I dont know why I still spend my hard-working money at this place... paid $35 + fee + tip to only get home to clean the car myself. Every time I go to Express Car Wash I leave frustrated, im not usually the one to complain and I like to give the benefit of the doubt but theyre terrible and today was the last straw . If you care about your money, you should avoid going to this place where they pretend to clean. BTW i dont expect my car to look brand new, but at LEAST clean the basic stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got unlimited for $19.99 and the next month they charged me $37. Emailed and asked for a refund and never heard back. They should be honest upfront about what they charge for unlimited. I asked to cancel my unlimited pass and still don’t know if it’s canceled

Went for a quick car wash... But quick was an understatement. Paid $16 to run the car through the machine... literally just to run it through it. I was expecting at least a quick hand towel dry. I was hoping that the machine was at least really good and took care of the dirt but that wasn’t the case either. Wasted $16, worth it probably $8. If you are interested in a quick wash just go to a gas station. I don’t know about their other services.

We have a lot of car washes in our area of Boca Raton. Being here 25 years, I have tried all of them. I have never had such satisfaction with any other as I have with the Express Car Wash on 441. The unlimited Car Wash plan is priced just right and the quality of the wash is excellent! In about 2 minutes my car is spotless and dry. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have it specially enjoyed my experiences with the manager Justin. He always ensures complete customer satisfaction! Its also helpful that there is a tire shop and an oil change shop right next door so it is a one-stop-shop for me!

This is undoubtedly the best car wash I’ve ever been to in my life! The customer service is superb, it’s affordable, and there’s even free vacuums! I HIGHLY recommend.

The quality that you receive express car wash goes above and beyond just getting your car washed. The integrity of the people at the business extends far above what should be expected. I have never been disappointed in the job that was done on my rogue. I train dogs, I have white dogs and black interior. You do the math, LOL. After having my interior cleaned as well as my exterior, my car looks awesome always! I plan to have a full detail done on my car soon, because of the quality of work there. You will never be disappointed. I was there this past Sunday and even though they were packed, I still receive the quality of work I’ve come to expect. The employees are hard-working friendly and extremely courteous. I would highly recommend express car wash to anyone.

I met Corey on my first visit and knew that joining made sense. I have only had great service and look forward to their staff. The one time, last week, when I felt contemplated personally contacting the owner was when I exited my car and see someone with the name Andrew rushing toward me, as if there was a dire emergency. He said, “You done have the interior plan!’” I calmly replied that I did and had maintained it for the past year. He began to argue with me. I walked away and sought help from another employee. Andrew went inside and he may have verified I was right. When he reappeared outside he never made eye contact with me, as if this had not happened. He should never be allowed to interact with the public- he’s a major liability. I am a school district leader but when I’m there I’m just another mom on jeans and a t-shirt. Andrew needs a lot of coaching yet somehow I just think there’s a deep rooted disconnect evidenced in his lack of wherewithal to politely apologize to a loyal customer of the wash.

Quality of wash went down, front and rear end of car washed very bad many dirty spots, last couple month wheels looks like dont even touched. I decided cancel monthly subscription and sent online request. I didnt get any confirmation or respond in 3 weeks and decided go there, I was speak with some Andy, explain him everything, he checked status of subscription it was still active and he just said go online to cancel subscription, its easy ... No comments, it was looks like he just ignore me .... I spent there about 15 minutes to make him go to the office and cancel my subscription. Terrible wash and costumer service.

Update:After being charged once again for the monthly service I never signed up for, I called and spoke with Justin. He graciously understood that it was illogical to set up a membership for a carwash at a location that was over 70 miles away and that since this is my travel card it would be a hassle to cancel. Anyways, he mentioned that although it was not the norm, he would cancel the membership over the phone, refund three of the six months billed and I should see a credit within a few days, and issue a gift card for the remaining three. Hopefully, this ends this billing nightmare. Thank you so much for your understanding and service Justin. You are amazing!!My credit card was fraudulently used at the establishment. I contacted the business to explain and ask for a credit. The gentleman who answered the phone rudely stated, I guarantee you have a sticker on your window and you were here. After implying, I was a liar, he stated all he could do was cancel the account. If I needed anything else I should contact the Cc company. Mind you, he confirmed the service had never been used after the initial date and I live about 50 miles from. This place. Guess what? This morning after supposedly the account has been canceled, I was charged. Refunds are given by companies everyday. He simply didnt want to help me and lied about canceling the membership. I will look onto the BBB to see if they have any reports. I appreciate the response but I truly need you to cancel this fraudulent membership and credit my card. I live more than 50 miles from your location.

Ever since the introduction of the automatic gate for unlimited members, I consistently get the wrong type of wash here. I spend 64 bucks to get the wash I pay for, and they just constantly give me the basic wash. I have to get my car cleaned frequently because of the birds in my parking lot at home and work. I’m tired of arguing with a manager because he can see the tire shine from two days ago. Waste of money and time......

SHADY SHADY SHADY!!! Dont sign up for the monthly membership if they send you a $19.99 monthly membership coupon in the mail. They will charge you $19.99 for the first month and then jump the price to $37 without even telling you. So unprofessional that when I emailed and called, no one even reached out to see how they could help, they just canceled my membership. This place doesnt deserve your money. Go up the street to Rising Tide, youll be giving your money to a more professional organization.

Use the basic wash, used to offer happy hour special prices. But was told no longer being offered. Was a steady customer for many years. Not going to pay $8,00 for a very basic wash, specially when the car comes out still dripping water. Time to update equipment.

Did unlimited wash and was told price 2 different times and then the price doubled. Would like more transparency when signing up for the unlimited pass. Also charged me at 3 weeks instead of 4. I wrote this in the comments when canceling and asked for a refund. No one called. I would check your card charges from this place if on unlimited. Have been a regular customer for over 20 years. They have now decided to primarily do the unlimited wash option, which I am not doing. I understand they want to have thousands of customers on automatic payment of $35 or $40 a month. I can do the math. It is a staggering figure. But they have few, if any, realistic pricing options for their old customers who only want their car washed once a week or so. They are forcing us away.Not only that, but they treat you poorly if you do not want to succumb to their high pressure tactics of selling the unlimited wash option. Clearly the employees are being forced to high-pressure sell this to receive their sales commissions. Does anyone agree with me. I think it’s time to find a new car wash!!

I have been getting my cars washed at the Express Car Wash in Sandalfoot for many years. I always bought the six for four card.We have 4 cars among us and found the 6 for 4 card to be a good deal.I was told today that I can no longer buy a 6 for 4 card which I could use on any of my cars. Now all they offer is a $19.95 per month unlimitedcar wash but is specific to only one car. That means nearly $80.00 per month to get what I had for $24.00 for 6 washes on any car.I must now find somewhere else to get my cars washed.Ron P.

The manager here is very unprofessional. I have been a customer for a few years up until now. I have referred about 10 to 15 people here within this time. I’m always being offered a membership and always turn it down...when I come in I always purchase the same full service wash which includes the interior. I finally accepted the membership as the gentleman sold me on the fact that I will get the same service and can bring my vehicle in anytime. Today after driving my vehicle under the detail tent the manager began questioning me asking what plan I had. I was caught by surprise and mentioned I have a monthly membership. He asked me to follow him and for the 1st time after a few months I am told that my plan is only for exterior. At this point I was furious and told him that it is supposed to be entire service if not I would have not purchased. They don’t even dry the vehicle for exterior only. The manager basically said there is nothing he can do for me, it is exterior only. Basically get in your car and go. I asked for the owners contact and of coarse he said he cannot give to me. What is so upsetting is that the manager did nothing to make it right. I left very upset and dried and vacuumed my own vehicle and cancelled my membership. No longer will recommend. For me to come on this site to make a bad review takes a lot because it is the 1st time I do.

Okay y’all......the reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because of Corey and Justin! These 2 are always smiling when I go there and make you feel like home! THEY are the reason me and my husband continue to return and continue our membership......However........since September 2020 I was charged each month for an unlimited membership when my car strip was not working. Each time I went to get the problem fixed, I was “greeted” by Andrew who looked less than thrilled to be there. I showed him my bank statements and that I was being charged and his response was “you’re not in the system, you need to go inside and figure it out with Alex.” Well seeing as I had my 18 month old son in the car each time, I advised that I couldn’t go in to check on the error because I didn’t want to bring my son inside with all this COVID going on. I advised him that the strip on my car just stopped working out of nowhere. All Andrew did each time was continue to give me an attitude, roll his eyes, and basically told me it wasn’t his problem that my account magically disappeared in the system! I still continued to get charged each month when I didn’t get any washes because quite frankly who wants to deal with that negative person each time! I finally went back with my husband last week who was greeted once again by Andrew but this time he was more “polite”( if you could call it that) because he was speaking with my husband and not me. (Mind you, I was not rude to Andrew anytime I went there) He still gave me and my husband a hard time, until finally Justin came over, and within 5 minutes of going into the office, checking the card and getting us a new strip for the car, the problem was fixed! Needless to say, we were going to cancel our membership for our 3 vehicles, but Justin and Corey saved it. All it took was 5 minutes of someone who actually CARED to fix the problem . Keep Corey and Justin, but if I were you, I’d get rid of Andrew for his lack of hospitality and just overall BAD ATTITUDE!

Love the Fact that I have Unlimited Carwashes here. If you wash your car at least once a week its worth getting. Cost me only about a buck a day. Free vacuums with good suction. The Facility is Clean and the Staff is always Super Friendly 🙂

This is the best car wash I’ve been to. I have an unlimited plan for the month, very affordable, it pays for itself after the first wash. The workers are very professional. Management is always there supervising and also hands on.

Been coming here for years and recently got the unlimited membership. Everyone is always so sweet and they do the best job. Came 15 minutes prior to closing on a Friday night, Cory took great care of me, and they were still very thorough when cleaning my car. I recommend to all my friends and family

I used to like the 6 for 4 promotion. Basically- the old pricing was a full wash with out some of the bells and whistles which I could add with Drying for $18 or $20. This morning they told me- its $20 for exterior- plus $15 more for an interior for a total of $35. I got the unlimited for two months and they threw un todays interior- but really $35 for a wash. BTW- in another thread it stated--I am not sure what the $5 interior cleaning is..i was told it was $15.. lets admit- you are trying to move to a model wher everyone is moving to a subscription basis- for heavy users-- this is a good deal. for those of us who are not- this is not the place. In essence you want membership folks only and not the occasional car washer..John we appreciate your feedback, and apologize about not meeting your expectations. Many of our customers enjoy the convenience of being able to come in and out quickly with a clean car. From what you are describing our Full Service sound exactly like what you were expecting. This is only a little more, only $5 and includes Hand drying, cleaning of the windows, door jams, dash, interior, and vacuuming. We would love the opportunity to meet your expectations and so you some 5 star service many of our customers enjoy.

What a joke?! 20.00 for 90 second exterior (Ultimate) wash with no blowers to dry off and no wipe down. So disappointed. Told manager and he said you could get unlimited for just a little more and I said why would anyone???? I should have known what was going to happen when they had no list of what you received with service posted and no one went over it, either. Go to the other wash across the road!

When we rolled the window down to inquire why he stated to let another vehicle through and ahead from the non member line. Which was wrong as there was a Ford F-150 ahead of us who should have stopped to let the alternating car through Justin didnt approach this vehicle and its driver but came to us to do what another customer refused to do . Then he says Man whatever go ahead. The vehicle was also on the membership line we then contacted the Manager Andrew who proceeded to take up for Justin citing he saw the whole thing and it was our responsibility to let the vehicle through after we were scanned. Now we have been here where this has never bern enforce we have also experienced where other cars have jumped ahead with employees standing by and there has not been am approach or admonishment. If this is a free for all why pay a membership get a sticker go through the scanning process to ve told the service that I am paying monthly for I should let others profit from it. To hear Manager Andrew sigh and not be effective in handling this complaint leads me to not renew my subscription

They are an ok car wash, however I have been there twice to cancel my service and they keep charging my card every month. So, if you sign up with them, make sure that you like them for eternity, because they will not let you go.

I go to the car wash at least once a week to get my car washed. I went today for an ultimate car wash and I asked Andrew to make sure the receipt showed a 48 hour rain guarantee. His reply to me was that it always shows up on the receipt. I said no that’s not true because there’s been instances before where it does not show up on the receipt. He told me that’s not possible and that it can’t happen. Then he walked away rudely. I spoke with the supervisor and he advised me to go to Google review and write a review on behalf of his disrespectful mouth. I asked the manager why he could not speak with Andrew directly and he said he would however that writing a review would help because of his fresh mouth and disrespect his customers.

I went to this car wash on 08/26/2020 and paid 8 dollars for a standard car wash. After examining my car post wash, there was still bird excrement present on the exterior in several places. My vehicle looked almost the same as it did before. If you are able to just hand wash your car instead of going to this place. Next time Ill just do it myself to make sure the job gets done right.

I would rate this place zero when it comes to costumer service!! Ive got a plan for 2 months for almost 21$ a month(managers special) after those 2 months ended they automatically charged me 58$ for the next month when I called they said that they already have my card data and its done by the computer and they cant refund me back and I didnt call to cancel!After talking back and forth to the managers they agreed to give me another plan with the amount they received which is a 2 months 19.99$ a month plan and I agreed.. cut story short i was able to use the first month only they said my subscription is over.when I call they always make it a managers blame game... sick of it.. wont go back

I just did a simple wash because I desperately needed a vacuuming and interior windows. Well, my car looked brand new and that was even without a wax which I now intend to do when time allows. I will definitely be back!! My only regret is I feel I UNDER TIPPED! I gave 20% but driving away I noticed how my car looked brand new inside! The service guy got all my sunscreen off the doors and glove compartment and wherever my hands touched. He cleaned all the nook and crannies no other car wash does. Just SAYIN.... Ill be BACK!!!

Best cat wash in west Boca area. They crew is great and really take pride in their detailing. Even a simple run through the wash will keep your car in sparkling condition. Their club wash club is a great deal.

I tried to purchase a car wax in there web site. I gave me all kinds of trouble. So I went to them to try to explain what happened they couldn’t have cared less. So I attempted to purchase it again the sale went through but I didn’t receive any proof of purchase the guy started to get an attitude with me when I got out of My car to show him my phone and I was threatened to get back in the car. A man I think was the manager told ok I’ll give you the wax for free. It was not free I paid for it. I was not looking for anything for free. Now this guy thinks he gave me a free wax job. After many years of going there I am done too bad. I think it’s under new management but I’m not sure.

They are scammers. I have tried emailing and calling on serval occasions for a refund for a over charge. They have been charging me double for past 3 months and refuse to fix the issue. I have sent email and made 4 call attempts. Currently putting claim in with BBB and a claim with my bank for fraud. Do not trust them with their monthly plans. They are a scam.

Got a coupon in the mail for a 19.99 monthly Carwash deal only to go in and them tell me it’s not valid. That the coupon is only good for 2 months and NOWHERE does it state that in the coupon. Then the guys tell me that it’s his job to tell people that and that it doesn’t matter that it’s not in the coupon. What a waste of time.

I bring all my cars and truck here. They take pride in their work doing an excellent job every time i bring one here. The staff are professionals and courteous and go abave and beyond to satisfy the customer.

Bought my car in again today for a Full Service and Brian did my car. He did an excellent job. I am very pleased every time Ive gone. This is One of the Best places to have your Car Washed and Waxed, by Hand. The guys, 3 of them did a fantastic job waxing my entire car, did a great job on cleaning my windows, vacuuming and cleaning the inside of my car. I will definitely be going back. They were nice enough to Listen when I asked them Not to Move the Drivers side Seat and, the guy was nice enough to help me out of the car since Im disabled. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Not good today...Seems they were short staffed, rushed service on wipe down, interior and poor job on windows. There was so much dirt left on the car, I had to point it out to them to clean off and still looks bad.

Since year 2000, we have been a loyal user of your car wash. Service was great and prices were fair, as result, my entire family is member of the unlimited car wash club and we used to wax our cars every quarter.However due to recent changes on the work flow of cars, wax and service zones, the quality have gone down, while prices have gone up.The new workflow has created a traffic nightmare. I think eventually it will lead to an accident on premises as cars being waxed now cross to the left, before it was straight.I understand business decision, in this case it seems the owners should have solicited the opinion of customers and those who have worked there for over a decade. See enclosed pictures and tell us why we should continue to be your customer.I hope you consider this report as what it is a business advise and perhaps next time you change your working flow you work with customers and employees.Today 20 SEP 2020 I bring the car for a wash, the entire line is so disorganized that people cut in from of other people to get their vehicles cleaned inside. They do this by backing up into the front of the line. Again this is not what is expected. Management 10 month ago I quit bring my car in for waxing, now it looks like I need to just do the car wash only.

I went here for a wash and wax today. The work was good, except when I got home I had a charge from net 10 sales which they charged. The only other place I went was the dentist. I called to tell them and they gave me attitude so Im going to the police.

At age 16 I started working in my Hometown car wash, as a wipe down guy. Ive been hooked on car detailing ever since. My 2007 Camry, was in desperate need of some TLC, having been neglected for far too long. I received a marketing special via email, offering a hand wax detail for $29.95, which to me, fit my needs, so I bought it. Sat am, I drove over to Express. asked the customer service rep at the head of the line, whos your best detail guy? He assigned me to that guy (name escapes me), and after 30 minutes or so, my 13 year old car, look brand-new, inside and out! I highly recommend Express car wash, and theyve just earned a new customer for life! What an operation. Alex, (the Manager I believe), should be commended, as should ownership, and especially my detailer, whose name escapes me, but Ill never forget his face, so once I find out his name on my next visit, Ill update this review), ECW runs like a well-oiled machine!

My fiancee and I went and got the wash and hand wax. While it wasnt terribly express at about an hour, they did an amazing job! The staff were very friendly, and the price is reasonable.

My husband and myself wash and wax our cars at your location often. Generally we are very pleased, however the last times my quarters change that I keep handy in the car has disappeared after the cleaning. It is a shame because you are talking about a couple of dollars. We always tip the person who cleans and shines our cars. Im not trying to get those $$$ back. My intention is just to let you know that this is happening in your store.

I got the full on exterior wash with wax and had to later manually remove remaining spots, and dry leftover water from my windshield and other parts of my car myself.Trying a different spot next time. I’m ok paying a little bit more for a more detailed experience.UPDATE 1/10/2020: My 3 stars went down to 1 star.After getting a reply from the business asking to contact them, I called 3 times during their business hours with no answer so I left them a message 2 days ago. I haven’t heard back from them. Their automated message even says they’ll get back to you the same day if the message is left by a certain time, which it was.If this is how they treat a customer who wrote a negative review, I don’t want to find out how they treat a member (it’s the same phone number). Like I wrote before, I’ll be going somewhere else next time.

So bad. The vacumns are always clogged even at 10 am. I complain and someone named Luke said.. oh well. We are busy.

Good, efficient, and friendly.With COVID, you stay in your car and the pipe air conditioning in so you are comfortable.

Vacuums are horrible.

Very upset I was ripped off. I paid $50 for a hand wax that was not done. After paying and going through the wash I was told the cleaning and wax would take about 45mins which is understandable. I walked over to MC Donald’s and came back after 20 minutes. About 10 minutes later I was notified my car was ready and I walked over. I mentioned how extremely fast that was for a hand wax, were they sure it was done. The man assured me it was. Three days later and there is no wax feel to the vehicle. The dirt can not be just rinsed off either. I’ve had my vehicle waxed numerous times at the Chevron across the street and as they sometimes do not do the best removing the wax, it’s always done and lasts more than 2 days. I did give 2 stars because they did a good job cleaning the interior. I would not recommend Express Wash.

I got my car washed there and let’s just say I went because I spilt coffee on my center console, and hoped they would at least wipe it up. I paid for the full service interior, and when I got in my car the obvious coffee spill was still on my surfaces. I had to grab a wet cloth to clean something so obvious and easy to clean up. Irritated because I paid for it to be cleaned and in the end I did the cleaning I paid them for. It’s so irritating I’ll never return!

They raised their prices. COMPLETE RIP off now.STAY AWAY!!!!!!

In a nutshell; I’ve been coming to the wash for years! I noticed a New GM running the property authoritatively, creating a very hostel environment! There was a incident yesterday in which Brett the MOD had clearly no idea how to resolve rationally! This display of leadership is reminiscent of a time I don’t care to remember! My experience yesterday was like going to my favorite restaurant, ordering what I love best, but couldn’t enjoy because, it felt as if I was eating in the restroom (Very unpleasant)! Ive also noticed a major turnover rate throughout the years, when it comes to upper management (internal issues I assume)!! Maybe this is the problem with the wash overall (another story entirely)! That guy Brett needs to be reevaluate before I visit The wash again ! Help me help car wash! I personally feel sorry for the employees who work in such harsh conditions (Hot Weather) & still have to deal with the iron fist leadership implemented daily! Maybe some outlet needs to conduct a SWOT analysis (Strength Weakness Opportunity & Treats)!
