dr. Mann. I found the expertise and professionalism from the doctor and his entire staff to be above par!!From making the appointment, gentle caring during the appointment to the follow up call after the appointment, each step showed the compassion I was looking for!!

Took our 3 year old dog in today and they did a very thorough exam. Dr. Man checked her teeth, eyes, ears etc. No other vet office has checked her teeth to the extent that he did. He gave me in depth information on them, too. My dog loved everyone that helped her and she ate all their treats.

Boca Midtowne is my go to place when it comes to my cat, Bella. They are very friendly and welcoming, they offer great deals (i’m a college student, so I need what I can get) and are straight forward when it comes to the health of your pet. I got her second round of shots here and they recommend everything they know would benefit you and your pet, also I recently stopped in for their Spaw day and they were amazing with Bella. They gave her a room to hangout in and jump around the play stand while I had to step out for an hour. They are very patient and understanding and I recommend this place to everyone I know with animals. Thank you Boca Midtowne!

He is extremely knowledgeable and has been able to answer any question or concern I have ever had, with an in depth explanation and always the best solution.
