Had to get almost all my dental work done again because he didn’t do it right. Now one year later I have to get all his work replaced and pay for it all over again! Straight robbed!Had two root canals under my bridge work and crown work only a year and a half ago. Both had holes towards the gum line, and I even had to get another crown surgically extracted! complete nightmare. I will be contacting the dentistry board in Florida!Update: had two more crowns replaced and had cavity’s under both!!! Smh

I went to Dr. Barkoe after the most pleasant phone call to inquire about prices, treatment and my insurance. Regina is extremely friendly and was patient with my questions. Dr. Barkoe definitely values his patients and takes his time with them. I left a corporate style dental office to be treated by Dr. Barkoe and highly recommend him. Great atmosphere, excellent staff and a kind professional!

Dr. Barkoe is an amazing compassionate gentle dentist. He is great at whatever he recommends to keep your mouth healthy and dont be afraid to trust him to give you a movie star smile. Hes got a great heart. He always talks of his grandchildren, and son who is a surgeon. Nicole L

I think Dr Barkoe is really nice and I think hes a great dentist. Someone commented about being offered work that was not needed, but thats really just an opinion. My teeth are really important to me, and I actually prefer to be given all the options... Especially when it comes to my teeth. Thanks Dr Barkoe, your staff is really great!

Dr. Barkoe is a great Dentist had an extraction done and it was the best experience had it done in no time, quick and painless. he is great with his injections, hardly felt it, and he is very friendly and funny. great staff too!!

I cant say enough good things about Dr Barkoe. He extracted a tooth shattered at the root in no time with no pain. This is after two dentist referred me to oral surgeons. I was a walk in patient in pain with no dental coverage. He immediately let me know that its not a big deal for him. Pulling teeth is one of the procedures he performs on a daily basis for decades.He x-rayed the affected area, showed me the fragmented root and asked me if I was ready now. . He constantly checked on my level of comfort. I appreciated that while he dug down to the bone. Very much a painless procedure due to his kindness as well as his high level of experience. I heeled up quick and had absolutely no problems what so-ever. I feel as if he under charged me. I certainly would not have done what he did for the money he charged me. Dr Barkoe went out of his way for me because he cares about people. I highly recommend him he is an excellent Dentist who has very fair and affordable rates. RLC

The cleaning was fine. The exam by the Dr. was not. It seemed like he let the helper tell him where to look and what needed to be done. They suggested I needed alot on unnecessary dental work. My husband they said he needed alot of work done as well and to replace a dead tooth. This tooth had a cap and had the insides already out. Did not need any work done on that tooth at all. They were running a special for cleaning, exam and xrays, so I guess you get what you pay for. Have decided to go to a different dentist.

Instead of referring me to an orthodontist, he attempted to perform a root canal on my tooth. Botched it completely and then misdiagnosed an infection in another tooth. As a result, he put me on 8 weeks of continuous antibiotics which depleted the good bacteria in my gut and I got colitis as a result. I demanded a refund, which he gave me. I then went to a proper orthodontist who performed a normal root canal on the infected tooth and my condition improved. If I could upload the dental X-ray of Dr. Barkoes botched root canaled tooth next to the one the orthodontist did, you would be shocked. Dr. Barkoes work looked like something from the 15th century. Additionally he left material under the tooth which my new dentist says may have to be surgically removed. Do not let Dr. Barkoe venture beyond anything more than a teeth cleaning.

Total Nightmare! Crazy patient is vaping in office waiting area (FL bans vaping indoors) and is yelling on his cellphone. When I ask him to stop doing both, he tells me to step outside so he can punch me out. Office Manager Regina and Dr. Barkoe himself actually allowed the nut to stay and get his teeth cleaned! Regina stated that he needed treatment, I stated he threatened to assault me! Regina shrugged it off, and asked if I wanted to be seen! I said that I would not give my money to a dentist who allows physical violence in his office. Neither Dr Barkoe or his office manager did anything to send this maniac on his way money was more important than the well being of their other patients! I have been to this office several times, and this is the last. Dr. Barkoe is physically very frail (and can barely walk), and Regina upsells their services just like an annoying car salesman! Regina is also very loud and annoying, as well as unprofessional and rude! Boycott Dr. Barlkoes office!!!! He only cares about making money! This nut could have had a gun!

This person suggested unnecessary dental work. I got what I needed then was told my insurance would not pay. I paid. Then received a statement from my insurance saying they paid. This person (notice I do not call him a dentist) refused to reimburse me. DONT DO IT.
