Car wash? This place is joke.The car was still dirty after paying for cleaning and waxing. They should give an assessment before to let the client know they only rub the dirt off no water no soap. 60$ waisted.Do not recommend it. Will never come back.

Waste of time and money. Very unprofessional. They told me my car would be done in an hour. When I got there my car was only halfway cleaned on the outside. The inside had not been touched. There were no other cars there. They still charged me full price. When I asked why I had to pay full price when I didnt get the service I asked for the employee got combative and defensive. What a waste.

I honestly never had a better service. My car didn’t look that good when I took them from the dealership! Thanks

Part of the detail was good but left the windows, mirrors, visors and part of the interior dirty. Sunny said everything would be done but the headliner and a pillars weren’t done. Personality varied. Not happy overall. Pricing can get expensive.

Saw this at the mall I always bypass it so one day I got a Facebook notification about this place so decided to try Im latino decent the guy who took care of me was latino and he barely spoke English he told me 70 dollars for the wash but on Facebook it was 30 dollars he told me that wash was no good but 70 dollar one is better basically saying u pay more we do better very dissatisfied no wonder why I used to just blow by this place

Ok job but very slow

My husband was employed at this location fir approximately 1 month. On 4/19/18 he reported to work and was told that the pronto wash at that location was closed down and he no longer had a job. I spoke to his boss John and was told that in fact the business had been shut down due to fraudulent activity on the part of an old manager who portrayed hum self as the owner falsifying documents. My husband is now having to search for another job because of the unprofessionalusm of this company.

I went to this car wash in the mall I was going to get regular car wash they sell me in to wax for my car I paid em 70 dollars they didnt do anything to the car the car looks the same outside I asked them why and they said it was because my car is black it was not the wax and they recommend not to buy a white or black car please dont waste you money in this place its a total rip off

Good wash

Outrageously expensive.

The interior was nicely cleaned with the carpets. I liked that they didn’t throw away my major stuff such as my jacket or my other sanitation products. the only issue is that there’s still some finger prints on the inside of my window.
