After going here, there is no other place where I would take my babies. My hamster seemed to be displaying signs of wet tail, and after calling them, they got me an appointment right away. In my frazzled state, the people there were so kind and attentive, and you could tell they really cared about me and my hamster. I noticed when I walked in that vet is a graduate from Cornell, so I knew I was going to get the best of care. The vet did a thorough job of checking her and running through different options. From the girl at the front desk to the nurse in the examination room to the vet, everyone was super comforting, professional, and helpful. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I would give this place ten stars if I could!! I have been trying to negotiate taking two cats to Japan during these crazy times. I am so lucky to have found Boca Palms! Lauren went above and beyond to calm my nerves and keep me informed during the entire process. She not only a pleasure to deal with but is extremely knowledgeable and really cares! The staff is amazing and the doctor is wonderful, caring and doesn’t rush you out the door. I don’t normally post reviews but I wanted to spread the word!!!

We came to Boca Palms to get our puppy ready for an international travel. They were extremely helpful on the phone and during the visit. Very professional, responsive, and reliable for a good value. Highly recommended.

I brought my dog here for a check up because he wasn’t acting like himself, wasn’t eating, wouldn’t move around, and his testicals were very enlarged. When I was presented with an estimate to neuter him as well as doing a scrotal ablation, the price was pretty reasonable and there were no unnecessary charges. The estimate was truly catered to what my dog needed. We went ahead and did blood work during that visit and I brought him back the next morning for his procedure. They thoroughly went over the blood work results with me and explained the procedure that my dog was going to have. They made me feel very confident about the decision I was making. I really want to thank the entire staff and Dr.Sosa for taking amazing and professional care of my baby. His surgical site looks AMAZING!!! There’s no better feeling than being able to leave your pet in the hands of people you can trust. Thank you again for taking great care of my baby.

Dr Sosa and staff literally saved my dog Daisy after she was attacked. They immediately saw her, got her into surgery and recommended follow up care. It’s so satisfying visiting a veterinarian that doesn’t try to gouge you for unnecessary testing! The office may not be as high tech as others but your not there to get an LED screen repaired ! Your there for the knowledgeable & experience staff to tend to your furry 4 legged family member!

Dr. Sousa and his staff are so kind, so caring for both my injured little Maltese and for me. She had a neck injury and was clearly in pain. Dr. Sousa treated her quickly and with gentleness and put her at ease during the examination. Dr. Dan takes amazing care of all my rescued dogs. They are all German Shepherds and he handles them expertly and gently, and by the time their exam is done, they like him better than me. He is very knowledgeable about all new treatments and diagnosing. I will be there always.

I have three dogs and three cats, all rescues. I take them all to Dr. Sosa for their care. One of my cats turned 20 this year and another turned 18. Dr. Sosa is very knowledgeable and caring. He has been extremely supportive in the past as two of my dogs were diagnosed with separate serious illnesses and eventually passed away. Dr. Sosa does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist if he believes their expertise represents the best care for your pet. I would highly recommend.

Worst experience every, ONLY GOAL IS TO MAKE MONEY. He did test that were not needed and were already done from my previous vet. Paid for medication that was not the same as what was prescribed. I will never use him again. His only goal was to push every service he could possibly push on me in order to up my bill. I left with over a $500 bill. My dog just had a complete physical two weeks prior to arriving in Florida. She was fine but yet he wanted surgery, and so many other services it would take me forever to mention. When I confronted him about give me the wrong medication he said it was pulled from the market. This was a complete lie. My vet from Massachusetts ship me two months supply overnight. My prescription only cost me $20 for two months. He uses an apothecary that he makes money on and it cost me $50 for only a month. I couldnt cut it in half like my other pills because it was capsules. So if I wouldve given it to my dog I wouldve overdosed her. He should not have a license. I have put in a complaint against him.

I am very thankful we found this clinic. My little dog and I travel with my husband for his work, and we live out of hotels, which we really enjoy. My dog loves to travel with us, but this time he got an unexplained swelling abscess on his face. When he scratched it open, we had to find a vet fast, and my husband saw Jaffe Clinic was close and had good reviews. I have to add to the good reviews, as they really helped us and helped relieve some of my concerns. The front desk assistant and the vet tech were very understanding and kind, and the vet gave us a lot of confidence that he knew what he was doing and took tender care of my baby. I appreciate that we were able to reach him personally when we had some concerns about his healing a few days later. Im really glad we ran across this clinic during our travels.

Originally from NY and recetly got a puppy in March. With that being said I obviously did nothave a vet here and googled what was closest and said Let me give it a try. I made an appointment and took Gigi (My dog) there for her first set of shots. From the time we got in till the time we left I received such great service! What really got me about this place was my second visit. My Gigi was very ill - not responsive - not her normal self. I called up and they listened to all my concerns and set an appointment up for me right away. I brought Gigi in and OMG Lauren at the front desk was amazing along with the vet tech that helped Gigi they showed love and care. I went in and Dr. Sosa really takes his time explaining to you what is going on with your fur baby its not a situation they take your dog and disappear he expains things to you thoroughly in fact gigi never got her second shots and most vets would press it and try to get money out of you for what youre there for and try to talk you into extra services. Not here! Gigi had some work done and when the results came in I got a call from Dr. Sosa himself! when do vets call you to have a conversation with you to thoroughly discuss your fur babys health?! never! I love this place and highly recomend it!! Great vet and Amazing staff specifically Lauren and there is another young lady with blackhair that helped us and she was great! Thanks guys for caring as much as you do!

Dr. Sosa and staff are wonderful! I met him when it was time to euthanize my 10 yr old Newfie cross. He was compassionate and assisted me with her passing. I was so impressed with his demeanor, approach, and knowledge that I continue to use him for the two Newfs I rescued recently. They are doing great under his care! The staff at BPAH is caring and extremely helpful in answering my questions. We are grateful to Dr. Sosa and staff and will always be BPAH clients/patients!

The staff is nice but the so-called doctor doctor Sosa is not only completely rude but he acts like he knows everything under the sun and when you question him about the information he is giving you he cant explain how he came up with that info hes just in it for the money. Had to put one of my animals down because of him.

Absolutely love Dr. Sosa, Linda and the rest of his staff. I take all 3 of their dogs there and Dr. Sosa always takes the time tp speak with me about my dogs issues, medical needs, etc.
