Bad experience. Used this Car Wash in the past every single week under previous ownership. Today I went back. Dropping of my car, got asked what service I wanted, and I asked the clerk if it included wax, answer was YES. When I went to pick up the car, most of the existing dirt spots were still in place, as the person that brought my keys if the car was waxed, and answer was NO, it is not included in what you pay. Then, I realized that a glass with glass straw that I left in the car was missing. I asked for it and apparently they thought it was trash. Glass came back, no idea what happened to glass straw.Long story short, do not recommend or coming back.

Works well. Can self-vacum is convenient when I take the truck otherwise, full service is available.

Went through the car wash, my car wasnt clean, I asked the young lady at the exit, she was trying to clean the leftover dirt on my car, the manager came yelling at her that I didnt buy the top wash. Well everyone if your car is dirty you should go somewhere else because they only wash clean vehicles here. The manager shouldnt yell at employees infront of customers. Think about this, employee is trying to make customer happy but she gets yelled at by the manager. Next time a customer is unhappy, this young lady will be hesitant to help because of fear of being yelled at or fired by the manager.

I have an exotic car rental company and they do a great job on all my cars

Worst detail job I’ve ever had in my entire life. And it cost me $58 bucks!Not only was I told this was the best deal for a “chemical wash” but also for the inside cleaning.The only part that was done well was the Vacuum job. The outside of the car still had tons of dirt, the inside dash was still Covered with dirt, the middle holder and and side door still covered in dirt, the seats in back and on the side were never touched.I’m beyond furious with my entire experience here, and to make matters worse when the man came in to say the car was done he disappeared, so there was no one I could speak with about the fact that the car was still a mess. Took pics directly after so you can see the $58 bucks is absolutely insane for such a careless, s**t job and this place seriously needs an overhaul.I mean come on, there are streaks on EVERY window, like some wax was used on the windows. Insane how this place is even still in business.Not recommended by any means. Anyplace would do a better job, even the automatic washes in gas stations would be a better value and a better clean job for your car. Stay away.

The attendants took great care of my vehicle, which I use to transport my dog. The car is the cleanest I’ve ever had it. The car smells clean but not perfume-y. It took 2-1/2 hours but well worth it. I did inquire after 2 hours and the manager immediately checked on the status of my vehicle. The staff is courteous and helpful, and they gave free, cold bottled Water available. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent experience

This car wash place is totally a cheater company. I did call to cancel my membership, and then they still charged me for $53.49. I called them to request a refund. The first time, they relied me they have to wait for the owner to access the refund. The second time I called, they told me they refund $22.89 to my credit card. I asked why you charged me for $53.49, only refund $22.89? She told me this is how the program works? I canceled my membership, I am not using the service, then you still steal money from my credit card? I don’t think it’s legal right? I canceled my membership at the end of the month of July. And you still charge me in August. I do not use any of the service I August. I should get the full refund.

Looked like a good wash at first glance til I noticed the dash of the tesla was not wiped off at all

So the new owner is AWESOME. I pulled in with bags of soil in the back of my truck. (I forgot they were in there) so I said oh let me go home unload and come back and the OWNER was like we will take them out and put them back in the truck for you. WOW now that is quality customer service. The cleaned my truck so well, lots of doggo hair and beach sand always and they seemed to make it ALL disappear. Super happy with my experience here and will definitely keep going back. What a change from the old management.

It’s has always been a pleasure to arrive at Miracle Car Wash every morning and see everyone that works there in such a happy mood, especially Lu and Will. Their service is fast for drying the car by hand and they always leave the tires shiny!!!I would definitely recommend 😊

They have made some really great improvements here! I love their free vacuum section in the back I needed a little extra vacuum today before running it through and it was perfect! And now i know they have that Ill becoming more often for a quick vacuum and express wash when the inside doesnt need as much! They have a monthly program too talk about money saver! This is on my way to/from work surely a perfect investment! My car is spotless and looks like they have new machines/redone the place. The people are really nice, great customer service and even the bathrooms were clean! Felt much better waiting here then across the street at the cheap dirty wash place. Looking at the other grumpy reviews...sure they arent as fast as you might want but heck id wait am extra few minutes to have a nice clean car! I will return and will be buying the ducky club - thanks to all!

Hidden gem!! They advertise as a full service car wash. BUT, also offer exterior only for $4.00 free self service vacuums . Best car wash I have had and only $4.00 plus no long lines. Smart operator.

This car wash has absolutely horrible management. They offer an unlimited wash program where the first month is $1 and each month after that is billed at $40/month. Great, I call April 26th to sign up and the receptionist informs me that if I sign up April 26th they’ll pro-rate April (charging me like $.10) and then bill me $40 in May. She told me I’m better of waiting until May 1st to sign up to get the entire month of May $1 before being charged the full amount. I go in and the manager informs me that while he understands that was their mistake, and he’s corrected his employees for stating this, I could pay the full $40 for May or go somewhere else. Take your business to a place that will stand behind their advertising. I guess this explains their poor ratings.

Being coming here since it was previously called rubber ducky. When they rebranded it was definitely added upgrade to an already good service. The vaccumes are strong and your car actually get CLEANED and shining. Wayy better than a gas station touch less car wash.

I wasnt expecting a spotless cleaning job, but the outcome was horrible. The rims were barely cleaned. I was running on time and wasnt too pressed about having them do the work over right there and then.5. When I drove off, it started raining and traffic was horrible.6. When I looked to my right for cars behind me, my right blind spot mirror was missing. My heart started pounding because I was close to getting on the highway. I immediately pulled over the moment I had a chance to fix the Mercedes 2015 mirror. Luckily I was able to fix the poorly twisted blind spot mirror. Basically, this unprofessional car wash forgot to fold in my mirror or manually tried to force it close and twisted it in the wrong direction. Luckily I noticed before getting on the highway or I MIGHT NOT BE HERE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW TODAY.7. I called, spoke to the owner who claimed his name is will. The worst ! Waited forever and the outside of the car still dirty. I never give bad reviews but the response was I ran it through twice. I looked at the other cars around me supposedly cleaned and they were also still dirty ! Obviously they are cheaping out on equipment or chemical cleaners … stay away !

I took my car to this place and never read the sign in the front were it saids that they are not responsible for any damages ! well I did the carwash machine and my side mirror broke so upsetting because this is very expensive so please I recomend for you not to bring car to this car wash the better machines are the ones that dont touch your car they wont scratch it or break your mirrors good luck!

New owners are doing a great job of filling the gaps from the previous owners. The new owner is on site daily and making sure things are getting done. If you haven’t tried them recently go back and try them. Greatly improved

Very unhappy with this car wash. I recently purchased a brand new Audi S5 that had previously never been washed. Last week I brought it to this car wash and paid $40 to get it cleaned inside and out (double the place across the street). When I got home I realized my trunk and rear bumper had scratches (swirl marks from dirty brushes). Today I brought it back to the car wash to show them the issue and they claimed it was impossible due to their new equipment. I explained to her the car had never been previously washed and she wasn’t having it. I wasn’t expecting any compensation, just wanted to express what happened. Now I have to get a full detail and wax to hopefully remove the scratches on my car. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to damage your vehicle with the harsh brushes. This is exactly why I normally only hand wash my cars. Lesson learned.

When this was Rubber Ducky the service was outstanding. Today I took my car to be washed, paid for an interior speical and when the car was finished the interior was a mess that I had to have them redo it. 30 mins later, my time was wasted and the car was still dirty. This is the second time that Ive had issues. I gave them a second chance. Dont think a third will happen.

Scam. This place used to be good but the new management is really bad. They will charge you the wrong amount and the car wash isn’t good.

I pulled in today to an extremely unfriendly attendant... I requested the ultimate package and he was very dismissive telling me to get out the car. I reached get my mask and purse and he kept grabbing at my door handle but the doors automatically lock so he kept trying to opening them slamming the handle. I tried to hurry and as I unlocked the doors, he got nasty with me telling me there was sand in my car.... I am aware..... that’s why I came to a car wash..... he told me that it was an additional charge? Although the ultimate package included interior vacuuming, I agreed and inquired the amount of the additional up charge. He told me $20 more dollars. I was honestly taken aback so I declined. He then pointed to the vacuums and said then “go do it yourself”. I politely told him no thank you and I’d go somewhere else and he said “okay then, go!” So I quickly reversed and left feeling very disappointed and like I was being taken advantaged of. I now understand why the car wash across the street was packed and here only a few cars..

Dont go to this place!!!! Beware! the SMASHED my Antenna Cover. Went for the ultimate car wash and the associate took my car to be cleaned. Came out my Antenna Cover was destroyed . I looked like someone hit it with a BAT. Manager said too bad we are not responsible. Refused to work with me. I was a frequent customer as well. the damage to my car is well over $300. A $40 car wash now cost $340. Please be aware this place is dangerous to you vehicle.

After the car wash, i noticed a scratch on my cars hood (albeit its small). When I told the employee, he became defensive, obviously stating it wasnt him. He then later went on to say, Ive washed more expensive cars than yours, which I found was an unnecessary comment. I also pointed out that the car was not fully clean, and the employee replied that your car was really dirty and you bought the most basic package. When I asked him to finish cleaning the car, he stated that I need to buy another package. Im really upset with this experience and the lack of professionalism I experienced .

The service has gone down hill over the last five years. Last week there were hardly any help available. No one could drive my standard transmission mustang so I had to drive it through the car wash machine then had to wait for 10 mins to have it wiped down, windows cleaned and tires glossed.

The guy who owns the place doesnt explain the packages well at all but wash pushy about you getting the most expensive one. He kept trying to upsell me, and Im glad I didnt go for it. Got home and found scratches on the hood of my car, and there were still bugs on the front. Had to wash it again myself, and now a car Ive only owned 3 months has scratched paint. Wont be back.

Ive gone here a number of times and they never disappoint. Consistently better results than some of the other nearby car washes that Ive tried.

I would give them a zero if I could. I got a coupon for a free car wash, and the worker told me he would have to charge and extra $20 because my car was too dirty.... they ended up not even vacuuming the inside. Dont know why they give coupons for a free car wash if that isnt the case.

The manager Luana told me that I shouldnt be there because I told her that she had no mask and she was close to my face when she gave me attitude over the paper they put in the window. There is still covid out there and its not gone just because you have a vaccine. She has been a horrible manager for the last year I have been there. I go every week. Never saw a manager that has so much bad attitude and is indifferent with customers like this woman. Talked to the owner and Im hoping they change manager soon because they will lose a lot of customers if they let that woman keep treating customers wrong. Its a bad image. The owner is very nice and I hope they succeed. UPDATE FROM LAST YEARS REVIEW.LAST YEAR, I had a similar issue with this manager acting the same way when they were with different ownership.

$40 plus tip for a super clean wash. They finished my car and I had to ask them wipe the down interior (Dashboard/console area) which had not been done at all. I didn’t inspect the exterior but realized when I got home That the front of my car was not cleaned at all. I will not return to this place.

It was my first going there because I was in a rush, not only they did a horrible job but forgot to put back one of my mats back in my car. I usually go to the 495 car wash but I got a free coupon in the mail to try Rubber Ducky. I was very disappointed in the service and wash. This place is nothing in comparison to 495 right across the street. The coupon was for an Ultimate ducky wash which is $25. They did not clean my windshield correctly and left spots, did not wipe down my dash or console and the exterior of my car still had stains. When I went inside to pay the manager was scolding the cashier about a customers complaint. Neither even stopped to greet me and didn’t even seem to care that I was there to pay. They had the chance to earn my business and they blew it! I will continue to use 495 car wash where they do a good job and have good costumer service.

Generally good car wash and highly recommended. Like many car washes it gets real busy on weekends. The quality of the service varies a lot with who is finishing it up for you. Some employees do an outstanding job, while some do an OK job. The prices are fair and consistent with other car washes. Look for coupons before you go.One area they should improve upon. When dropping the car off, you have to select the service required with NO vies of the prices. The attendant asks what service you want and you have to select from a non-existent list...

All very simple but very well staffed and managed. Actually has my car shining and my tires too! Next visit will hopefully be just as satisfying. Looking forward!!

Have been here twice now and both times they tried to upcharge me from the prices listed on their website. Today they said it would be an extra $25 ON TOP of what I was already paying to get rid of the love bug guts on my car (so $40 for interior clean (which is supposed to include a free wash) AND an extra $25 just for the bugs). I left and went down the street to Best Shine Car Wash, where they only charged me $40 total, including the love bugs, and the full free wash. So there you go, if you don’t want to be ripped off. Go elsewhere.

Really awesome place to get your car wash. Really nice place to sit and wait for the people to do their job, and most importantly, they did a great job. I saw that guy who has the Google Rolls Royce got it cleaned there, so I am still hoping to run into him and have a nice chat in the lounge. I did the cheap-o option and they still did a great job. If I had a multi-million dollar car, Id still take it here to get it cleaned up. 10/10 would do it again.

Don’t normally post reviews. I went to get a car wash today and I guess it’s been awhile since I’ve been to Rubber Ducky. To my surprise the inside store was a clothing shop with wine for sale. When I go to a car wash I want to buy a scented tree, they had nothing like that in the shop. The car wash itself was fine, but they do a good job across the street too, and I can buy an air freshener!!

This place is AMAZING! I have nothing but good things to say. Not only did I go off roading in my Jeep, but my dog also peed in my car and it smelled SO bad. I wasnt worried about the exterior because its a Jeep (whos cares if its dirty)so I just asked them to shampoo my seats. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. My car honestly looks and smells BRAND NEW. They vacuumed the entire inside, wiped down every surface, cleaned the exterior AND even waxed my rims.... I was amazed. And I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my car.On top of it all... they have an adorable boutique that you can shop in while you wait for you car to be detailed.11/10 would recommend!

No wonder they were NOT busy! I’ve been going to Rubber Ducky for years but since the new owners took over they have went down hill. Not only did the rates go up (which I accepted and continued to go there) but informed today they now have an upgrade charge for mini vans and SUV. That was the last straw, they lost my business (and seems many others) and went across the street to 4-95! I had to wait since they were busy but at least I’m not getting nickel and dimed!

The boutique inside was so cute I didnt mind the wait for my car at all! The staff were the sweetest and I had my whole interior detailed and the seats/carpet shampooed because I had spilled coffee all over the passenger side and they got it out no problem! Ive had to pay much more for auto detailing with not nearly as good a job! I was seriously blown away by what a good job they did.

Wow! This car wash has really changed. This is the best one I have been to and I travel all over the United States. They not only have a low membership rate Per month but they also have a separate lane for members and people only getting outside washes. Now you can stay in your car while it goes through and gets washed and they still dry it and do your tires on the other end when you finish. Very disappointed with their service. $90 gone to trash. The lady at the beginning was great, she recommended full detail service with leather cleaning. When I get into my car, theres still coffee stains on my dashboard that I ended up removing with a wet cloth. The dashboard looked untouched and dusty, not wiped down nor shiny. My navigation screen and windshield still had fingerprints on them. My side doors had leftover marks from w.e they used to wipe it down. More dried sand stains on the back seat leather that I ended up removing with a wet cloth.I called them for over 20min and no answer, this was around 1pm. Thanks for wasting my time and money. I needed the car detailed for a reason.

Owner is rude. I accidentally dropped my expensive sun glass in lobby. I went back there in less then 30 minutes and owner kept my sunglasses.

It’s a beautiful car wash but you ultimately pay for the fine accommodations inside and out. I’ve found that the competition across the street offers a much better value all around. I don’t like being up sold on items or being told to spend more to have the advertised prices honored. This place is “ok” but the boca car wash across street is A+++ in comparison.

Rubber Ducky has decided to charge extra for a standard four door pickup up truck that only seats 2 in the rear but a four door car that seats the exact same yet in actuality has a bigger rear seat than a truck pays less. I completely understand the up-charge if a four door vehicle had a third row. I will never use their services again

Went through a quick drive through car wash, car was very clean and the guys did a nice job cleaning my wheels and making sure all was dry before I left. Employees were all very friendly!
