After giving this place a chance and visiting it multiple times, I can say with highest amount of confidence that the Boca Smile Center is flat out unethical! This center is like a sales center....they will try to get you to purchase an expensive subscription, a whitening kit, a toothbrush, and a whole bunch of other outrageously priced items during your first visit!! I will also caution people to look out for their prices. This dentist office will charge you way more than what the actual vendor of the product charges. For example, I paid $300 for a take home glow kit thats listed as $240 online on glow.com. I also paid $300 for a whitening only brought me down 2 shades lighter and was a mere application of the take home glow kit.......such a rip off!In addition, this dental place will continuously try to get you to get crowns and not educate you as to what a crown is...... This is what they did to me....In my every visit, they continuously reminded me that I needed a crown and would even call me to see if I was planning on getting a crown. They were so busy trying to pressure me into getting work done that they never even cared once try to educate me as to what the crown was. After complaining to the dentist about how unethical it was for them to perform the procedure without educating me, they had the audacity to tell me that I will need another crown. Talk about Moneyhungry Scam Artists! Since dealing with that episode, I canceled all of my appointments and told the receptionist as to how upsetting the whole overall experience was. Despite this, they still try to pretend that noting has happen and even had the audacity to call me to come in for a cleaning........

My husband had some serious oral health issues. Dr. Jessica Capellen and her staff have been wonderful in addressing his issues. A wonderful dental practice.

If you are looking for a thorough, professional, friendly, & gentle dentist look no further!! Dr. Capellan is the BEST, her quality of work is amazing, with the latest technology available. She takes time to answer all my questions and explains in detail the options available before starting treatment!

ABOLUTELY THE BEST!!!!! Never did I think a root canal could be a pleasurable experience. Dr. Prusakowski and his assistant Elizabeth truly have the magic touch. I have had a lot of dental work done in my life, multiple crowns and root canals and countless cavities and this is by far the best dental experience of my life. My highest compliments also to the office and support staff as well, the treatment is superior from each and every person!!!

Dr. C has replied to emails on weekends and well after hours when I had emergency issues within an hour of sending the initial email. She and the entire staff truly care about your well being and take your comfort and health very seriously. They do all of this with a smile, pun intended. 😀

I came in for my appointment 20 minutes early not knowing what to expect for my first time here, and I was received with two large smiles and polite staff.I had a major emergency from a tooth that’s been aching for months now. Before I left my appointment, Dr.C had performed two extractions that were long overdue, and helped me schedule my next few visits. I did not feel a thing. Although I was super nervous (I’m always nervous at the dentist), I was made very comfortable and will definitely be returning.Thank you Dr.C and staff

I have not stopped recommending the Boca Smile Center since I had my first visit and since they showed me how to really floss! I visited the center thinking I had cavities but to my luck Dr. Capellan put me at ease and after she reviewed my 2D Xrays I was thrilled all I needed was a good cleaning. Tough love from the doc has ushered a new era of mouth cleanliness and I’m looking forward to my next check up so I can show them how much they’ve inspired me to keep high care of my teeth.

Would not recommend this dentist.I found her to be untruthful and overcharged for her her services,when she discovered I was I dissatisfied sheRemoved the charge for the service. A crown was recommended, the tooth was healthy except for exposedRoots. Had she recommended root canal initially I would have saved $1250 with numerous trips to herThe crown was ground down so much it had to be sent back to the lab. I asked her when the crown wasReturned if would again have to be adjusted, she said no. That was not the case.Staty away from her there are lots of good dentist in Boca

I walked in with no appointment and a dental emergency. I was seen on the spot and treated. I could not be happier with my experience with this dentist and I am changing to her as my permanent dental provider.

They office staff and Dentist are very professional.I had two crowns done. I had some minor irritations and they got me right in and corrected the problem. I would highly recommend them also will be getting more crowns and a possible bridge work done in the near future.
